Christian Karel Salgado Vargas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Information, a Master’s Degree in Government Communication and Institutions, and currently is taking a Doctorate Degree in Studies for Human Development at the Institute of Studies about the University (IESU) of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México (UAEM); she also holds three Diploma Courses: one in Government Communication taken at the Universidad Iberoamericana, one in Journalism at the UAEM and one in Internationalization of the Higher Education given by the College of the Americas based in Montreal, Canada.
Ms. Salgado currently holds the position of Head of International Affairs of the Vice-Presidency for International Cooperation at the Emminent Higher Institution of the State, the UAEM. For 4 years, she held the position of Head of International Exchange of this Vice-Presidency. Ms. Salgado has expertise in the areas of communication; it is worth mentioning her participation in the corporation Puntual covering sources of information related to the Government of the State of México, the Board of Local Congressmen and the Municipal Government.
In the private initiative, Ms. Salgado has expertise in the area of Public Relations and Sales Management in Famsa Metropolitano S.A. de C.V. Puebla – Toluca, promoting the subscription of agreements between enterprises in the public and private sectors and being in charge of the sales department. It is worth mentioning her participation in the department of Marketing as the responsible for Planning and Organization of the Plan of Means of the Hardware Enterprise Ferre Pat S.A. de C.V in the city of Puebla.
Ms. Salgado is co-author of the article: “Impacto de los programas de movilidad internacional en la adquisición de competencias académicas para el ingreso al mercado laboral: México. (“Impact of international mobility programs in the acquisition of academic competences for the entering to the work market”.) Published in 2016 by the Revista Iberoamericana para la investigación y el Desarrollo Educativo.
Since 2014, she works as a professor of the Faculty of Politics and Social Sciences at the UAEM, giving the subjects of Marketing and Design and Strategies of Communication in Enterprises.
