The purpose of this research is to test and explain the variables that influence visit intention ... more The purpose of this research is to test and explain the variables that influence visit intention to spiritual tourism destinations in Bali from tourists who have seen virtual tours. Theoretical framework: Spiritual tourism is a service business that serves the travel needs of a person/group to tourist destinations (tourism/travel industry), especially those related to the purpose of spiritual activities such as meditation, pilgrimage, and so on. Design/Methodology/Approach: The population of this study are tourists who have seen a virtual tour. The sample size used was 250 tourists with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis using SEM-PLS. Findings: The results of the study show that authentic experience influences cognitive response, affective response, and attitude, and then influences attachment to virtual tours , and also influences visit intention. In addition, PBC apparently had no effect on visit intention. Therefore, it is important for business actors in the tourism sector who manage spiritual tourism destinations to pay attention to authentic experiences after viewing virtual tours so that their cognitive response, affective response, attitude and attachment to virtual tours become higher and encourage tourists to have the desire to visit destinations in the virtual tour Research, practical & social implications: The research implications that can be given are that this research can help service providers in the tourism sector to be able to increase tourist interest in visiting a destination. Originality/Value: With empirical evidence that the intention to visit tourists can be influenced because these tourists get experience from seeing virtual tours so that business people in the tourism sector can use virtual tours to provide positive experiences and have an impact on attitudes, cognitive responses, affective responses, and their attachment to seeing virtual tours.

Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis SWOT dan Matrik Internal Eksternal. Analisis SWOT menggabungkan faktor eksternal peluang (peluang) dan ancaman (ancaman) dengan faktor internal kekuatan (kekuatan) dan kelemahan (kelemahan). Wisata spiritual penglukatan Pura Tirta Empul terletak di kaudran I - situasi yang sangat menguntungkan berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada diagram Matrix SWOT. Di kuadran I, destinasi wisata penglukatan Pura Tirta Empul memiliki peluang dan kekuatan yang dapat dimanfaatkan, sehingga strategi pemasaran yang cocok dipilih untuk diterapkan adalah: strategi pengembangan pasar, pengembangan produk, penetrasi pasar, dan diversifikasi.

Attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, which is beginning to shift in negative way, in addition the shifting destination image owing to health hazards, all influence intentions. The population in this study were all customer of Bank BPD Bali at Denpasar city. Sampling method used is purposive sampling, in order to obtain as many as 130 respondents. Analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that the corporate image have a significant positive effect on WOM, dan corporate image have positive dan significant effect on the intention to customer loyalty dan WOM have significant effect on customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to describe the internal and external factors that influence the development of the Waruga Cultural Heritage as a tourist attraction, as well as formulate the development strategy for the tourist attraction of Waruga Cultural Heritage in realizing the sustainable tourism. This study used qualitative descriptive analysis using the collecting data techniques through observation, in-depth interview, documentation, and literature study. Informants were determined by purposive sampling and the acquired data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicated that in order to maximize the development of the tourist attraction as well as realizing sustainable tourism to the Waruga Cultural Heritage, it is necessary to develop the strategies and programs such as empowerment of local communities, develop the facilities and infrastructure of the tourist attraction, improve the safety and convenience for tourists, protection against the cultural heritage, as well as develop the institutional and human resources.

The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling because the population was not known with certainty. The indicators in this study were 20 indicators, so the total respondents were 200 people. The criteria for determining the sample are BNI customers who have never used the internet banking feature and have at least graduated from high school/equivalent. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using SEM (Strucutral Equation Modeling) analysis. The results shows that perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness BNI internet banking. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards use BNI internet banking. Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards use BNI internet banking. Therefore, it is necessary to build a strategy for SMEs to target global market based on information technology which is Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) in retaining customers to become loyal customers.The purpose of this study is to explain the role of CRM strategy based on IT Resources and Market Orientation in order to improve the export performance of SMEs in Bali. This study took place in all districts/ municipalities in Bali with a target population includes industrial stakeholders of SMEs that perform export activities. Based on Slovin's formula, the number of samples taken was as many as 105 persons. Data analysis was using SEM analysis.The results showed that IT Resource positively and significantly affects export performance, as well as market orientation affects export performance positively and significantly. Furthermore, IT Resource positively and significantly impacts CRM strategy, as well as market orientation influences export performance positively and significantly, and CRM positively and significantly impacts export performance.The study implication contributes to exporters to strengthen their IT resource and improve their market orientation and build better CRM so that export performance continues to increase.

