The necessity for organizations to adapt and innovate in response to technological advancements and global challenges is increasingly being acknowledged. Embracing digital transformation has become imperative for institutions seeking to remain competitive and relevant in the modern landscape while pursuing sustainable development goals. This paper explores how digital transformation facilitates the creation of learning organizations that cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Moreover, we examine the critical role of strategic human resource management in nurturing a workforce equipped to harness emerging technologies for sustainable service quality. By embracing a learning-oriented approach and prioritizing human resource development, institutions can unlock the full potential of emerging technologies, thereby accelerating progress toward sustainable development goals. Smartboard is one of the important applications of educational technology that was first produced... more Smartboard is one of the important applications of educational technology that was first produced in 1991. No doubt, the use of smart boards has proved to be a milestone in the field of education, yet there is a difference in the attitude of different educationists regarding the effectiveness of the smart boards in the teaching-learning process. The major research question was directed in the study is what is secondary school teachers’ attitude towards Smartboard usage in relation to their stream, qualification, and experience? The findings revealed that there are three levels of the attitude of teachers towards smart board usage i.e favorable, neutral, and unfavorable. There is a lot of variation in the attitude of teachers towards smart board usage in relation to stream, experience, and qualification.

A large number of students and teachers in higher educational institutions as well as in teacher ... more A large number of students and teachers in higher educational institutions as well as in teacher
education institutions are using mobile devices for connecting. Social networking sites and online
teaching tools are playing a significant role in teaching-learning process. The most common social
networking sites are YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Skype, LinkedIn
etc.There are two major approaches of online teaching:synchronous teaching (like audio-video
conferencing tools, live chat, shared whiteboard, online slide shows etc.) and asynchronous teaching
(e-mail, file attachments etc.). The present study adopted survey methodology focusing on sample
fromteacher educators working in teacher education institutions. The objective of thestudy was to
investigate the teacher educators‘ perception towards effectiveness of social networking sites and
online teaching tools. The results indicated that WhatsApp and YouTube were the two most preferred
social networking sites used by teacher educators. GoogleClassroom, WhatsApp and YouTube were
the three most preferred online teaching tools used by teacher educators. It was concluded thatsocial
networking sites and online teaching tools provide platform for organizing and structuring
instructional content, prompt feedback. Further, it was found that the most important skills required
for efficient use of social networking sites and online teaching tools are technical know- how and
classroom management.

There is a growing consensus throughout the world that all children have the right to be educated together. So, in this direction various efforts have been continuously made for the expansion and qualitative improvement of teacher education after independence.Teacher Education in India has not been able to compete with requisite standards. Teacher Education programme need a comprehensive & continuous reforms, restructuring and reorientation of curriculum and pedagogy. Unfortunately, there are many loopholes in the teacher education system in India. Globalization has brought in dogmatic changes in the field of education and teacher education. New concepts such as online and virtual learning, flipped classroom, flexible learning work, place learning and distributed learning work, have emerged, either in competition or in parallel with established concepts of education and training due to globalization.

In the present study, the researcher has attempted to assess the impact of the parent-child relat... more In the present study, the researcher has attempted to assess the impact of the parent-child relationship on emotional competence and adjustment of IXth grade adolescent students. The findings of the study showed that there was no significant relationship between the parent-child relationship and the emotional competence of adolescent students except with the loving dimension of the parent-child relationship. The study also revealed that the parent-child relationship has directly influenced the adjustment of adolescent students. Also, there was no significant difference exists between the emotional competence of adolescent students having a favourable and unfavourable parent-child relationship. No significant difference exists between the adjustment of adolescent students having a favourable and unfavourable parent-child relationship.

