Supervision is an important activity carried out by the principal to provide assistance to teache... more Supervision is an important activity carried out by the principal to provide assistance to teachers in the face of the problems faced so that it will have an impact on improving the quality of teachers. This study aims to determine the factors of the peer supervision model in Malang City Junior High School. This research uses quantitative research methods through a factor analysis model. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire with a sample of principals in the city's junior high school of 52 principals. The result of this study is that there is one factor in peer supervision, namely factor 1 or collegial relationship factor. The variable that most significantly affects the principal's peer supervision is collegial relationships.

The college students entrepreneurship development service consists of three main activities, namely college students entrepreneurship analysis, college students entrepreneurship assistance and college students entrepreneurship training. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning at SIPEJAR through video-based ... more This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning at SIPEJAR through video-based learning media. Media selection is an important aspect to support the achievement of learning objectives. Video is a learning medium that can be used in online learning. This research method uses the experimental method (quasi-experiment research). The sample in this study were two classes consisting of the experimental class totaling 29 samples and the control class totaling 30 samples. The results showed that there was an increase in the score in the experimental class which was carried out by comparing the pre-test scores before using the instructional videos on SIPEJAR and the post-test after using the instructional videos on SIPEJAR. The increase in student scores shows that the use of effective instructional videos is used in online learning.

This study aims to determine the implementation of online learning on the quality and effectivene... more This study aims to determine the implementation of online learning on the quality and effectiveness of distance learning. The method in this study uses meta-analysis which is carried out by examining the relevant research results with research variables from various research articles. This meta-analysis was carried out on 60 research articles that examine online learning. Analysis of the data used in this meta-analysis research uses quantitative methods to determine meta-analysis data in the form of numbers and uses qualitative data to describe the relevant research findings. The results of this meta-analysis research show that the effectiveness of online learning is still lacking when compared to classical or face-to-face learning. The effectiveness of online learning is influenced by several factors, including the quality of teachers in making online learning materials and compiling online learning guidelines, tools used in online learning such as electronic media and internet network support, and student behavior in implementing online learning.

The development of the era that continues to occur bring the industrial 4.0 where the era of technological development, information and communication has spread to various aspects including the field of education. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of transformational leadership in facing the challenges of the industrial 4.0. This study uses a qualitative research approach with the study literature review technique. The result of this discussion is the role of transformational leadership in having a strategic position in facing the era of education 4.0. Transformational leadership is done through building commitment and awareness among all stakeholders of educational institutions to actualize themselves and use technological advances, information and communication in the education process.

Instructional supervision is an important aspect that influences the improvement of the quality o... more Instructional supervision is an important aspect that influences the improvement of the quality of education in schools. Through instructional supervision activities, teachers can improve the quality of carrying out their duties as educators. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of instructional supervision during the COVID-19 pandemic with information and communication technology. The research method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative research method. The research was carried out in Senior High Schools and Vocational High Schools in Malang City. The research sample was taken from six schools which were conducted through a purposive random sampling method. The result of this research is that the implementation of instructional supervision during the COVID-19 pandemic in Senior High Schools and Vocational High Schools in Malang City has been carried out effectively by utilizing information and communication technology. The implementation of instructional supervision activities is carried out through three supervision activities, namely planning, implementing, and evaluating follow-up supervision results. The implementation of instructional supervision activities during the COVID-19 pandemic was carried out through platforms such as Google meet and zoom and digital communication media such as WhatsApp which were used to support teaching supervision activities. Meanwhile, the supervision technique used is through virtual class visits, online workshops, online MGMP, and online conversations.

This research is a development study concerning the ten steps Borg & Gall developed. The findings of the study, among others: (1) there are 5 dialectic factors of Excellence Leadership of One-Roof School principals that are effective in developing the quality of the school, among others: personal, social, political, spiritual, and cultural; (2) there are four One-Roof School head Excellence Leaderships that have sequential relationships, namely spiritual leadership, learning leadership, entrepreneurial leadership, and transformational leadership; and (3) Ishikawa Excellence Leadership development model is the most effective model for the development of One-Roof School quality.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, learning is carried out fully online. The selection of appropriate learning media and strategies will greatly affect the quality of learning and student performance. This research method uses experimental and quantitative descriptive methods. The sample in this study consisted of 32 samples of the experimental class and 32 samples of the control class. From the results of this study, data was obtained that online learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out through LMS SIPEJAR, WhatsApp, Google meet, Zoom Cloud Meeting, Email, and Google Classroom. The use of LMS SIPEJAR ranks first as the LMS most frequently used with a percentage of 95%. Meanwhile, the effect of using learning media in SIPEJAR as an LMS on improving performance is seen from two aspects, namely student activity and student learning outcomes.

