Permasalahan siswa dalam menghadapi masa era pandemi tersebut membuat rendah tingkat school well ... more Permasalahan siswa dalam menghadapi masa era pandemi tersebut membuat rendah tingkat school well being yang akan berdampak pada tingkat stres akademik. Hal inilah yang mendorong peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian terkait konseling kelompok sebagai mediator hubungan antara tingkat stres akademik dengan school well-being pada siswa SMK Kelautan kabupaten Gunungkidul di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional (melihat hubungan antar variable). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data dari ketiga variable (Tingkat Stres Akademik, School Well Being dan Konseling Kelompok). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 70 siswa kelas X SMK Kelautan kabupaten Gunungkidul. Subjek dalam penelitian yaitu perempuan dan laki-laki. Pengabdi pada PkM ini adalah dosen Prodi Psikologi Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta dan mahasiswa dengan jumlah total pengabdi adalah 4 (dua) orang. Peserta yang mengikuti PkM berjumlah 10 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup remaja pada kelomp... more Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup remaja pada kelompok FAKP (Forum Anak Kulon Progo) yang berada dalam pengawasan Dinas Sosial Kulon Progo. Pengabdi pada kegiatan ini adalah dosen prodi psikologi Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta dan mahasiswa dengan 15 peserta. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa pelatihan kognitif perilaku berbasis kekuatan untuk mengelola kualitas hidup remaja. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Skala kualitas hidup yang digunakan diadaptasi dari skala WHOQOL_BREF (2004). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kognitif perilaku berbasis kekuatan dapat membantu remaja memahami diri, menemukan kekuatan dalam dirinya, mengelola emosi serta lebih produktif sehingga meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya.

Jumlah subjek pada penelitian sebanyak 4 orang siswa yang sedang menjabat sebagai ketua OSIS di sekolah masing-masing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologis dan analisis tematik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2 gaya kepemimpinan OSIS yaitu kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada tugas dan hubungan, 9 karakteristik kepemimpinan OSIS yaitu mempunyai visi dan misi, transparan, bijaksana, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, kapasitas melihat peluang, fleksibel, inisiatif, kapasitas untuk mempengaruhi. Work engagement adalah keadaan pikiran dan perasaan positif yang mengarahkan tindakan seorang karyawan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan atau tugas di dalam ruang lingkup pekerjaannya secara optimal dan ditandai dengan semangat (vigor), dedikasi (dedication), dan penyerapan terhadap pekerjaan (absorption). The study aimed to analyze the implementation of anti-corruption character education in tertiary ... more The study aimed to analyze the implementation of anti-corruption character education in tertiary institutions. The participants of this study were 1218 academicians consisting of students (1118 people), lecturers (75 people), and education staff (25 people) in the universities across Yogyakarta. Data collection was conducted online for approximately 3 months via Google form, using the Anti-Corruption Character Building Questionnaire (ACCBQ) scale. Based on the collected data, the coefficient of Cronbach Alpha reliability was 0.948. The data analysis used descriptive data analysis divided into five categories, including very low, low, medium, high, and very high. The results of the study generally indicated that there were 5 (0.4%) participants who were in the very low category, 22 (1.8%) participants who were in the low category, 81 (6.7%) participants who were in the moderate category, 629 (51.6%) participants in the high category, and 481 (39.5%) participants in the very high cate...
This research aims to test the relationship between stress level and adaptive performance TNI-AL ... more This research aims to test the relationship between stress level and adaptive performance TNI-AL (Indonesian National Army Navy) and the impact of resilience as a moderator variable. The measures applied a 4‐point scale response ranging from 1 (very inappropriate or strongly disagree) to 4 (very suitable or strongly agree). Respondents were 71 TNI-AL assigned to the Outer Islands of Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative method with Moderated Regression Analysis technique (MRA) for data analysis. The analysis results show a B value of -1.104 and a significance value of 0.000 (p0.05), which means that the resilience variable cannot explain the relationship between stress levels and adaptive performance of TNI-AL assigned to the Outer Islands of Indonesia

