For this purpose, type hooked-end deformed steel fibre (SF) with 60mm length and polypropylene fibre (PPF) type fibrillated virgin polypropylene with length 19mm were chosen as a compliment with C30 grade concrete. The specimens incorporated steel and polypropylene fibres in the mix proportions of 100-0%, 75-25%, 50-50%, 25-75 % and 0-100 % with total volume fraction (Vf) 1.5%. The research methodology were focused on experimental program to determine mechanical properties 28 days of hardened concrete HyFRCC such as compressive strength, flexural strength,splitting tensile and flexural toughness. Multivariate Statistical Process Control (MSPC) uses historical data of processes to develop useful process fault detection, diagnosis and control tools. This paper interrogates issues of interest in the concrete experiences of Niger Delta communities in Nigeria in relation to environmental change. It highlights the transition of the delta to its present state and explores the social consequences of this downturn in delta communities. However, the limitation is that the thickness of the workpiece must not be less than the area of clamping on the chuck. In this a new magnetic clamping for attaching and detaching the workpiece on the chuck and is able to clamp small and thin workpieces is developed. The chuck is made by using mild steel and has a few intercepts with brass. Magnetic mechanism is placed in the chuck. Several cutting processes were done with the convectional chuck and the magnetic clamping on a different thickness of workpiece. Next, all the workpieces were tested with several parameters on specimen and perform surface roughness testing to compare and finalize the effectiveness of the magnetic clamping. Drilling operation is commonly done in drill press, however some of the time; it is done on mills or lathes. Holding parts to be drilled is one of major problems faced by the students. If the material has many holes to be drilled, then the procedure adopted is by marking out with a center punch, setting on the machine (Drill Press Machine), and holding the workpiece. This is time consuming and dangerous as the students need to hold the material they throughout the drilling process. This project presents an innovative linear sliding table to ease the operator during drilling process. The objectives of this research are to determine the relationship between mathematic achievement with student’s demografic factors, parent factors, urban and rural factors, and school factors. 378 of the 6,622 form four students in the Districts of Kota Setar were chosen as sample. 10 hypotheses have been constructed. SPSS Program Version 7.1.1 was used to analyze the data and statistical tool Chi-Square were used to test the hypotheses. The 0.05 level of significance was used for this study. The finding s of this study shows that there is a significant relationship between gender, race, tuition classes, parent’s income, parent’s guidance, home location, school location and school facilities towards the achievement in mathematics among students. Establishment of leguminous cover crops (LCC) offers wide range of advantages besides suppressing weeds and improving soil fertility by fixing nitrogen (N). Mucuna bracteata DC. ex Kurz has shown superior performance as a LCC in oil palm plantations. However, the maintenance of this LCC is crucially challenging as the vigorous vines spread rapidly via branching from the nodes and compete with the crop plant for light source. This research was conducted to identify the relationship between stress, coping strategies and re... more This research was conducted to identify the relationship between stress, coping strategies and resilience among civil servants at Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR), Langkawi. The method employed in this research was quantitative methods: descriptive and inferential tests when the data was collected from questionnaires. The questionnaire that employed in this study was The Job Stress Questionnaire, The Lazarus Coping Style and The Resilience Scale. There were 51 respondents involved in this research. The data was analysed using Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 20. The test that used for this research was Pearson Correlation. The result showed that level of stress worker was average. The finding showed that there was a relationship between coping strategies and stress. However, the finding also showed there was no relationship between resilience and stress.

However, for facilitating all factors of success and maximising the benefits of e-government, e-readiness assessment is useful. Previous researches mainly concerned with providing conceptual frameworks, models and tools, with relatively few studies investigated e-government readiness indexes evolution. This paper mainly revisits four sets of well-established reports concerning e-government readiness indexes. By analysing data from reports on different versions of these indices, we reported that advancing in ICT technologies is the primary driver of changes from one version to another. Therefore, it can be predicted that the new emerging technologies can further refine the e-government readiness indices.

This research was conducted to identify the relationship between stress, coping strategies and re... more This research was conducted to identify the relationship between stress, coping strategies and resilience among civil servants at Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR), Langkawi. The method employed in this research was quantitative methods: descriptive and inferential tests when the data was collected from questionnaires. The questionnaire that employed in this study was The Job Stress Questionnaire, The Lazarus Coping Style and The Resilience Scale. There were 51 respondents involved in this research. The data was analysed using Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 20. The test that used for this research was Pearson Correlation. The result showed that level of stress worker was average. The finding showed that there was a relationship between coping strategies and stress. However, the finding also showed there was no relationship between resilience and stress.

However, for facilitating all factors of success and maximising the benefits of e-government, e-readiness assessment is useful. Previous researches mainly concerned with providing conceptual frameworks, models and tools, with relatively few studies investigated e-government readiness indexes evolution. This paper mainly revisits four sets of well-established reports concerning e-government readiness indexes. By analysing data from reports on different versions of these indices, we reported that advancing in ICT technologies is the primary driver of changes from one version to another. Therefore, it can be predicted that the new emerging technologies can further refine the e-government readiness indices.
