The following article will look at the historical background of the Moravian movement; detail som... more The following article will look at the historical background of the Moravian movement; detail some of the issues of the time and who was involved in bringing about the amazing endeavours to reach thousands of unsaved peoples. Following this, the theology and missiology of the Moravians will also be examined and application to today's missional endeavours will be discussed with reference to research on the number of supporters 'needed' per a missionary sent.

Aside from observing the Sabbath weekly, Leviticus 23 outlines seven annual religious feasts that the Jews were to observe. This article will outline the purpose and process of each of these annual feasts and then seek to discover the place of these in Jewish history, relating this to the the first coming of the Messiah.