Reinforced by the results of a questionnaire conducted by counseling teachers on January 13, 2020. The results showed that 35% of students were able to make career choices, while 55% of students had not been able to make career choices, and 15% were hesitant in making career choices. Departing from this, the service team consisting of 2 lecturers and 2 students of the Psychology Study Program, Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta University, conducted a Goal Setting Training (GST), in order to improve career decisions for students. Learning Organization is an organization that has the capacity, strength, and flexibility (Ivance... more Learning Organization is an organization that has the capacity, strength, and flexibility (Ivancevich, Konopaske & Matteson, 2014). The purpose of this study was to conduct a survey on employees of Learning Organization in the Islamic-based Universities. The subject of this study amounted to 112 employees in the college environment A, X, Y, and Z in Yogyakarta. The data collection is done by providing a scale of Learning Organization. Analysis of the data used is descriptive data analysis. Th4e results showed that there were 8 people (7.14%) subjects were categorized as very low, 25 (22.32%) subjects were categorized as low, 57 (50.89%) subjects were categorized as moderate, 14 (12.5%) subjects who were high, and 9 (8.03%) subjects were categorized as very high. The results also show that there is a perception that varies on a learning organization on the employees in the Islamic-based Universities. It is influenced by individual characteristics are different from each other, including age, gender, position, institution, period of employment, and education.

X Indonesia, which is reviewed by the personality profile mapping. This research is a survey that involving 211 subjects, in which the personality profile is measured using the DISC test. The results showed that prospective employees of PT. X Indonesian who have dominant personality type D are 15 subjects (7,11%), dominant personality type I are 13 subjects (6.16%), dominant personality type S are 92 subjects (43.60%) and the last personality dominant type C as many as 91 subjects (43.13%). In addition, the results also show that there are 17 career choices and dominant personality types. The reasearch is an intervention to improve efficacy about ERP softwares. This research used classroom action research (CAR) method of quasi experimental type with nonequivalent control group with pretest and posttest design. The participants were 35 students, with 18 students assigned to experimental group and 17 students to control group. The experimental group was trained for 4-5 hours each day within two days. The ERP-Efficacy was mesured by the ERP-Efficacy Questionnaire (ERPEQ) using 3 aspect from Compeau dan Higgins (1995). The aspect are ERP magnitude, ERP strength, and ERP generalizability. The data were analyzed by using anava mixed design. The result showed there was a significant difference of ERP-Efficacy between experimental and control group for pretest, posttest and follow up observations, with a value of F = 37.25 and p = 0.000 (p0.05). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on ITDC employee job satisfaction. The population of this study were all employees at ITDC. The sample selection process uses a total sampling method with the criteria of permanent employees who have worked for at least 2 years at ITDC, so that respondents have had experience working at PT ITDC so that they have experience and are able to feel the organizational culture at PT ITDC. Based on these criteria, the number of samples in this study were 117 permanent ITDC employees. Learning Organization is an organization that has the capacity, strength, and flexibility (Ivance... more Learning Organization is an organization that has the capacity, strength, and flexibility (Ivancevich, Konopaske & Matteson, 2014). The purpose of this study was to conduct a survey on employees of Learning Organization in the Islamic-based Universities. The subject of this study amounted to 112 employees in the college environment A, X, Y, and Z in Yogyakarta. The data collection is done by providing a scale of Learning Organization. Analysis of the data used is descriptive data analysis. Th4e results showed that there were 8 people (7.14%) subjects were categorized as very low, 25 (22.32%) subjects were categorized as low, 57 (50.89%) subjects were categorized as moderate, 14 (12.5%) subjects who were high, and 9 (8.03%) subjects were categorized as very high. The results also show that there is a perception that varies on a learning organization on the employees in the Islamic-based Universities. It is influenced by individual characteristics are different from each other, including age, gender, position, institution, period of employment, and education.

X Indonesia, which is reviewed by the personality profile mapping. This research is a survey that involving 211 subjects, in which the personality profile is measured using the DISC test. The results showed that prospective employees of PT. X Indonesian who have dominant personality type D are 15 subjects (7,11%), dominant personality type I are 13 subjects (6.16%), dominant personality type S are 92 subjects (43.60%) and the last personality dominant type C as many as 91 subjects (43.13%). In addition, the results also show that there are 17 career choices and dominant personality types. The reasearch is an intervention to improve efficacy about ERP softwares. This research used classroom action research (CAR) method of quasi experimental type with nonequivalent control group with pretest and posttest design. The participants were 35 students, with 18 students assigned to experimental group and 17 students to control group. The experimental group was trained for 4-5 hours each day within two days. The ERP-Efficacy was mesured by the ERP-Efficacy Questionnaire (ERPEQ) using 3 aspect from Compeau dan Higgins (1995). The aspect are ERP magnitude, ERP strength, and ERP generalizability. The data were analyzed by using anava mixed design. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on ITDC employee job satisfaction. The population of this study were all employees at ITDC. The sample selection process uses a total sampling method with the criteria of permanent employees who have worked for at least 2 years at ITDC, so that respondents have had experience working at PT ITDC so that they have experience and are able to feel the organizational culture at PT ITDC. Based on these criteria, the number of samples in this study were 117 permanent ITDC employees.