Remote teaching here means learner and instructor, is separated and therefore cannot meet in a traditional classroom setting. Moreover in remote teaching, learners are outside of physical classroom. This type of teaching may be synchronous or asynchronous. No doubts teachers are using various e-learning tools for remote teaching like WhatsApp groups, Googleclassrooms, Moodle etc. but still major challenge faced by teachers is to get them involved in this process of online learning. Emergency Remote Teaching involves number of obstacles, challenges and constraints. The purpose of this research was to reach the teacher educators and teacher trainees to know about their problems which they are facing during emergency remote teaching learning during pandemic. As a teacher educator, the first issue for the researcher was to explore various e-tools and platforms teacher educators are using for the purpose of interaction and online teaching and secondly to investigate into the challenges faced by both teacher educators and teacher trainees.

causing extreme intense respiratory disorder extended all around the world from Wuhan, China. In
March 2020, the World Health Organization pronounced the SARS-Cov-2 infection a worldwide
pandemic. India, which has the second-biggest population on the planet, is experiencing seriously
COVID-19 sickness. By May 18th, India explored -1 lakh (0.1million) contaminated cases from
COVID-19, and as of 11th July the cases equalled 8 lakhs. Social distancing and lockdown rules were
utilized in India, which had an extra sway on the economy, human living, and climate. This pandemic
severely influenced the life of people across the globe. Various measures have been taking in order to
reduce the effect of pandemic. Citizens of India are currently facing dreadful impact of COVID-19
almost on all the aspects of their life. India enforced four-phased-lockdown-68 days starting from 24th
March -31st May to deal with COVID-19. Indian citizens are still struggling. In this paper, an effort
is made to describe the impact of COVID-19 on the life of Indian Citizens

Guru Tegh Bahadur, originally given the name Tayagmal, was the youngest son of the sixth Guru Hargobind, from his second wife Mata Nanaki ji. He is from village Bakala in the northeast of Amritsar. Shri Guru Ram Das ji, the founder of the city Amritsar, was his great grandfather and Guru Arjan Dev ji, the founder of Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple), Amritsar
was his grandfather. Regarding the birth of Guru Tagh Bahadur several dates have been mentioned but the generally accepted date is Baisakh Vadi 5, 1768 BK which corresponds to April 1, 1621 A.D. Guru Tegh
Bahadur acquired proficiency in the religious philosophy of Sikhs and Hindus. He has attained a good mastery of Punjabi, Braj Bhasha and Sanskrit. His works includes shabad and ragas. His works are included in the Adi Granth. Guru Tegh Bahudur Ji did a lot of travelling in company with his father and other members of the family. Alternative schooling also offers school and community leaders the opportunity to fulfill their legal responsibility to provide equal access to education for all students. There is a growing consensus throughout the world that all children have the right to be educated together. In the last six years a number of major international statements have appeared, affirming the principle of inclusive education and the importance of 'working towards schools for all-institutions which include everybody, celebrate differences, support learning and respond to individual needs' (Salamanca Statement 1994). Teachers are key to helping alternative school students. The challenge confronting the alternative school is that of developing a child-centered pedagogy capable of successfully educating all children. So with the emergence of the concept of alternative schooling, the role of teacher education institutions need to be widened. The present paper highlights the priorities areas in alternative schooling which need immediate review and action.

The alternative schools are those that generally serve a special population, such as students wit... more The alternative schools are those that generally serve a special population, such as students with unique learning interests or disabilities or potential dropouts. Alternative schooling is an absolute requirement because every student should have the opportunity to learn and to achieve a quality of life. Alternative schooling also offers school and community leaders the opportunity to fulfill their legal responsibility to provide equal access to education for all students. There is a growing consensus throughout the world that all children have the right to be educated together. In the last six years a number of major international statements have appeared, affirming the principle of inclusive education and the importance of 'working towards schools for all-institutions which include everybody, celebrate differences, support learning and respond to individual needs' (Salamanca Statement 1994). Teachers are key to helping alternative school students. The challenge confronting the alternative school is that of developing a child-centered pedagogy capable of successfully educating all children. So with the emergence of the concept of alternative schooling, the role of teacher education institutions need to be widened. The present paper highlights the priorities areas in alternative schooling which need immediate review and action.
