The data on this research is using purposive sampling method with the criteria that knows about Huawei laptop and at least 17 years old. The result of this hipotesis test shows that brand credibility variable has effect to buying interest with significant score of 0,028 < 0,050, brand attitude variable has effect to buying interest with significant score of 0,00 < 0,050, and also the brand credibility and brand attitude variable simultaneously effect the buying decision with fscore > ftabel with 124,209> 2,682.

The primary aim of this research project is to assess the degree to which e-learning and a growth... more The primary aim of this research project is to assess the degree to which e-learning and a growth mindset impact workforce agility within Insurance Company XYZ. A qualitative methodology was employed to accomplish this goal, which involved conducting interviews and making observations to gather data and insights on potential challenges. As part of the study, five employees from the company were interviewed by the research team. The results of the research revealed a combination of positive and negative effects. Specifically, the findings indicate that e-learning and a growth mindset have a concrete influence on employee agility. Consequently, it is strongly recommended that the company prioritize empowering, motivating, and supporting its employees to help them perform optimally and remain resilient in their work environment.

In this study, a quantitative approach is taken, and the participants are students in an English language education study program in the city of Palu who take a campus-based learning approach to their education. The type of research is correlational and non-experimental. Google Forms and other similar online survey distribution and gathering platforms facilitate this process. The results showed that the adoption of post-pandemic learning strategies that were inclusive and adaptive had a positive impact on student engagement, and post-pandemic learning strategies that were inclusive and adaptive had a positive impact on their academic achievement. This research aimed to determine whether there is influence between Training and Work Motivation ... more This research aimed to determine whether there is influence between Training and Work Motivation to Employee Performance of Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management Ministry of Finance of Indonesia. This research uses the quantitative method. The number of samples in this research was 50 respondents. This research uses the purposive sampling method to determine the samples with the criteria of employees who had attended training in 2016-2017. Method of completion of data used in this research were a questionnaire, interviews, and research literature. The result of t-test shows a significant influence of training variable on employee performance with t-value 2.382, meanwhile work motivation variable does not significantly affect the employee performance with t-value 1.654. Training and Work motivation variables simultaneously have an effect of 21.3% on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Pengelolaan Pembiayaan dan Risiko, Kementerian Keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden, penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria pegawai yang telah mengikuti pelatihan tahun 2016-2017. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner, wawancara, dan penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil uji t menunjukan variabel pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan thitung 2.382 > ttabel 2.011 dan variabel motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan thitung 1.654 < ttabel 2.011. This study held to find out the magnitude of business impact analyze (BIA) of the innovation and the new business model and initiated by business startup; especially the influence of the business new values to the community. This qualitative research relies on data validity of literature studies which supported by depth-interview activities to 5 start-up entrepreneurs in the creative industry in East Jakarta, Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that most of success of entrepreneurial startup is not determined by firm or firm size, but is determined by how their business impact analysis (BIA) and innovation business models much influence the startup generates for the society's welfare.

This study aimed to test the Training and Work Motivation Effect on Employee Performance in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung. The population in this study is that all employees at PT Bank BJB which amounted to 51 employees. The sampling technique used is census sampling technique, the sample set as many as 51 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through questionnaires (questionnaire) which has been filled by the respondents who have been determined. Data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of Pearson correlation which shows that the correlation between training and work motivation and performance of employees are in a strong relationship level, means that training and motivation has a positive and significant relationship to the performance variables. While the coefficient of determination its meaning that training and motivation has contributed of the employee's performance.

This paper provides a description of the massive development of digital technology that has chang... more This paper provides a description of the massive development of digital technology that has changed many patterns of community life, including selfmarketing entrepreneurship/ SMEs. The original marketing pattern is synonymous with the enormous cost of promotion. Now marketing of the various products and services is becoming much more effective and efficient with the huge contribution of social media, marketplace apps, online stores and so on. The consumer patterns were changed; initially conservative in picking and purchasing goods shifting from a 'see-ask-choose' behavior to windows shopping ending with a fastpaced and practical purchase via online by second screen behavior type of consumers. Quantitative research with a questionnaire instrument involving 122 respondents who are consumers of local entrepreneurship products and services proves that the Z generation dominates the occurrence of modern marketing efficiency by utilizing the double screen check pattern of consumer behavior based 'second screen behavior' information. This phenomenon is predicted to continue to grow and change the pattern of entrepreneurial self-marketing into a global level.

