However, multiple postoperative adverse events associated with ischemia may be caused by excessive inflation pressure and duration. We aimed to evaluate the degree of tourniquet-induced ischemia using a noninvasive continuous real-time monitoring method and the relationship between changes in tissue oxygen saturation (StO2) and blood biochemical markers of ischemic injuries in patients undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery. Methods This was a prospective observational study using near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). Data were collected from 29 consecutive patients who underwent arthroscopic procedures. Twenty-five patients underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, and four underwent meniscal repair. The present study sought to characterize the clinical and hemodynamic features of cold weather on APE patients.MethodsAll enrolled 224 APE patients underwent clinical and hemodynamic evaluation and baseline parameters were collected. Recruited patients were grouped by weather pattern on admission into cold and warm weather group. The correlation and prognostic values among cold weather and other variables were analyzed.ResultsCompared to warm weather group, patients in cold weather group present with more severe cardiac function, with adverse WHO-functional class (P = 0.032) and higher NT-proBNP concentration [1,853.0 (398.0, 5,237.0) pg/ml vs. 847.5 (56.8, 3,090.5) pg/ml, P = 0.001]. Promoting the chain-network integration of blockchain and enterprise networks is expected to solve the dilemma of efficiency and risk. We adopt a comprehensive literature research method to focus on the theoretical evolution and application development of enterprise networks and blockchains, explain the main logic of the integration of blockchain and enterprise network theory and chain networks from a theoretical perspective, give the definition of enterprise networks, and innovate to establish chain- network integration model and correlation measurement model. As a collaborative and associated system of industrial clusters, enterprise networks has encounte... more As a collaborative and associated system of industrial clusters, enterprise networks has encountered trust problems in distributed business scenarios, and the service providers or clients of its operational solutions may leave due to their own interests. Traditional trustworthiness methods are gradually losing their advantages due to the shackles (single point of failure and fairness query) or elbows (multiple iterations and performance bottlenecks) of the trust intermediary. Undoubtedly, the trustworthiness method of blockchain and the mechanism for resolving disputes are extremely important to the distributed operation mode of enterprise networks. We proposed three modes of blockchain and enterprise network integration and focused on the private chain mode of blockchain and star structure enterprise network integration, the alliance chain mode of blockchain and linear structure enterprise network integration. It also proposes applicative and distributed operation solutions based on blockchain because of its characteristic like decentralization and non-repudiation for enterprise network autonomy scenarios. Our research introduces the blockchain technology into the construction of the logistics and information flow ecosystem to master the laws of information resource flow, optimize the management of information resources, realize the innovation and development of industrial clusters, and provide theoretical reference and practical guidance.

In order to test the effect of online physical training for college students under the epidemic. ... more In order to test the effect of online physical training for college students under the epidemic. We selected the college students from Guangzhou X College as the experimental samples, and conducted a study on the distinction between the experimental group and the control group. In the experimental group, the basic physical condition was learned through Functional Movement Screening (FMS). Then carried out cause analysis and functional adjustment exercises for low-scoring items. Based on the weakness of upper limbs and core strength discovered by the experimental group during the test, we conducted targeted online physical training for 8 weeks. A comparative analysis based on the physical test before and after training and the FMS score of the experimental group. After training intervention, it has a significant impact on Shoulder Mobility, Active Straight Leg Raise, Rotary Stability and total score in FMS, but it has a counter-effect on the Hurdle Step, and other test actions have different gender validity. Through the physical test, the data of the experimental group has been significantly improved (P<0.01), but it is still at the passing level, which shows that the physical fitness of the college students is very poor. Although this physical training method is limited to home conditions and training tools, it also effectively improve the physical fitness of college students under epidemic situation. In addition, the results show that the method has a more significant effect on female.

