tagar yang muncul dalam dinamika komunikasi di media sosial mampu menimbulkan sebuah gerakan mass... more tagar yang muncul dalam dinamika komunikasi di media sosial mampu menimbulkan sebuah gerakan massa yang sangat masif di dunia nyata serta merepotkan penguasa dan pihak yang berwenang untuk menertibkannya, karena dianggap muatan politis yang ada di dalam ta gar tersebut berpotensi memberikan gelombang gejolak yang saangat besar bagi pemegang status quo kekuasaan politik tanah air. Menjelang pemilihan Presiden Republik Indonesia 2019 publik disuguhkan dengan sebuah tagar yang viral di media sosial, tagar yang pertama kali ditenggarai dicuitkan oleh politisi Partai keadilan Sejahtera, Mardani Ali Sera, membangkitkan semangat massa yang jumlahnya tidak sedikit untuk tidak memilih sang Petahana dalam pemilihan umum yang berlangsung pada April 2019. Bahkan hingga pemilihan umum telah usai pun tagar tersebut masih memiliki sihir politik yang kuat untuk menyatukan kekuatan oposisi karena sang petahana kembali terpilih untuk menjadi Presiden Republik Indonesia hingga tahun 2022. Tulisan ini berisi hasil penelitian kualitatif dengan menjadikan gagasan Jean Baudrillad tentang simulakra, simulasi dan artificial Phenomenon sebagai pisau analisisnya. Disini penulis mengumpulkan berbagai sumber literatur di berbagai pemberitaan media massa mengenai tagar #2019GantiPresiden la ntas melakukan penelaahan terhadap pesanpesan yang terdapat berbagai informasi yang diberikan terhadap tagar tersebut menggunaan pisau analisis yang bersasal dari Jean Baudrillad di atas. Hingga pada akhirnya kesimpulan dari tulisan ini adalah memang diperlukan adanya upaya masif untuk melawan gelombang tagar #2019GantiPresiden yang sangat masif di tanah air dengan berbagai cara agar pusarannya tidak semakin besar dan membahayakan kepentingan politik penguasa.

This paper aims to describe how the form of communication is used by middle and lower class civil... more This paper aims to describe how the form of communication is used by middle and lower class civil society in Indonesia to respond to the government's call when it was first ordered to lock down when the COVID-19 pandemic first hit in 2020 ago. This research was designed qualitatively and conducted through several stages of research. They were observation, data collection, data display and analysis, and conclusion. At the observation stage, researchers observed the linguistic phenomena appearing in various villages in Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY). DIY was independently performing a lockdown although the Indonesian government did not instruct to do that as what other regions did. The second step was data collection. The main source of the data was banners consisting of language content themed the lockdown as the main data. From the documented banners and transcription, the research came into the next stage of method that was data display and analysis. The language contents were classified into some categorizations of illocutionary acts through pragmatics approach.

Many Indonesian students are victims of irresponsible scholarship agents. This research aims to analyze the communication barriers of the Indonesian Movement Helps organization in helping Indonesian students in China. This research method is qualitatively descriptive with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis techniques using SWOT analysis. The results found a communication model of Indonesian student organizations in China through the internalization of the climate and culture of the word of mouth communication in Indonesian Movement Helps. The substance of this research is the communication model of Indonesian student organizations in China through the internalization of climate and culture of the word of mouth communication that can be applied to student organizations in other countries.

To reaching this goal, strategy functioned not only as a roadmap to lead the way, but also has to show how the operational tactics. Communication strategy is a blend of communication planning and communication management to attain certain purpose (Effendy,2003:301). To compose communication strategy there are several factors which have to be considered important. First, knowing public is the first step for communicator in order to create an effective communication. Note that in communication process, public is active instead of passive. So between the communicator and communicant not only occurs relations, but also influence that affect each other. Second, compile message namely determining theme and subject. The main requirement to influence public from this message is capability to arouse their concern. Concern is a centered observation, thus not all which observed could trigger attention. Therefore the beginning of communication effectivity is the rise of public�s attention toward the delivered messages. Based on collected datas from Komisi Pemenangan Pemilu Daerah PAN Kab Sleman at 1 April 2013, the amount of female legislative candidates (Bacaleg) which carried by PAN Kabupaten Sleman is sufficient, even exceeds the minimun quota limit of 30% female representatives. therefore, it encourages author to assess comprehensively related to Partai Amanat Nasional Kabupaten Sleman�s communication strategy as a persuasive tool for it�s female cadres to arouse their concern in participating legislative election at 2014. This assession considered necessary because the need to overview what communication strategy which very influential and most effective in persuading these PAN�s female cadres and able to increase their political participation.