Online questionnaires were used as the instrument to collect data, and the data were analyzed by deception analysis to illustrate various features of the variables studied. Hypothesis test was conducted by Partial Least Square Path Modeling (SEM-PM). The MSME population was 231 and the representative sample was 144 culinary companies. It was found that entrepreneurial skills, benchmarking, and performance of culinary MSME innovations tended to be lower than expected. The results of this study revealed that entrepreneurship and benchmarking skills had significant effects on innovation performance. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 134 responden yang merupakan pengguna OLX.co.id yang sudah pernah melakukan pembelian melalui website OLX.co.id sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik nonprobability purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen iklan dengan cara uji coba rancangan iklan produk yang menghasilkan data pemasaran digital. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisa dengan data penjualan pada periode iklan untuk mendapatkan lokasi geografis dengan performa terbaik yang dilihat dari wilayah yang menghasilkan penjualan terbanyak. Hasilnya dengan memfokuskan penempatan iklan pada wilayah yang menghasilkan penjualan terbanyak pada eksprerimen sebelumnya, persentase beban iklan dibandingkan pendapatan yang dihasilkan berhasil menurun dari 84% saat diatur penempatan-nya di seluruh Indonesia menjadi 47% di tingkat wilayah provinsi dengan penjualan terbanyak dan menurun lagi menjadi 31% saat di fokuskan di tingkat kota dengan penjualan terbanyak

This study aimed to test the Training and Work Motivation Effect on Employee Performance in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung. The population in this study is that all employees at PT Bank BJB which amounted to 51 employees. The sampling technique used is census sampling technique, the sample set as many as 51 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through questionnaires (questionnaire) which has been filled by the respondents who have been determined. Data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of Pearson correlation which shows that the correlation between training and work motivation and performance of employees are in a strong relationship level, means that training and motivation has a positive and significant relationship to the performance variables. While the coefficient of determination its meaning that training and motivation has contributed of the employee's performance.

This paper provides a description of the massive development of digital technology that has chang... more This paper provides a description of the massive development of digital technology that has changed many patterns of community life, including selfmarketing entrepreneurship/ SMEs. The original marketing pattern is synonymous with the enormous cost of promotion. Now marketing of the various products and services is becoming much more effective and efficient with the huge contribution of social media, marketplace apps, online stores and so on. The consumer patterns were changed; initially conservative in picking and purchasing goods shifting from a 'see-ask-choose' behavior to windows shopping ending with a fastpaced and practical purchase via online by second screen behavior type of consumers. Quantitative research with a questionnaire instrument involving 122 respondents who are consumers of local entrepreneurship products and services proves that the Z generation dominates the occurrence of modern marketing efficiency by utilizing the double screen check pattern of consumer behavior based 'second screen behavior' information. This phenomenon is predicted to continue to grow and change the pattern of entrepreneurial self-marketing into a global level.

Online questionnaires were used as the instrument to collect data, and the data were analyzed by deception analysis to illustrate various features of the variables studied. Hypothesis test was conducted by Partial Least Square Path Modeling (SEM-PM). The MSME population was 231 and the representative sample was 144 culinary companies. It was found that entrepreneurial skills, benchmarking, and performance of culinary MSME innovations tended to be lower than expected. The results of this study revealed that entrepreneurship and benchmarking skills had significant effects on innovation performance. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 134 responden yang merupakan pengguna OLX.co.id yang sudah pernah melakukan pembelian melalui website OLX.co.id sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik nonprobability purposive sampling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara menggunakan data pemasaran digital yang diperoleh ... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara menggunakan data pemasaran digital yang diperoleh dari kampanye pemasaran iklan menggunakan “facebook ads” dalam menentukan lokasi geografis terbaik untuk penempatan iklan produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen iklan dengan cara uji coba rancangan iklan produk yang menghasilkan data pemasaran digital. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisa dengan data penjualan pada periode iklan untuk mendapatkan lokasi geografis dengan performa terbaik yang dilihat dari wilayah yang menghasilkan penjualan terbanyak. Hasilnya dengan memfokuskan penempatan iklan pada wilayah yang menghasilkan penjualan terbanyak pada eksprerimen sebelumnya, persentase beban iklan dibandingkan pendapatan yang dihasilkan berhasil menurun dari 84% saat diatur penempatan-nya di seluruh Indonesia menjadi 47% di tingkat wilayah provinsi dengan penjualan terbanyak dan menurun lagi menjadi 31% saat di fokuskan di tingkat kota dengan penjualan terbanyak
