Researchers from across the world are found to contribute articles and other communications to the same. It plays a crucial role in disseminating scholarly communications in the field of Library and Information Science. The present bibliometric study attempts to visualise the journal's data contents published during 2007-2020 using the bibliometrix R-package Biblioshiny tool, HistCite, and VOSviewer software. For the analysis, data has been extracted from the Web of Science Core Collection Database. Analysing the dynamics of the trends of publication pattern, citations received, authorship characteristics, etc., based on 282 document types available for the period, the findings of the study provide different clues about the most productive and influential authors, papers, countries, and affiliations of the research communities, keywords, etc. The study has enabled the establishment of bibliometric networks about keywords, authors, countries, institutions, cited references, and cited sources based on co-occurrence, co-authorship, and co-citation analysis, making the same visualised contents.

In arid and semi-arid zones, the human dependency on groundwater is comparatively very high, and its quality significantly impacts human health. Both anthropogenic and natural factors have led to changes in hydrodynamics of groundwater resources and water security issues in various regions of the globe. Thus, the bibliometric search methods were conducted to assess the dynamics of "Groundwater Research" in India based on scientific literature published from 1989 to 2020. In this regard, the Web of Science Core Collection database has been used to extract the literature amounting to 3848 document types. Analysis and mapping of the searched data have been compiled using Microsoft Excel, bibliometrix R-Package Biblioshiny, BibExcel, HistCite and VOSviewer tools, which enabled to assess of the development of the literature, identification of documents types, most prolific authors, countries, institutions, highly cited articles, productive journals, bibliographic coupling, keywords and hotspot topics. The significant findings highlight that the number of research publications has increased significantly over the last few decades in India to promote groundwater scientific study and research. The study highlight that the research articles are the most preferred document type, and India's collaboration in groundwater research is highest with the USA. The Journal of the Geological Society of India is the most preferred journal for research publication and the highest count of publication contributions from the Indian Institutes of Technologies. The present review study will assist institutions in providing the current "Groundwater Research" gap in the country and will facilitate the future productive research output in groundwater research.

Today it is a common platform to interact with users without their behavior. A website survey certainly helps us to identify and analyse available content to obtain rich and suitable information by evaluating the current website's improvement. The present study evaluates the contents of the nine central university library websites of the North East India. A checklist has been developed to collect library facilities, library collections, university webpage accessibility, link searches, and the retrieval interface. The purpose of this article is to help website developers, and administrators better understand the current state of these university websites so that they may provide more informative, up-to-date information, authentic information, user-friendly, and dynamic methods to users based on their needs.

It also suggests to incorporate provisions for the same if such policies are revised and reformulated in future in the country. Report of the Prof. D.P. Chattopadhyay, recommendations of the National Mission on Libraries and Indian Public Library Movement and the Public Libraries Acts of the country are referred. Analyses the contents of these policy documents in order to understand if they support progress towards achieving the Goals. Efforts are found to formulate policies for library and information systems in India before the UN adopts its 2030 Agenda setting 17 Goals. There is a missing link between the policy documents of the country and the set goals of the UN as far as the supportive aspects towards the goals are concerned.
