With the current option of managing plastic waste, pollution has increased on land and across the sea and air. Plastic waste management is not a new trend, implemented extensively through innovations and technological developments. Artists need to fully grasp the concept and understand their role in this sustainable era globally through the reviewed literature. Every individual must know their responsibility and what they can do to make a change. This study has performed participatory research in one of the villages in Malaysia to test the proposed conceptual framework of the study. The study found that artists and communities can collaborate to play a significant role in micro-managing plastic waste and implicating societal awareness by extracting the aesthetic value of plastic waste art. The current innovation management research mainly focuses on determinants affecting organization employees' attitudes. This research offers a parallel shift, focusing instead on organizational attitudes influencing adoption of sustainable technology within the SME context. Three main variables undergo in-depth examination: human attitudes, human persuasion and human ethics. As an additional edge to the theoretical research framework, government aid is a part of the antecedents of the adoption process.

The branches of visual communication literally sum up to all visuals as projection to every element of communication form. The study develops these vertical integrations into a powerful tool for viewers or creators to advocate the diversity of visual meaning metaphorically. Underneath this layer of understanding, the study researches the possible benefits of the phototherapeutic technique as an alternative therapeutic treatment for case study in Malaysia. The study focuses on analysing the trend of phototherapy as a visual meaning approach, and its benefit and prospects for Malaysia health departments. This study is narrowed into the source of understanding the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda THREE (3) on section non-communicable diseases and mental health, mainly discussing the national apprehension.

This determinant stems from the fact that, in many transitional economies, private sector organizations encounter resource constraints as a barrier to innovation adoption. This is especially the case with sustainable technology incorporated into business operations. Therefore, third party intervention into the adoption process becomes inevitable and it is considered to make the adoption process more effective. A government has both the power and resources to play a pivotal role in the adoption of sustainable technology. Given this state of affairs, this study examines the government’s role as a critical factor in achieving smooth and efficient adoption. The theory of reasoned action (TRA) serves as the theoretical underpinning of this study. The data were collected from a sample of 263 SMEs in Malaysia. Partial least squares str...
