Theatre therapy was researched as a possible work instrument in the case of children with ASD in order to increase the development of their social and emotional abilities through recognising, expressing and understanding emotions, and also through reducing their anxiety levels towards new, unpredictable situation. The longitudinal research was implemented over a 14-month period, the data being collected in four stages, as follows: T1-base line, T2-post intervention, T3three months after the intervention, and T4-12 months after the intervention was completed. The experiment consisted of carrying out improvisational theatrical activities over a period of six weeks with a preschool class in which one of the children was suffering of ASD. The data has been compiled into sociograms, showing the rejecting and attraction relations towards and from the child with ASD. The data analysis indicated a progressive evolution and that the acquisitions were maintained over time.

It was accepted as a counseling technique used partially in schools, being observed that sandplay can facilitate the development of physical, social, and academic skills The study conducted on a lot of 20 preschool children (N=20) aims to measure the size of the effect that the Sand Play Workshop had on the development of social and emotional skills of the preschool children involved in the study. The data obtained indicates significant results both in the development of social skills (prosocial behavior, the interaction with the adults, and the interaction with children of the same age) and, the emotional skills (emotional regulation, and expressing and recognizing emotions). The Sand Play Workshops are inspired by the SandPlay Therapy principles, adapted to the educational settings, based on individual and small groups activities. The data obtained confirm the working hypothesis, therefore the sandplay workshops had an impact upon the stimulation of the preschoolers' social and emotional development, the results being similar to other recent researches

This study was intended to achieve a linguistic adaptation and validation of the ”Teachers’ Self-Efficacy for Autism Spectrum Disorder Inclusion” (TSE-ASDI) scale into Romanian. The linguistic translation and validation was carried out in stages, following a conceptual equivalence approach, including forward and backward translations, review and adaptation of the scale by experts and linguistic validation in pre-service and in-service teachers in which the psychometric properties were tested. The results showed that the Romanian version of the TSE-ASDI scale is reliable and valid and further testing of the instrument would be necessary in order to confirm its utility in Romania for both practice and research.

The main areas assessed were the social skills, expressive language, cognitive development, personal autonomy and motor skills. During the 4 years of experimental study, the children benefited from the intervention based on the language and communication stimulation method for children with autistic spectrum disorder (LCSMA-Language and Communication Stimulation Method in Autism; Dasc l Cri an, 2012), undergoing a periodic assessment every 6 months. According to the obtained results, an improvement was recorded over all the areas investigated, although the overall development profile of the children remained disharmonically developed, subjected to both a sudden increase as well as a ceiling effect throughout their evolution.

The present study, with a correlational design, aims to investigate the connection between the level of career indecision and the perceived self-efficacy on making career decisions among teenagers at the end of upper secondary education (N = 160). Based on the results, it was established that there is an insignificant negative correlation between gender and career indecision, however, between selfefficacy on making career decisions and gender of participants there is a significant positive correlation.

Education for All" is the concept intended to lift all barriers found in educating all children, ... more Education for All" is the concept intended to lift all barriers found in educating all children, especially, those vulnerable to exclusion and marginalization. Therefore education for all represents the ideal of maximum flexibility and tolerance regarding diversity. The study conducted on 130 teachers, from 5 Romanian counties (Cluj, Mureș, Sălaj, Maramureș, Bistrița-Năsăud), had the purpose of identifying the attitudes of the teachers towards the educational inclusion of children with CES. We wanted to find out if there were significant differences in perception between counties but also related to the teachers' age/experience. The results didn't show any difference in perception between counties, as well as the way the teachers' attitudes were influenced by their age/experience.

The research was conducted on a sample of 40 students, aged 11. Data was collected using the CTAS Test Anxiety Inventory (Cassady & Johnson, 2001) and the reported average grade for each student's performance in previous school semester. Results highlight a statistically significant negative correlation between test anxiety and academic performance and statistically insignificant Student T Tests for both gender differences in anxiety levels or in academic performance.

We have also investigated the relationship between test anxiety and students' future self-evaluation of academic performance. The study was conducted on a sample including 177 students with age between 19-50 years (M=23, SD=7.96). The results indicated no significant correlation between test anxiety and teaching style and a negative significant correlation between test anxiety and self-perception of evaluation.

The research is based on a survey developed on a sample of 130 students from the College of Political, Administrative and Communication Science, Babes-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca. The collected data has been both quantitative and quantitative. The students have been inquired about their professional path, about their career decisions, personal and professional values, abilities and competencies, intentions for the future etc. The most relevant results of the study show that: students are poorly informed about job opportunities, their expectations for the future are not connected with their own knowledge and abilities, they do not have a coherent career plan and encounter major barriers in the career decision process. The results are important for career counsellors as they can be used in the development of career guidance programs in the university environment.

Long-term follow-up studies show that the developmental outcomes of autistic individuals are highly variable, even for individuals at the more intellectually able end of the autism spectrum. While some individuals go on to live independently and obtain qualifications, the majority fail to achieve independence, to attain full-time employment, or to enjoy friendships. The concept of 'executive function' refers to the higher order control processes necessary to guide behaviour in a constantly changing environment. The concept includes abilities such as planning, working memory, mental flexibility, response initiation, response inhibition, impulse control and monitoring of action. The aim of this study was to elaborate an individualized intervention program for children with ASD to develop the executive functions (working memory, selective attention, planning, organizing and inhibition of response). Measures of EF were administered to a sample of 5 pre-schoolers (1 girl and 4 boys with 6-7 years old). The results show that, the individualized intervention program in this study has a semnificative influence to develop the executive functions [H (2) =10,61; p<0,01 (p=0,005) for working memory; H (2) =11,05; p<0,01 (p=0,004) for attention; H (2) =11,88; p<0,01 (p=0,003) for planification; H (2) = 10,9; p<0,01 (p=0,004) for organization and H (2) =10,4; p<0,01 (p=0,005) for inhibition of response].
