This study intends to describe the character values in the short novel entitled”Faded Pesona Cleo... more This study intends to describe the character values in the short novel entitled”Faded Pesona Cleopatra”by Habiburrahmman El Shirazy. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data souce that the researchers took was a short novel entitled Pudarnya PTRA Cleopatra by Habibburahman El Shirazy. Data retrieval is done by understanding and reading the short novel carefully and the researcher makes an important note of the values contained in the character education in the short novel. This data analysis was carried out by researchers following the Miiles & Hubermen model, where the firsh researcher identified a short fading novel of Cleopatra’s charm as an object to be atudied, the second the researcher would carry out a reduction in the data, and the third when the researcher presented the data, and the fourth interpreted the data according to theory, and finally the researchers draw conlusions. This study analyzes the impact of crucial energy crisis on the performance of textile sector of P... more This study analyzes the impact of crucial energy crisis on the performance of textile sector of Pakistan for a six year period (2005-2010). For the purpose of comparison this study is divided into two sub periods: pre-crisis period (2005-2006) and post-crisis period (2007-2010). For getting real insight of the phenomenon under study, secondary data has been collected from State Bank of Pakistan Analysis Report on Textile Sector. The methodology comprised of horizontal analysis of the major ratios (profitability, liquidity, asset management and debt management) for the entire period. The profitability ratios such as ROA, ROE and NPM has shown declining trend in post energy crisis period. The debt management and asset management ratios evidenced the illmanagement of debts and assets of textile sector during energy crisis period. Penelitian tentang uji perkecambahan tanaman asing invasif Bellucia pentamera Naudin. pada intens... more Penelitian tentang uji perkecambahan tanaman asing invasif Bellucia pentamera Naudin. pada intensitas cahaya dan sumber tanah yang berbeda telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai Agustus 2019 di Laboratorium Ekologi Tumbuhan dan rumah Kawat Jurusan Biologi, Universitas Andalas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan intensitas cahaya dan sumber tanah yang berbeda terhadap perkecambahan biji B. pentamera dan mengetahui interaksi antara intensitas cahaya dan sumber tanah yang berbeda terhadap perkecambahan B. pentamera. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang disusun secara faktorial (RAL-Faktorial) dengan 2 faktor. Faktor A yaitu sumber tanah (A1 = tanah HPPB, A2 = tanah KSI, A3 = tanah Tahura, A4 = tanah Lembah Anai, dan A5 = tanah Lembah Harau) dan faktor B yaitu intensitas cahaya (B1 = ≤25%, B2 = ±50%, dan B3 = ≥75%) dengan 3x ulangan. In current scenario, there are number of skin related diseases such as tonsillitis, tumors, skin ... more In current scenario, there are number of skin related diseases such as tonsillitis, tumors, skin cancers, etc… which can be detected at an early stage and can be cured. For this a new idea is proposed which aims at designing a Gabor filter that makes accurate detection of diseases. We use an efficient pipelined architecture for input. Image segmentation for the detection of diseases is done using Gabor filter that in turn uses shift-add CORDIC algorithm for making the designing of Gabor filter easier. In addition to this algorithm, we use a new algorithm called Variable Thresholding algorithm that sets a threshold value during the decision making period. The algorithm is named variable because, the threshold value can be varied depending upon the diseases we are going to detect. All these algorithms are written in VHDL Language in MODELSIM software, which makes the designing and decision making process more effective. This technique is also implemented on FPGA/CPLD kit that shows us the presence of disease manually through lighting of LED's. Thus the decision of disease is made more accurate and faster through this design.

For this can caused a mistake in calculating, delayed information ang inaccurate data. To surpass this situation the information system computerize is needed. The research purposes is to know the computerize information system service Activities of diarrhea at puskesmas Bulu Lor Semarang. The kinds of qualitative reseach, is observation reseach with cross sectional approach. The abject reseach of information sistem service activities of diarrhea, the subject reseach including all sides that involved in the sistem. The instruction that used is interview method and observation method the processing data is by editing and grouping. From the result know that the subject involve of information system service activities of diarrhea are patient, BPU officials and head of Puskesmas. From them we get information as a report of diarrhoe medicine comsumation tahat used to take the right decision. Based on the result of this research is known that, patient delivers KIB when registration, then go to BP room to get service by officers. Then officers make report based on data coming from patient to be next reported to the Head of Puskesmas. From the path of the system process hence is made information system of mother's health service by using software of Ms. Visual FoxPro 9.0 application of DBMS by using My SQL. Applying of system development is including software, hardware, computer network and network topology, and also human resource. So that woke up system is of benefit to consumer of information system service activities of diarrhoea.