Twenty patients diagnosed with early PD from March 2012 to February 2013 were included in the present study. A 1.5 T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system with an eight-channel head coil was used to obtain images. Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and enhanced T2 star weighted angiography (ESWAN) sequences were conducted. FA and T2* values were separately measured and statistically analyzed. Compared with control, the values of FA and T2* in rostral, middle, and caudal areas of SN were decreased significantly in subjects who were diagnosed with early PD. Methods A retrospective review of the clinical data of 52 children who underwent perventricular closure of VSD under transesophageal echocardiography were analyzed. All the children were performed tracheal intubation under general anesthesia, and the electrocardiogram, pulse blood oxygen saturation, invasive arterial pressure, central venous pressure, end tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure, temperature and urine output were continuously monitored throughout the procedure. The transesophageal echocardiography was necessary for guiding transcatheter or per-ventricular device placement. The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology expands the boundary of business pract... more The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology expands the boundary of business practice, inducing the emergence and application of business intelligence (BI) that has promoted the transformation of information techniques to optimize business decision and operation. However, there is a lack of theoretical consensus and measurement of the technology embedded in BI at present. This study exploratively develops the Sense-Transform-Drive (STD) conceptual model of BI based on dynamic capabilities theory and organizational evolutionary theory to explain the core BI capabilities. By using factoring analysis and structural equation modeling analysis, we extract the latent constructs and empirically verify the validity of the STD model and further examine the correlation and mode of interaction of the three core BI capabilities and the impact of BI application on firm performance in the real economy with a sample contextual to Chinese business practices. The study results show that there are direct and high-intensity cumulative positive effects among the structural components of the STD conceptual model and BI-related dynamic capabilities can enhance operating efficiency and firm performance.

Data privacy protection is a key problem in the research and application of the internet of thing... more Data privacy protection is a key problem in the research and application of the internet of things that in wireless sensor networks has broad application prospects, such as agriculture environmental monitoring, healthcare, etc. For the core part of the internet of things, wireless sensor network, it is a very challenging task to provide effective privacy protection in the process of data transmission. In this paper, a new type of data privacy protection strategy based on the additive aggregation function is proposed (hereafter referred to as DPPA). On the one hand, applying the superposition property of the node data, the paper introduces the class aggregation protocol. On the other hand, taking advantage of the algebraic properties of the polynomials and the correlation properties of the superposed data, it can reduce the data of the header files of the data packages, and reduce the data size, while improving the privacy preservation. Simulation results show that DPPA can effectively protect data privacy, and get accurate data fusion results, while reducing the amount of data traffic.

N-channel solution-processed organic thin film transistors (TFTs) based on a blend network of N,N... more N-channel solution-processed organic thin film transistors (TFTs) based on a blend network of N,N'-bis(1H,1H-perfluorobutyl)-1,7-dicyanoperylene-3,4:9,10-tetracarboxylic diimide (PDIF-CN2) and zinc oxide (ZnO) nanowires show remarkable electron field effect mobilities of up to 0.5 cm 2 /V•s in ambient air, which is about five-fold higher than those based on pristine PDIF-CN2 films. When tested in both bias directions the output and transfer electrical hysteresis of those blend TFTs are negligible. In addition, their low processing temperature and flexible semiconducting layer makes them a highly promising means of realizing high performance, solution-processed n-channel organic TFTs. Data privacy protection is a key problem in the research and application of the internet of thing... more Data privacy protection is a key problem in the research and application of the internet of things that in wireless sensor networks has broad application prospects, such as agriculture environmental monitoring, healthcare, etc. For the core part of the internet of things, wireless sensor network, it is a very challenging task to provide effective privacy protection in the process of data transmission. In this paper, a new type of data privacy protection strategy based on the additive aggregation function is proposed (hereafter referred to as DPPA). On the one hand, applying the superposition property of the node data, the paper introduces the class aggregation protocol. On the other hand, taking advantage of the algebraic properties of the polynomials and the correlation properties of the superposed data, it can reduce the data of the header files of the data packages, and reduce the data size, while improving the privacy preservation. Simulation results show that DPPA can effectively protect data privacy, and get accurate data fusion results, while reducing the amount of data traffic.

N-channel solution-processed organic thin film transistors (TFTs) based on a blend network of N,N... more N-channel solution-processed organic thin film transistors (TFTs) based on a blend network of N,N'-bis(1H,1H-perfluorobutyl)-1,7-dicyanoperylene-3,4:9,10-tetracarboxylic diimide (PDIF-CN2) and zinc oxide (ZnO) nanowires show remarkable electron field effect mobilities of up to 0.5 cm 2 /V•s in ambient air, which is about five-fold higher than those based on pristine PDIF-CN2 films. When tested in both bias directions the output and transfer electrical hysteresis of those blend TFTs are negligible. In addition, their low processing temperature and flexible semiconducting layer makes them a highly promising means of realizing high performance, solution-processed n-channel organic TFTs.