Purpose of this study was to develop a video of SIPEJAR teaching materials in teaching supervisio... more Purpose of this study was to develop a video of SIPEJAR teaching materials in teaching supervision lectures through various tests on (1) video teaching materials and (2) learning syntax. The various research procedures used by the research team in this development use a modified research and development approach by Borg & Gall. The data collection instruments used in this study were questionnaires and expert validation sheets. The data analysis process in this study used quantitative descriptive. The data generated from the distribution of student questionnaire instruments were analyzed using standard formulas to describe learning problems, while in the feasibility test of existing products also used descriptive analysis through standard formulas to examine whether the product presented was feasible or not. The results in this study indicate that (1) the role-playing video for teaching supervision learning was assessed both by the first and second experts, (2) the role-playing video was considered good by the students, (3) the results of the different test showed that there was no difference in the perception of assessment between students. male and female, (4) the results of expert validation regarding the revised learning syntax were considered good, (5) the learning syntax which was originally 7 stages was revised into 6 stages. Then the theoretical-based review results state that (1) the PBRP model meets various criteria for good teaching materials, (2) the PBRP model has a long positive impact as a stimulus for students' 4C skills, student mental attainment, and student self-efficacy.

Visionary leadership is one of the leadership models that can be carried out by an educational leader in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Education 4.0 is not only focused on the use of technology but also must be able to build quality educational institutions and be able to satisfy all customers in educational institutions. Total Quality Management (TQM) as quality management strives to create a quality education system. The TQM leadership perspective is focused on improving methods and ways of working that are carried out through a continuous improvement process. The concept of visionary leadership in TQM is an effort to build quality management oriented to the vision, mission, and principles to achieve customer satisfaction through continuous quality improvement. The writing of this article aims to conceptualize the important role of visionary leadership in TQM as an effort to improve the quality of education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The result of this discussion is the role of visionary leadership in TQM is the effort of an educational leader who is not only able to formulate a vision and strategic steps forward but is also able to improve the quality of education that can be done through the application of TQM principles through continuous improvement to satisfy customers education.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, learning is carried out fully online. The selection of appropriate learning media and strategies will greatly affect the quality of learning and student performance. This research method uses experimental and quantitative descriptive methods. The sample in this study consisted of 32 samples of the experimental class and 32 samples of the control class. From the results of this study, data was obtained that online learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out through LMS SIPEJAR, WhatsApp, Google meet, Zoom Cloud Meeting, Email, and Google Classroom. The use of LMS SIPEJAR ranks first as the LMS most frequently used with a percentage of 95%. Meanwhile, the effect of using learning media in SIPEJAR as an LMS on improving performance is seen from two aspects, namely student activity and student learning outcomes.

Purpose of this study was to develop a video of SIPEJAR teaching materials in teaching supervisio... more Purpose of this study was to develop a video of SIPEJAR teaching materials in teaching supervision lectures through various tests on (1) video teaching materials and (2) learning syntax. The various research procedures used by the research team in this development use a modified research and development approach by Borg & Gall. The data collection instruments used in this study were questionnaires and expert validation sheets. The data analysis process in this study used quantitative descriptive. The data generated from the distribution of student questionnaire instruments were analyzed using standard formulas to describe learning problems, while in the feasibility test of existing products also used descriptive analysis through standard formulas to examine whether the product presented was feasible or not. The results in this study indicate that (1) the role-playing video for teaching supervision learning was assessed both by the first and second experts, (2) the role-playing video was considered good by the students, (3) the results of the different test showed that there was no difference in the perception of assessment between students. male and female, (4) the results of expert validation regarding the revised learning syntax were considered good, (5) the learning syntax which was originally 7 stages was revised into 6 stages. Then the theoretical-based review results state that (1) the PBRP model meets various criteria for good teaching materials, (2) the PBRP model has a long positive impact as a stimulus for students' 4C skills, student mental attainment, and student self-efficacy.

Visionary leadership is one of the leadership models that can be carried out by an educational leader in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Education 4.0 is not only focused on the use of technology but also must be able to build quality educational institutions and be able to satisfy all customers in educational institutions. Total Quality Management (TQM) as quality management strives to create a quality education system. The TQM leadership perspective is focused on improving methods and ways of working that are carried out through a continuous improvement process. The concept of visionary leadership in TQM is an effort to build quality management oriented to the vision, mission, and principles to achieve customer satisfaction through continuous quality improvement. The writing of this article aims to conceptualize the important role of visionary leadership in TQM as an effort to improve the quality of education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The result of this discussion is the role of visionary leadership in TQM is the effort of an educational leader who is not only able to formulate a vision and strategic steps forward but is also able to improve the quality of education that can be done through the application of TQM principles through continuous improvement to satisfy customers education.

The purpose of this research is to find out:(1) planning of public relations activities in Senior High School State 5 Malang; (2) implementation of PR techniques in Senior High School State 5 Malang; (3) obstacles in public relations activities at Senior High School State 5 Malang; and (4) evaluation of the implementation of public relations activities in Senior High School State 5 Malang. The method in this research is a qualitative case study method with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are public relations planning, implementation of PR techniques, obstacles in the implementation of public relations, and evaluation of public relations activities.
