Perimenopause is a condition involving changes in the hormones that impacts women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s lasting 4-10 years ("Perimenopause Symptoms," n.d.). The urinary tract infection (UTI), a symptom of perimenopause, has been reported to be result from the spread of various bacteria (Iregbu & Nwajiobi-Princewill, 2013). The reoccurrence of urinary tract infections (rUTIs) experienced by African women, when antibiotics are not effective and vaccinations are not protective, to underlying diseases may be evident after digesting the literature describing the hematogenous and ascending routes of the bacteria. Natural approaches will be presented to assist women who experience this symptom. Urinary Infections and Diagnoses Urinary tract infections may be characterized as "cystitis (bladder infection), pyelonephritis (kidney), urethritis (inflammation of the urethra, the tube that drains urine from

Design/methodology/approach – The research derived from secondary data in an effort to show how the processes associated with entrepreneurship may transition disadvantaged countries into market economies. The research is especially focused on women in rural areas because female farmers are the most at risk of climate change. Findings – The women are more dependent on agriculture and water resource changes than men because of their low socio-economic, legal status, and lack of knowledge on how to approach environmental disasters, use appropriate research methods and instruments to collect data, and find available financial resources. Hence, the female human capital is less involved in social and economic strategies than men to approach climate change. The authors believe the new approach may establish productive green and market economi...

Fatigue is a symptom associated with perimenopause, a condition involving changes in the hormones impacting women age 20-45 lasting 4-10 years ("American Society for Reproductive Medicine," 2008; "Perimenopause Symptoms," n.d.). Adrenal fatigue is referred to as feeling tired after awakening or exercising; whereas, muscle fatigue is referred to as the decrease in physical performance (Cheikin, 2007; Enoka & Duchateau, 2008). The association between fatigue and dizziness experienced by women of African descents and natural approaches aimed to help women who experience these symptoms will be presented. Forms and Causes of Fatigue Research and findings are limited on the specific causes of fatigue (Cheikin, 2007; Enoka & Duchateau, 2008). Adrenal fatigue can be measured based on the level of pregnenolone, being 30 or below (Cheikin, 2007). During perimenopause, the adrenal gland performs at a lesser capacity when the adrenal gland has to assume the function of the fatigued ovaries (Cheikin, 2007). The demand for the production of adrenal hormones (Dehydroepiandrosterone [DHEA]) begins to exceed the capabilities of the adrenal gland, resulting in adrenal fatigue. African Americans, more so than Caucasians Americans, have been reported to experience a decrease in estradiol (sex hormones) and DHEA sulfate levels that result in fatigue (Kurina, Gulati, Everson-Rose, Chung, & Karavolos, 2004). A 23-year old African American female (B. Nelson, personal communication, February 3, 2014) said, before her cycle begins to flow, she becomes fatigue, has no energy, and can take naps back-to-back. Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS, myalgic encephalomyelitis [ME]), often affects individuals between the ages of 20-40 (Afari & Buchwald, 2003). Because of the availability to

Accordingly, everywhere in the world the existing education system is being redefined, and educational programs that have to closely relate to practice are being improved. For that sake, "new schools for entrepreneurs and managers" are founded, which are based on modern programs and courses meant for various groups of businesspeople. Very popular are virtual faculties, which are founded all around the world and enable connection between businesspeople and business learners with lecturers from all around the world, no matter where they actually might reside. Participating in courses and testing via the Internet, essentially change previous way of gaining knowledge in classical classrooms. This way of learning contributes to fast information exchange, more access to the newest knowledge and experiences in this domain and save the time and money. Thus, in this millennium the classic way of education will be slowly substituted with some other forms of education, in which learning from homes and offices with the help of computers, were true. Interactive education should provide a completely new dimension of gaining knowledge making learning faster and easier for those who attend certain courses. In this article the authors aimed to explain advantages and disadvantages of e-learning with a stress of special benefits for women. Additionally, presented are results of several researches relevant to the topic.

A total of ten managers drawn from Africa and USA participated in the study. The managers responded to five questions; what is the impact of mergers on organizations and their management? How does management communicate with employees during an M&A? How do leaders guide their followers through an M&A? Why do organizational culture changes affect the M&A outcome? Why are M&A a source of stress for employees and leaders? How do employees and leaders deal with change during an M&A? The ten mangers living and working on two different continents shared similar views on the issues impacting M & As. Managers behavior is characterized by stress, anxiety, cultural shock and loss of jobs during M & As. M & A benefits include access to new resources, market access and learning new techniques including management practices. The need to communicate in methodological manner w...

The association of insomnia and its association with dry eyes experienced by African women will be further discussed and natural approaches aimed to help women who experience these symptoms will be presented. Conditions and Causes of Insomnia Researchers found consistency result among Africa women who have trouble sleeping (Breus, 2012). Insomnia can be described as sleep disturbance (Ensrud et al., 2009). Sleep disturbance include difficulties going to sleep, remaining asleep, having a sound sleep pattern, or wakening (Ensrud et al., 2009).
This paper focuses on women in the poorer nations, such as in Africa, who experience perimenopaus... more This paper focuses on women in the poorer nations, such as in Africa, who experience perimenopause and are coping with symptoms associated with perimenopause. Stress is a symptom associated with amenorrhea and perimenopause. "Amenorrhea is the absence or abnormal cessation of the menses," and perimenopause is a state of health affecting women between the ages of 20-45 that involves hormonal changes ("American Society for Reproductive Medicine," 2008, p. S219; "Perimenopause Symptoms," n.d.). The Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) is a severe form of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) whereby somatic and emotional disturbances result in distress (Batra & Harper, 2003). A comparative analysis of stresses that may be experienced by African women, with stresses experienced by unicellular organisms and plants, can be processed from the literature. Natural methods aimed to approach or distinguish stresses will be presented. Forms and Origin of Stresses Based on the physiological state of being of unicellular organisms, such as microbes, when severe stress occurs, death more likely occurs (Yousef & Courtney, 2002). Stresses to microorganisms during food production and processing include physical treatments (heat), biological stresses (competition/microbial metabolites), and addition of chemicals (oxidants/ salts; Yousef & Courtney, 2002). The inability of living systems to adapt or make sustained adjustments to stresses result in physiologic changes, injury, diseases, or death (Berga & Loucks,
