The modern development integrates medical imaging into computer techniques. This advancement has monumental effect on how medical images are interpreted and analyzed. In many circumstances, manual segmentation of liver from computerized tomography (CT) imaging is imperative, and cannot provide satisfactory results. However, there are some difficulties in segmenting the liver due to its uneven shape, fuzzy boundary and complicated structure. This leads to necessity of enabling optimization in interactive segmentation approach. The main objective of reinforcing optimization is to search the optimal threshold and reduce the chance of falling into local optimum with survival of the fittest (SOF) technique. The proposed methodology makes use of pre-processing stage and reinforcing meta heuristics optimization based fuzzy c-means (FCM) for obtaining detailed information about the image. This information...

The mechanism adopted should be able to provides the capability to enhance video transmissions in dynamic networks, and consequently, improving the video quality, without adding unnecessary network overhead and maximizing the QoE. As the resources in the network are already scarce, this approach leads to a better usage of the wireless resources for video delivery. It can be made possible by using the redundancy scheme which is based on key human visual system and video characteristics, namely, GoP size, frame type, and position, as well as the levels of motion activity in each video sequence. Besides that, the network state, i.e., packet loss rate, was also considered.

The circulatory motion of the rack is converted into linear motion which helps to press the Ambu bag. The proposed project works on three modes of operation that is child-adult and elder which is set wrt to the breaths per minute. There are two states of operation one normal state where the normal working is evidenced whereas the other operation mode is emergency where the buzzer is themed on in case of emergency. All the parameters are displayed on LCD and connected to the IoT cloud to communicate remotely in the end device Keywords: Ambulatory Bag, IoT network, Rack and Pinion mechanism, Manual resuscitator, mechanical ventilators

There is a need of resource utilization framework, which balances the tradeoff of high dimension data with optimal quality using joint allocation methodology for power allocation and bit loading. The encoding mechanism induced at layer level is having differentiated priority. This paper proposes a scheme of packet prioritization for achieving maximum utility under fixed rate constraints. Further, a joint power allocation and bit loading mechanism are conceptualized on OFDM access using clustering of users, power adaption and bit loading. The validation of the model is done by evaluating its performance with traditional resource allocation methods.

We reviewed the existing literatures of bit loading and power allocation to find more inclination towards 3G and 4G-based enabling technologies (OFDM-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) and less towards 5G-based enabling technologies (e.g. FBMC-Filter Bank Multiple Carrier) almost no work is done towards 5G network. Hence, we present a framework of bit loading and power allocation that uses FBMC, incorporates a new encoding, and introduced a novel modulation technique over a stream of signal to find it more optimally supporting the demands of 5G networks. The study outcome was found to possess lower error rate, higher data delivery performance, lower power usage, and faster processing time in comparison to existing legacy standards.

Handoffs must be performed successfully and as infrequently as possible, and be imperceptible to the users. In order to meet these requirements, system designers must specify an optimum signal level at which initiate a handoff. Once a particular signal level is specified as the minimum usable signal for acceptable voice quality at the base station receiver, a slightly stronger signal level is used as a threshold at which a handoff is made. This margin, given by D = P r-P r cannot be too large or too small [1]. Therefore, D is chosen handoff minimum usable, carefully to meet these conflicting requirements. Handover Controls an essential component of radio resource management that imposes considerable signaling load on the network. The amount of undesirable signaling load depends directly on the speed of the hand set. In this paper, we propose that an handoff can be initiated by measuring parameters like link quality, location of the mobile and signal power w.r.t neighboring base station using Fuzzy Logic. This method will prevent the unnecessary handoff between the base station in turn reducing the burden of the base station & preventing traffic conjunction.

There by estimating the ratio of signal to noise, mean square error and bit error rate is necessary. In this paper we have developed two algorithms, first to estimate Signal to Noise ratio (SNR) with respect to Gaussian noise in the channel and then by incrementing power of the signal corresponding SNR is obtained. Mean Squarer Error (MSE) of the signal is also calculated for the same incremental values of power. Second algorithm obtains BER of the channel, to reduce this error rate power is increased until an acceptable BER of the channel is found for varies M of QAM technique in OFDM system. Simulation results of SNR, MSE and BER for incremental power has been shown using MATLAB.

We proposed interference alignment based channel independent precoding in MIMO OFDM system. We showed that when the number of receive antennas (nr) is not more than the number of transmit antennas (nt), our proposed precoding is more bandwidth efficient than the conventional zero-padded or CP added MIMO systems, such as, ZP-only, CP-OFDM and SC-FDE system and When the number of receive antennas is more than the number of transmit antennas, it was shown that the IBI in an MIMO OFDM system can be completely eliminated without any CP or zero-padding or precoding, when the OFDM block size is not too small. In this paper, we consider only CP based block transmission system.

We have designed the resource allocation system by solving the dual-coupled problems at two distinct levels (i.e., Upper Level and Lower Level). The first level problem responsible for slicing the front haul capacity (Fcap) and computation of cloud resources for all operators (Op’s). This would indeed tend to increase the overall profits for each Op as well as infrastructure provider by accounting the numerical constraints on Fcap and computational resources. The study introduces a dual-level algorithmic approach to solve this two level RAl problem. At first-level, system considers both Ulevel and Llevel problems by relaxing discrete values with continuous ones. While in the second-level, we i...
