C, with a vision, so to speak, of modern law; The example I will take to make this parallel will be the literary work Crime and Punishment, written by Fyodor Dostoevsky in 1866. Much attributed to the work, the "invention of law" presented in the Oresteia where the judgment of the individual concerning crimes and criminal conduct, Sanctioned, more often than not with pure revenge, without criteria or precedent, is gradually suppressed by the public judgment, constituted in the force of the law and a reflection on the reasonableness of justice; Formerly applied to iron and fire, the atrocity of the crime being punished with a sanction of the same or equivalently atrocious.

The execution of the Washington Consensus' program by democratically elected governments in the 1990's is pointed as aggravating the internal and external crisis that was initiated in the 1960's and 1970's, and deepened in the 1980's.