The research analyzed the perspectives of Indonesian students that were located in Nanjing by usi... more The research analyzed the perspectives of Indonesian students that were located in Nanjing by using Jean Baudrillard's theory of simulacra. Recently, China had been trying to revive the silk road, a line connecting the world through trade, that used to be gainful in the past, with a route called the belt road initiative. This program had unlocked China's cooperation gates with many other countries from all over the world, although much undesirable information circulated regarding this initiative, ranging from environmental issues to rumor on the sovereignty of the state of China's partner. Through simulacra's logic, the author outlined the perspective of Indonesian students that had studied in Nanjing, China, towards the belt road initiative. The research found that even though the students had long felt education in China and assimilated much knowledge about this country quite first-hand, they did not necessarily believe that this new route would benefit their homeland.

This research using the library research method is to use several sources of the library looking for some things that can explain the effect produced by Big Data on the political campaign system in Indonesia. The results of the study showed that Big Data did have implications for the Peropolitikan and political party campaign in Indonesia, but there are still a lot of notes regarding the readiness of politicians utilizing the era Big data.

Pasca terjadinya peralihan kepengurusan negara setelah pemilu 2014 kemarin kutub perpolitikan nasional di parlemen terpisah menjadi dua; Koalisi Indonesia Hebat (KIH) dan Koalisi Merah Putih (KMP), dimana yang satu perupakan kubu pendukung pemerintah dan yang lain adalah kubu penyeimbang. Akan tetapi politik tetaplah politik dimana banyak terjadi komunikasi dan konsolidasi di dalamnya, perbedaan ijtihad politik tidak serta merta dapat dijadikan patokan bahwa mereka tidak ada komunikasi antar partai atau antar tokoh yang berbeda jalur koalisinya, bahkan tidak menutup kemungkinan dalam internal koalisi pun ada komunikasi-komunikasi khusus yang dilakukan oleh salah satu anggota koalisi dengan koalisi lainnya. Journalists had to deal with varying information from government entities with power in the disas... more Journalists had to deal with varying information from government entities with power in the disaster sector when covering the 2018 Sunda Strait tsunami. Indonesian catastrophe journalism now faces new difficulties as a result of unequal and shifting information. This is especially true when it comes to respecting the rule that information should be presented quickly and accurately in order to mitigate disasters. This study aims to learn more about the journalism practices at KompasTV, CNN Indonesia, MetroTV, and Trans7 in the news production process as well as how journalists select news sources in emergency situations, particularly when a tsunami strikes the Sunda Strait. According to this study's findings, Indonesia's four top mass media outlets place a high value on issues including validating catastrophe information, upholding a journalistic code of ethics, and the skill of journalists covering disasters. Journalists rely on and trust information obtained from government organizations with power over disasters and other mass media. Because it is impossible to ensure the accuracy of the material posted on social media, journalists avoid and do not utilize it.

