The authors present some results obtained from the ground-based on-line observations of characteristics of electromagnetic fields.

These disadvantages prevent one from using such devices in control and monitoring systems, especially when one needs to transfer from near stabilization to process optimization [2].

The signal carries the code of data. The carrier is a wave - the process of transfer in space and time (physical space) of the code. Then the parameters of this transfer determines the state of the signals in time and space. The design of quantum communication systems, information technology, etc. modeling of quantum signals is a complex problem of representation of the carrier, the signal code, and their quantum states. Quantum computing, and explaining on resolving of application tasks (RSA, FFT algorithm, quantum circuits, etc.) in physical the scales theories and practices (in mechanics and quantum mechanics) are different in technics, algorithmic, and the simulation. An approach for development a high performance algorithm of spread spectrum signal detection is e... more An approach for development a high performance algorithm of spread spectrum signal detection is examined. A preliminary specification of detection tasks for a spectral description of signals is considered. As an example of detection a deterministic frequency hopped signal being in a mixture with a periodically correlated noise of a wide frequency band ADC is given. Methods of a spectrum analyzing of the mixture is discussed. Optimization of parameters of algorithms in the methods of spectral analyses for detection of spread spectrum signals is reconstructed as the inductive modeling method of handling of these parameters.

The method of an optimal filtering of the received signal is developed. A characteristic of optimal filtration of the received signal and family of characteristics of confidence of received signal versus a ratio of powers of the signal to the distortion at different probabilities of fault are obtained.

This improves the quality of diagnosis the state of bioobjects by the results of such active electrophysiological study. The intensity of light irritation recently determined from properties diagram of radiation and place of location of its source. For transfer of energy through a free space, layers of biological media on to the object of irradiation choose the standard levels of intensity. That helps in order to increasing of likelyhood the diagnostic decision about the state of bioobject by result analysis of its response on to irritation. In low intensity irritation, the biomedia influences on the transfer of energy and emerges requirement to control the intensity of irradiation on the surface of the target object.
