In the history of Legal Philosophy, natural law concept, reflected in both two first chapters of ... more In the history of Legal Philosophy, natural law concept, reflected in both two first chapters of the Letter of San Pablo to the Romans, means the birth of a new Iusnaturalism. This concept takes roots in the greco-roman classic thought and is based on the new anthropological dimension that provides Christianity. From the Apostle critical view regarding the mosaic law, we can analyse the idea of a nonwritten law that flows from human nature. This law is born in men's heart and works for grace and true justice, represented by Gospel. In addition this natural law constitutes an unequivocal test of the existence of a natural ethics and a theology based on reason.

Discusses how intangible cultural heritage in Spain is defined and protected according to law 16/... more Discusses how intangible cultural heritage in Spain is defined and protected according to law 16/1985 and by other laws in the autonomous regions of the Basque Country, Andalucia, Galicia, Madrid, Balearic Islands, Aragon, Canary Islands, Extremadura, Asturias and Castilla y Leon in Spain. The author discusses ethnographic heritage in Spanish legislation, when it is considered part of intangible heritage and in what circumstances it becomes a separate category. The terms used to describe intangible heritage are also examined. Other subjects discussed in the article are intangible heritage versus ethnographic heritage, tradition as the underlying notion in intangible heritage, and various types of intangible heritage. The entire discussion is framed within the international recommendations, conventions and treatises aimed at safeguarding cultural property promoted by UNESCO since 1954, and in particular the UNESCO Convention of 2003.