Good relations between these two will result in harmony. This is a key factor in the success of various programs implemented by the organization. However, it seems that now the role of Public Relations Officers of the Republic of Indonesia Government has begun to decline and be replaced by Influencers starting from the end of 2019 to mid-2020. This research is a case study to describe how the Public Relations Officer of the government of the Republic of Indonesia lost its main function, being heavily replaced by influencers promoting Omnibus Law on social media. Influencers can be a respectable profession if they maintain their quality as public communicators. First, influencers need to have qualifications and competencies relevant to their field. Second, influencers hired by government agencies openly convey to the public that the message sent is a form of a commercial public campaign. Third, government agencies that use influencer services also need to meet the qualifications and competency standards of the influencers they choose. This research aims to find out how the hashtag #2019GantiPresiden, which was initially just a com... more This research aims to find out how the hashtag #2019GantiPresiden, which was initially just a common hashtag on Twitter, has triggered a massive mass movement in Indonesia. Moreover, the hashtag incarnated into various souvenirs, even into a song that shouted the need for Indonesia to have a new president. The Hashtag #2019GantiPresiden became a medium of communication to convey political messages from political actors and those interested in the Indonesian presidential elections in 2019. Qualitative method was used in the drafting of this paper by collecting data relating to the topic of discussion and then using the Simulacra logic initiated by Jean Baudrillard in data analysis. The study concluded that in 2019, the #2019GantiPresiden hashtags showed the world that a voice on social media could become a great mass power in the real world.

This Paper aims to find out how the dynamics of Muhammadiyah's requirements in the Daerah Istimew... more This Paper aims to find out how the dynamics of Muhammadiyah's requirements in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta during the 2019 election period on the candidate for the nomination of the senator who will serve as the board of Regional representative of the Republic of Indonesia. In conducting this research the author collects data in the form of polls and interviews with representatives of Muhammadiyah cadre of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, then the data that authors acquire in the surgical use of personality theory that was triggered by Raymond Cattell as the surgical knife of the analysis. The results of this study show that Muhammadiyah still has to increase the political awareness of cadres to be more given the political situation. Even though the culture of an excellent organic cadre has established in the natural cadres of Muhammadiyah, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, the culture needs to be maintained and enhanced to harmony in Muhammadiyah.

Every opinion speaks that Quiroga will came out as a winner with the result differ 5% until 8% from the other candidates, but all of that speculations was wrong. How interesting, Evo Morales himself is an Indian Aymara, a native tribe of Bolivia whose tribe is belittled by outlanders from America, Spain, even Portugal. This tribe has a same condition with the Aborigin of Australia who shoved aside in the modernization built by white people as a new comer. Moreover, almost in 500 years Bolivia has never ruled by their native people, but outlanders. Not a bit of this outlander presidents slowly but sure attempt to push the native tribe of Bolivia of to the limit. We looked for many referrences about him from some books, newspapers, and any notes from internet. When we were found all refrences about him, we analyzed every way which has done to be an Bolivian President. Since he before run down as politician to became President, and his strategy for maintaining his position as President. The approach that is image building and management of issues. After doing indepth study, we found that the intelligence to play the issues is an important reason to improve the image.

To disseminate content that they are prepared, generally the online media managers utilizing social media such as facebook, twitter, or etc. But not only leave it there, the content is spread also equipped with something that is able to attract the reader's attention. Even able to make the social media users who happen to view such content terpersuasi to click on the content. Generally seasoning the attention it is the things that are controversial (that it contains elements of sexuality). There has been a sexual commodification process undertaken by several online news portals to get as visitors. It confirms Marx and Mosco of commodification as a change of the exchange rate. Abstrak Dunia pers memasuki era baru. Hal ini ditandai dengan berkembangkan media online. Dengan sifatnya yang papperless media online lebih hemat dalam pengoperasiannya. Dalam proses menyebarluaskan konten-konten yang mereka siapkan, umumnya para pengelola media online memanfaatkan media sosial seperti facebook, twitter, atau yang sejenisnya. Namun, konten yang disebarkan turut dibekali dengan sesuatu yang mampu menarik perhatian pembaca. Bahkan mampu membuat para pengguna media sosial yang kebetulan melihat konten tersebut terpengaruh untuk melihat konten tersebut. Umumnya bumbu penarik perhatian itu adalah hal-hal yang sifatnya kontroversi (mengandung unsur seksualitas). Telah terjadi proses komodifikasi seksual yang dilakukan oleh beberapa portal berita online untuk mendapatkan pengunjung sebanyak-banyaknya. Hal ini membenarkan pernyataan Marx dan Mosco tentang komodifikasi sebagai perubahan dari nilai tukar.

