The key purpose of the study is to design a H plane horn antenna which is used in paper moisture system. The proposed antenna operates within 8-12 GHz .Antenna known as directional antenna which is supported by rectangular waveguide. The H plane horn antenna is purposely chosen to design in order to increase the directivity of the antenna within 16 dB gain. This horn antenna is capable to produce return loss as minimum as possible. The antenna is designed and simulated using CST Microwave Studio. The simulation results show that the H plane horn antenna structure exhibits good radiation pattern over X GHz frequency band.

Trapping sets (TSs) are known to cause error floors in regular and irregular low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes. In existing algorithm, namely the Progressive-Edge-Growth Approximate-minimum-Cycle-Set-Extrinsic-message-degree (PEG-ACSE) method that aims to avoid small elementary trapping sets (ETSs), particularly detrimental ETSs during the code construction process which lowers error floor effectively. But as the length of code increases computational complexity and Error Floor increases using this conventional method. We proposed an efficient heuristic approach which reduces error floor and computational complexity in an irregular LDPC code design process. In our proposed method parity check matrices are generated randomly and mutation operation is performed on this matrix. Corresponding Tanner graph ...

In order to increase its spectral efficiency and to enable new services the DVB consortium has developed a new standard named DVB-T2. Latest and next-generation wireless broadcasting standards, such as DVB-T2 or DVB-NGH, are considering distributed multi-antenna transmission in order to increase bandwidth efficiency and signal quality. Full-rate full-diversity (FRFD) space-time codes (STC) such as the Golden code and LDPC code are studied for that purpose. Bit-interleaved coded modulation (BICM) schemes based on low-density parity check (LDPC) codes have been used to enhance the detection complexity. A novel low-complexity soft detection algorithm for the reception of Golden codes in LDPC based orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) systems is presented in this paper. This paper presents the application of LDPC codes to the problem of reliable image transmission over wireless channels. Binary input additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel is used in this paper. Pixels in error (PE) is evaluated for three different values of signal to noise ratio. The image is recovered with PE equal to zero at signal to noise ratio equals 1.5dB. Keywords-low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes, additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel, image transmission, pixel in error I.

It becomes very challenging to design a network that suits the high mobility of vehicles and frequently chang ing network topology. To overcome these challenges in the network, we propose a new algorithm to dynamically adapt the contention window size (DYCW) to the vehicle density conditions. Along with that, we have introduced a cooperative relay vehicle for relaying the safety mes sages that failed to reach the destination. We have also carried out analytical study of the proposed model and the simulation results for the our model show that using DYCW enhances the system functioning by leading to higher throughput with stability in the performance and decreases both the delay and the packet drop ratio (PDR) of the system.

Hexagonal microstrip antenna has been design based on their equivalence with rectangular microstrip antenna and circular microstrip antenna. An increase in its bandwidth is realized by cutting pair of rectangular slot on X and Y axis of hexagonal microstrip antenna. Proposed design is simulated using different materials. Simulation and experimental result have been compared to validate the proposed design.

This paper proposes an algorithm through which the best parity check matrix is obtained for irregular low density parity check codes, which reduces the Bit Error Rate ,Frame Error Rate and computational complexity. Tanner graph also called a bipartite graph format in an Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) code design contains many short cycles; it will produce a computational complexity in a code design process and it degrades the code performance. To overcome this effect, we proposed an new algorithm which obtains a best final parity check matrix. Throughout the paper we will give the detailed description of an efficient algorithm proposed. The complexity is studied graphically and analytically. Using proposed algorithm, cycles of length four observed in corresponding matrix are removed. Each matrix is evaluated over a noisy Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel. Bit Error rate and Frame error rate is calculated. The results are compared with randomly generated best parity check matrix. Simulation results shows that proposed method successfully overcomes the computational complexity and meets the near Shannon limit.
