SUMMARRY On the grounds of the farm "San Pablo" belonging to the Faculty of Agricultura... more SUMMARRY On the grounds of the farm "San Pablo" belonging to the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Technical University of Babahoyo, a trial was conducted in the cultivation of chia (Salvia hispanica L.) in the presence of fertilization levels 40 - 30 - 40 - 0 - 0; 40 - 60 - 40 - 0 - 0, 40-30 - 80 - 0 to 0; 40 - 60 - 80 - 0 to 0; 80-30 - 40 - 0 - 0; 80-60 - 40 - 0 - 0; 80-30 - 80 - 0-0; 80-60 - 80 - 0-0; 80- 60 - 80 - 2 to 0; 80-60 - 80 - 0 to 2; 80-60 - 80 - 2 to 2 kg / ha of NPKBCu. In addition, a control treatment was included devoid of nutrients; giving a total of 12 treatments; in order to: a) Determine appropriate levels of N, P, K, B and Cu to maximize grain yield; b) To analyze economic performance chia based on the cost of production of treatments.