This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, the data was collected through interviews and a comprehensive review of documents. The data obtained is then reduced and compiled into a scientifically justifiable research report. Journalists had to deal with varying information from government entities with power in the disas... more Journalists had to deal with varying information from government entities with power in the disaster sector when covering the 2018 Sunda Strait tsunami. Indonesian catastrophe journalism now faces new difficulties as a result of unequal and shifting information. This is especially true when it comes to respecting the rule that information should be presented quickly and accurately in order to mitigate disasters. This study aims to learn more about the journalism practices at KompasTV, CNN Indonesia, MetroTV, and Trans7 in the news production process as well as how journalists select news sources in emergency situations, particularly when a tsunami strikes the Sunda Strait. According to this study's findings, Indonesia's four top mass media outlets place a high value on issues including validating catastrophe information, upholding a journalistic code of ethics, and the skill of journalists covering disasters. Journalists rely on and trust information obtained from government organizations with power over disasters and other mass media. Because it is impossible to ensure the accuracy of the material posted on social media, journalists avoid and do not utilize it.

Good relations between these two will result in harmony. This is a key factor in the success of various programs implemented by the organization. However, it seems that now the role of Public Relations Officers of the Republic of Indonesia Government has begun to decline and be replaced by Influencers starting from the end of 2019 to mid-2020. This research is a case study to describe how the Public Relations Officer of the government of the Republic of Indonesia lost its main function, being heavily replaced by influencers promoting Omnibus Law on social media. Influencers can be a respectable profession if they maintain their quality as public communicators. First, influencers need to have qualifications and competencies relevant to their field. Second, influencers hired by government agencies openly convey to the public that the message sent is a form of a commercial public campaign. Third, government agencies that use influencer services also need to meet the qualifications and competency standards of the influencers they choose. Moreover, the hashtag incarnated into various souvenirs, even into a song that shouted the need for Indonesia to have a new president. The Hashtag #2019GantiPresiden became a medium of communication to convey political messages from political actors and those interested in the Indonesian presidential elections in 2019. Qualitative method was used in the drafting of this paper by collecting data relating to the topic of discussion and then using the Simulacra logic initiated by Jean Baudrillard in data analysis. The study concluded that in 2019, the #2019GantiPresiden hashtags showed the world that a voice on social media could become a great mass power in the real world.

This Paper aims to find out how the dynamics of Muhammadiyah's requirements in the Daerah Istimew... more This Paper aims to find out how the dynamics of Muhammadiyah's requirements in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta during the 2019 election period on the candidate for the nomination of the senator who will serve as the board of Regional representative of the Republic of Indonesia. In conducting this research the author collects data in the form of polls and interviews with representatives of Muhammadiyah cadre of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, then the data that authors acquire in the surgical use of personality theory that was triggered by Raymond Cattell as the surgical knife of the analysis. The results of this study show that Muhammadiyah still has to increase the political awareness of cadres to be more given the political situation. Even though the culture of an excellent organic cadre has established in the natural cadres of Muhammadiyah, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, the culture needs to be maintained and enhanced to harmony in Muhammadiyah.

How interesting, Evo Morales himself is an Indian Aymara, a native tribe of Bolivia whose tribe is belittled by outlanders from America, Spain, even Portugal. This tribe has a same condition with the Aborigin of Australia who shoved aside in the modernization built by white people as a new comer. Moreover, almost in 500 years Bolivia has never ruled by their native people, but outlanders. Abstrak Dunia pers memasuki era baru. Hal ini ditandai dengan berkembangkan media online. Dengan sifatnya yang papperless media online lebih hemat dalam pengoperasiannya. Dalam proses menyebarluaskan konten-konten yang mereka siapkan, umumnya para pengelola media online memanfaatkan media sosial seperti facebook, twitter, atau yang sejenisnya. Namun, konten yang disebarkan turut dibekali dengan sesuatu yang mampu menarik perhatian pembaca. Bahkan mampu membuat para pengguna media sosial yang kebetulan melihat konten tersebut terpengaruh untuk melihat konten tersebut.
