In that solar cells and inverter plays a vital role in increasing the efficiency of the system. In practice, nearly all photovoltaic energy conversion uses semiconductor materials in the form of a p-n junction to potentially satisfy the requirements for photovoltaic energy conversion. High efficiency under wide input voltage range of the photovoltaic array is introduced by two new, components one for DC-DC converter and one inverter. In this paper, we will compare the types of solar cells and the inverter with their specifications.