Therefore, all businesses, including Small Micro Enterprises (SMEs) of ikat weaving industrial sector should anticipate by implementing strategic orientation, corporate innovation to achieve marketing performance. The objective of this study is to explain the effect of strategic orientation to corporate innovation and marketing performance of Ikat Weaving industry in Bali. To achieve these objectives, this study took a sample of 100 people who are owners or SME managers of Ikat Weaving industry in Bali by applying the analysis of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of this study shows that Strategic Orientation (Market Orientation, System Information Orientation, and Entrepreneurship Orientation) has positive and significant effect to corporate innovation. Strategic orientation has positive and significant effect to marketing performance. And corporate innovation have positive and significant effect to marketing performance. Implication of study contributes to SME owners/ managers of Ikat Weaving industry in Bali to continue to implement strategic orientation and corporate innovation to achieve marketing performance.

The purpose of this study was to describe the internal and external factors that influence the development of the Waruga Cultural Heritage as a tourist attraction, as well as formulate the development strategy for the tourist attraction of Waruga Cultural Heritage in realizing the sustainable tourism. This study used qualitative descriptive analysis using the collecting data techniques through observation, in-depth interview, documentation, and literature study. Informants were determined by purposive sampling and the acquired data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicated that in order to maximize the development of the tourist attraction as well as realizing sustainable tourism to the Waruga Cultural Heritage, it is necessary to develop the strategies and programs such as empowerment of local communities, develop the facilities and infrastructure of the tourist attraction, improve the safety and convenience for tourists, protection against the cultural heritage, as well as develop the institutional and human resources.

The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling because the population was not known with certainty. The indicators in this study were 20 indicators, so the total respondents were 200 people. The criteria for determining the sample are BNI customers who have never used the internet banking feature and have at least graduated from high school/equivalent. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using SEM (Strucutral Equation Modeling) analysis. The results shows that perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness BNI internet banking. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards use BNI internet banking. Therefore, it is necessary to build a strategy for SMEs to target global market based on information technology which is Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) in retaining customers to become loyal customers.The purpose of this study is to explain the role of CRM strategy based on IT Resources and Market Orientation in order to improve the export performance of SMEs in Bali. This study took place in all districts/ municipalities in Bali with a target population includes industrial stakeholders of SMEs that perform export activities. Based on Slovin's formula, the number of samples taken was as many as 105 persons. Data analysis was using SEM analysis.The results showed that IT Resource positively and significantly affects export performance, as well as market orientation affects export performance positively and significantly. Furthermore, IT Resource positively and significantly impacts CRM strategy, as well as market orientation influences export performance positively and significantly, and CRM positively and significantly impacts export performance.The study implication contributes to exporters to strengthen their IT resource and improve their market orientation and build better CRM so that export performance continues to increase.

Therefore, all businesses, including Small Micro Enterprises (SMEs) of ikat weaving industrial sector should anticipate by implementing strategic orientation, corporate innovation to achieve marketing performance. The objective of this study is to explain the effect of strategic orientation to corporate innovation and marketing performance of Ikat Weaving industry in Bali. To achieve these objectives, this study took a sample of 100 people who are owners or SME managers of Ikat Weaving industry in Bali by applying the analysis of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of this study shows that Strategic Orientation (Market Orientation, System Information Orientation, and Entrepreneurship Orientation) has positive and significant effect to corporate innovation. Strategic orientation has positive and significant effect to marketing performance. And corporate innovation have positive and significant effect to marketing performance.
