This paper, by looking at various Arab-Israeli conflicts and the resultant loss of homeland for P... more This paper, by looking at various Arab-Israeli conflicts and the resultant loss of homeland for Palestinians in the mid of twentieth century, will analyze how Yasser Arafat grew from guerrilla fighter to the precedent of PNA. By reading through the modern history of Palestine and the articles and books on different conflicts in the second half of twentieth century, the paper will discuss how such a figure was institutionalized in the history of Palestinian national movements. It will also be evaluating the question whether Arafat created Palestinian revolution, or Palestinian revolution created Arafat. The answer to this question, in my opinion, will bring in the contribution of Arafat to the liberation of Palestine. In fact, such a discussion deserves a greater significance, as he is dismissed by some people as terrorist and hailed by others as the revolutionary leader. On the other hand, the ideological shift in his approach to the Palestinian question from "one state solution" to "two state solution" also invites critical intervention as that of the previous one to understand his emphasis on peace negotiations with Israel. Thus, this paper, on the one side, by looking at his development from freedom fighter to the precedent of PNA, will critically analyze the iconizing of his personality as the cult figure in Palestinian national movements. On the other side, it will discuss his ideological positions in Palestinian issue and the two ideological strands of his activism by people and countries throughout the world to the effect of better deducing him as the hero of Palestinian resistance movements.

This paper represents the Scientometric analysis of International contributions to the "Infertili... more This paper represents the Scientometric analysis of International contributions to the "Infertility" during the year in 2012-2017. The data for the study has been downloaded from the Web of Science (Clarivate Analysis) database. The 17671 data were downloaded from the database. Scientometric is a scientific analysis in a particular field; it allows academic literature to be tested qualitatively and quantitatively. The studies about infertility were analyzed regarding the scientific growth rate of the respective subject, to determine the allocation of funding institutions. And also analysis and discussion with the yearly publication output, authorship productivity, language-wise release, type of document and countries collaboration.

This analytical study consisting of 56 reports and data downloaded from the Web of Science (Clarivate Analysis) database. Scientometric research mainly focused on the range of research productivity in the field of library science in a specific period. To evaluate the Publication years, to identify the authors who wrote, the more articles, which journals published most of the relevant subject articles, which institute and country have mostly involved in a particular subject; all these are to mainly discussed in this study. The present study considered as a useful tool for effective allocation of research funds in the research community and the academic world of library and information science to enhance the research process.

Impact of e-resource utilization: Nowadays, the higher education community to become a paperless society. This paper focuses on using e‐resources by research scholars and staff members like Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors of Periyar University, Salem (India). The main aim is to determine the use of e‐resources, users' skills in handling e‐resources, and the purpose of their use. Further, the paper aims to highlight the problems faced by research scholars in accessing e‐resources, their opinions on the future of e‐resources, and their views on the usefulness of e‐resources compared to that of conventional sources. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 250 members, Research scholars, Professors, Associate Professors and Assistant Professors to evaluate study questions and data collection. The results of this survey are presented and discussed in this paper.

It is a suitable and reliable method to analyze the impact of the publications. We can analyze through this method in a 360-degree angle such as measurement of the productivity in a particular duration, and identify their quantity as well as the quality, to evaluate the contribution of the authors and countries and, finally discover the impact of publications. The Scientometric study split up the ranking of publications and mapping the impact with indicator digits. In worldwide, most of the researchers used this method and identified the quality of their publications and other publications through this analytical method.
