Coronaviruses (CoV) merupakan bagian dari keluarga virus yang menyebabkan penyakit mulai dari flu hingga penyakit yang lebih berat seperti Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV). COVID 19 per Kabupaten Provinsi Jambi pada tahun 2021 dari bulan januari-september penderita COVID 19 yang positif di kabupaten kerinci sebanyak 576 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi masyarakat dengan perilaku pencegahan wabah COVID 19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bukit Kerman Kabupaten Kerinci Tahun 2021.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilaksanakan tanggal 7 Desember 2021-29 Februari 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien lanjut lansia (Elderly) usia 60-74 tahun yang berjumlah 230 orang dan sampel sebanyak 38 orang dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, kemudian data diolah dan dianalisis secara univariat deskriptif dan bivariat dengan uji chisquare dan korelasi.Hasil penelitian diperoleh lebih dari separuh (55,3%) responden tidak dilakukan dalam perilaku pencegahan wabah virus corona, lebih dari separuh (63,2%) responden negatif dalam persepsi masyarakat dengan (p value 0,004). Berarti terdapat hubungan persepsi masyarakat dengan perilaku pencegahan wabah COVID 19. Diharapkan pihak puskesmas dapat memberi informasi kesehatan tentang persepsi masyarakat dengan perilaku pencegahan virus corona.

One who is prone to experiencing PTSD is adolescents. To prevent PTSD from occurring, good psychological well-being is needed. The factors that influence psychological well-being is coping strategy. This study is an analytical study with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in three disaster-prone districts in Padang City, namely North Padang, South Padang, and Koto Tangah. Membludaknya kasus ini tentu saja menimbulkan masalah terutama pengadaan alat pelindung diri (APD) bagi tenaga kesehatan (nakes) yang sangat minim. Cara menggunakan APD yang benar sangat berpengaruh terhadap angka penularan COVID 19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap tentang penggunaan APD pada nakes di puskesmas yang ada di wilayah Kota Cimahi. The most use of KB in non MKJP was injection 70% and pill 21%. The use of this method was very influential on the level of family planning continuity. Viewed from the 2012 SDKI, the dropout rate in the injection method was 40.7%. This phenomenon has contributed to the stagnation of the total fertility rate and ultimately still impact to the high maternal mortality rate in Indonesia.Methods: This analytic study was conducted with a cross sectional approach. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan obsevasional analitik Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah banyaknya rekam medis yang disiapkan dengan accidental sampling dari rata-rata setiap hari sebanyak 32 berkas rekam medis dengan mengguakan analisis data metode workload analysis (analisis beban kerja). Dari hasil hitung jam kerja efektif Klinik Medika Saintika Padang adalah 3,92 jam/hari (14104 detik) dan waktu menyelasaikan semua tugas dibagian filling telah sesuai hanya saja pada bagian filling tidak ada tenaga kerja tetap. Rekam medis merupakan berkas atau dokumen penting bagi setiap instansi rumah sakit. Berkas rekam medis tidak lengkap sebanyak 70% dan berkas rekam medis lengkap sebanyak 30%. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode observasi analitik dengan pendekatan studi potong lintang atau Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kelengkapan rekam medis dengan klaim BPJS. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2020 di RSUD M.Zein Painan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua berkas rekam medis dengan menggunakan JKN-KIS dengan sampel sebanyak 125 orang. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah berkas rekam medis yang lengkap adalah 66,4% serta tidak lengkap sebanyak 33,6% sedangkan persetujuan Klaim BPJS sebanyak 60,8% dan tidak setuju sebanyak 39,2%. Natural disasters give a very significant impact on physical, psychological and social. The psychological impact that most often appears in disaster cases is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). One who is prone to experiencing PTSD is adolescents. To prevent PTSD from occurring, good psychological well-being is needed. Viewed from the 2012 SDKI, the dropout rate in the injection method was 40.7%. This phenomenon has contributed to the stagnation of the total fertility rate and ultimately still impact to the high maternal mortality rate in Indonesia.Methods: This analytic study was conducted with a cross sectional approach. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan obsevasional analitik Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah banyaknya rekam medis yang disiapkan dengan accidental sampling dari rata-rata setiap hari sebanyak 32 berkas rekam medis dengan mengguakan analisis data metode workload analysis (analisis beban kerja). Rekam medis merupakan berkas atau dokumen penting bagi setiap instansi rumah sakit. Berkas rekam medis tidak lengkap sebanyak 70% dan berkas rekam medis lengkap sebanyak 30%. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode observasi analitik dengan pendekatan studi potong lintang atau Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kelengkapan rekam medis dengan klaim BPJS. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2020 di RSUD M.Zein Painan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua berkas rekam medis dengan menggunakan JKN-KIS dengan sampel sebanyak 125 orang. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah berkas rekam medis yang lengkap adalah 66,4% serta tidak lengkap sebanyak 33,6% sedangkan persetujuan Klaim BPJS sebanyak 60,8% dan tidak setuju sebanyak 39,2%.
