In a liberal sense the beliefs of religious differences in marriage are not a problem. Liberalism is a notion that requires the freedom of individuals in all fields. This study is intended to analyze the legal basis of inter-religious marriage or mixed marriage in Indonesia. This study highlighted and found that inter-religious marriage is become complicate problem when trying to determine some basic rights, including the property, child, and the others.

This study aims to analyze the effects of workload and work environment on work stress on employe... more This study aims to analyze the effects of workload and work environment on work stress on employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Regional Division IV Tanjungkarang. Data of 68 respondents were collected through observation and questionnaires. This study implemented the multiple linear regression method to analyze data. The results unveil that the workload and work environment both partially and simultaneously have significant effects on work stress. This insight can provide benefits for PT Kereta Api Indonesia, Regional Division IV Tanjungkarang. To reduce work stress, the leader of this state-owned company should consider the workload and work environment factors.

There are only a few studies that discuss the behavioral intentions of consumers who use sharia fintech. This study aims to identify the factors influencing Muslim's behavioral intentions in using sharia fintech. This study conducted 400 respondents in four types of sharia fintech (digital payment, lending, crowdfunding, and risk and management). This study uses a structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. Variable Planned behavior (PB), Acceptance Model (AM), Use of Technology (UT), Digital Literacy (DL), and Sharia Financial Literacy (SFL) have significant positive effects on Behavior Intention (BI). The aim of this research are to determine the effect of raw material proportion and steaming time... more The aim of this research are to determine the effect of raw material proportion and steaming time of dough towards the organoleptic and physical of MOJANG noodles, and provide the best formulation to produce MOJANG noodles with good characteristics. Variations in the proportion of raw material used are 40% MOCAF: 60% yellow corn flour, 50% MOCAF: 50% yellow corn flour and 60% MOCAF: 40% yellow corn flour. Variations of steaming time of dough are 15 minutes, 20 minutes, and 25 minutes. Observations included the analysis of organoleptic properties, color (Hue and Chroma), cooking loss and elasticity. The best treatment was determined by using effectiveness test. The results analysis of organoleptic properties of MOJANG noodles showed proportion of raw materials and steaming time of dough significantly affect to favorite color, texture, taste and overall liking; but did not significantly affect the favorite flavor. Maksud dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sifat–sifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif Domba Komposit Sumatera dewasa di Balai Penelitian Ternak Ciawi, Bogor. Objek penelitian ini adalah Domba Komposit Sumetera jantan dan betina dewasa berumur lebih dari satu tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Peubah yang diamati meliputi sifat kualitatif dan sifat kuantitatif. Several regulations regarding legal aid have been issued by the state through the law and implementing regulations, but the fact is that the provision of legal aid is not yet effective. This causes a lack of access to law and justice for the poor. The effectiveness of providing legal aid by the government needs to be assessed to see how effective the legal aid program provided by the government is to realize legal access and justice for the poor. Therefore, criticism and advice should be given to the government in order to optimize legal assistance in order to achieve legal access and justice for all levels of society.

Introduction: Takayasu's arteritis (TA) is a rare systemic, chronic inflammatory, progressive, id... more Introduction: Takayasu's arteritis (TA) is a rare systemic, chronic inflammatory, progressive, idiopathic disease of aorta and its main branches. Takayasu's arteritis causes narrowing, occlusion and aneurysm of arteries. The etiology of TA is still unknown. It may be autoimmune or genetic in origin or infective diseases. It is commonly found in Asia and oriental countries. Worldwide annual incidence is 1.2-2.6 cases/million. Women are affected in 80%-90% of cases with age of onset below 40 years. TA does not worsen or improve with pregnancy but has adverse effect on pregnancy in the form of abortion, Intrauterine fetal death, superimposed preeclampsia, Intrauterine growth restriction, abruption and congestive heart failure. Because the disease is common in women of childbearing age, management of pregnancy in these patients becomes important; however optimal management for pregnant patients with this disease has not yet been established. Due to the manifold cardiovascular complications that can occur in the course of the disease, management of pregnancies in TA patients is a challenge for the clinician. An interdisciplinary collaboration of obstetrician, rheumatologist, cardiologist and anaesthetist is necessary to improve maternal and fetal prognosis. This was the first reported case of TA in pregnancy in Hasan Sadikin Hospital with superimposed preeclampsia and pulmonary hypertension. Materials and Methods: The patient, G1P0A0 was diagnosed as TA since one year ago, and when the patient was pregnant, the patient routinely came to obstetric and rheumatology clinics. Angiographic examination showed dilatation of aorta ascendant, narrowing of aorta descendent at 8 thoracal vertebrae, and arcus aorta, abdominal aorta and the branches were without abnormalities that lead to type IIb TA. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification. The subject of this research is employees in the XYZ private university environment in the city of Bandung. The method used in testing the conceptual hypothesis is by using path analysis, correlation analysis and determination coefficient and hypothesis testing through T Test with the help of SPSS 21.0.0 for Windows software. So it can be seen that the quality of life of work life has a significant relationship to work performance, and Job Stress has a significant relationship to work performance, and the quality of work life and Job Stress has a significant effect on work performance.

Study in many countries has found that this species become resistant to more than one antibiotics. This research goal is to know the effectiveness of talok (Muntingia calabura) infused water inhibiting the growth of K. pneumoniae. This was an experimental study using K. pneumoniae bacteria isolated from urine samples using diffuse agar method. The concentration of talok infused water was varied from 25-100% and the antibiotics used was cefotaxime, meropenem and chloramphenicol. The inhibition activity was measured by the diameter of inhibition zone. The results show that K. pneumoniae is still give sensitive response to antibiotic treatments. While the inhibition zone from talok infused water treatments can be categorized in middle and strong activity.
