Competition with competitors is getting hard; companies are demanded to apple the best strategy to outperform the market. At one of the producers Roti X, a product marketing strategy was formulated using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). This method can objectively establish a prioritized alternative strategy. This method consists of three stages in which the first stage produces 12 internal key factors with a weight score of 2.875 on the IFE matrix, 11 external key factors with a weight score of 2.827 on the EFE matrix, and 11 critical success factors according to consumer point of view with a score of 3.238 on the CPM Matrix. In the second stage, an IE matrix is used which states that the company is in cell V (guard and maintain) and uses a SWOT matrix that produces 6 alternative strategies. In the third stage, the highest Sum Total Attractiveness Score (STAS) was produced at 6.164 for the alternative strategy, namely product development (adding filling variants).

Berdasarkan observasi awal pada CV. Fataya, terdapat postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis yang dilakukan oleh pekerja. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan suatu penelitian mengenai analisis posturkerja.Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis postur kerja adalah metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). Penelitian ini dilakukan di departemen pemotongan alumunium, depatemen pemotongan kaca, dan departemen perakitan. Berdasarkan perhitungan didapatkan skor REBA tertinggi terdapat pada departemen pemotongan aluminium dengan skor 12 yang yang artinya level resiko sangat tinggi dan perlu perbaikan saat ini juga.

Type I gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH-I) agonists have been applied for the treatment of st... more Type I gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH-I) agonists have been applied for the treatment of steroid-dependent tumors such as breast carcinoma, ovarian cancer and prostatic carcinoma. But the mechanism has not been clarified yet. There are few reports about the treatment of endometrial carcinoma using GnRH-I agonists. Type II GnRH (GnRH-II) is a new subtype of GnRH. Our aim was to investigate the effects of GnRH-I agonists and GnRH-II on estrogen receptor-negative human endometrial carcinoma cells and the effect from phosphatase and tensin homolog gene (PTEN) to them. A lentiviral vector-mediated RNAi method was used to establish a PTEN-negative HEC-1A cell clone (HEC-1A-ND). MTT and flow cytometry were used to detect the cell proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis of HEC-1A, HEC-1A-NC and HEC-1A-ND cells after treatment with GnRH-I agonist Triptorelin (10(-11) mol/L to 10(-5) mol/L) or GnRH-II (10(-11) mol/L to 10(-5) mol/L). Western blotting was used to detect AKT and ERK1/2 activation after treatment with different concentrations of Triptorelin or GnRH-II for 30 minutes in the above mentioned three kinds of cells. Triptorelin and GnRH-II induced apoptosis and inhibited proliferation of HEC-1A, HEC-1A-ND and HEC-1A-NC in a dose-dependent manner. This effect was augmented in HEC-1A-ND cells in which PTEN gene was knocked-down. Furthermore, Triptorelin and GnRH-II inhibited the AKT and ERK activity in HEC-1A-ND cells. Triptorelin and GnRH-II can promote apoptosis rate and inhibit cell proliferation of estrogen receptor-negative endometrial carcinoma cells in a dose-dependent manner. PTEN gene can inhibit the effects of Triptorelin or GnRH-II on human endometrial carcinoma cells.

Together with the Kirchhoff-Institute for Physics the Fraunhofer IZM has developed a full wafer r... more Together with the Kirchhoff-Institute for Physics the Fraunhofer IZM has developed a full wafer redistribution and embedding technology as base for a large-scale neuromorphic hardware system. The paper will give an overview of the neuromorphic computing platform at the Kirchhoff-Institute for Physics and the associated hardware requirements which drove the described technological developments. In the first phase of the project standard redistribution technologies from wafer level packaging were adapted to enable a high density reticle-to-reticle routing on 200 mm CMOS wafers. Neighboring reticles were interconnected across the scribe lines with an 8 µm pitch routing based on semi-additive copper metallization which was photo defined by full field mask aligning equipment. Passivation by photo sensitive benzocyclobutene (BCB) was used to enable a second intra-reticle routing layer. Final IO pads of nickel with flash gold were generated on top of each reticle. For final electrical connection the wafers were placed into mechanical fixtures and the IOs of all reticles were touched by elastomeric connectors. With that concept neuromorphic systems based on full wafers could be assembled and tested. The fabricated high density inter-reticle routing revealed a very high yield of larger than 99.9 %. In order to allow an upscaling of the system size to a large number of wafers with feasible effort a full wafer embedding concept for printed circuit boards was developed and proven in the second phase of the project. The wafers were thinned to 250 µm and laminated with additional prepreg layers and copper foils into a core material. A 200 mm circular cut was done into the core material and the inner prepreg layers to create the required clearance for the wafer. After lamination of the PCB panel the reticle IOs of the embedded wafer were accessed by micro via drilling, copper electroplating, lithography and subtractive etching of the PCB wiring structure. The created wiring with 50 µm line width enabled an access of the reticle IOs on the embedded wafer as well as a board level routing. The panels with the embedded wafers were subsequently stressed with up to 1000 thermal cycles between 0 °C and 100 °C and have shown no severe failure formation over the cycle time.

Significance Neuromorphic systems aim to accomplish efficient computation in electronics by mirro... more Significance Neuromorphic systems aim to accomplish efficient computation in electronics by mirroring neurobiological principles. Taking advantage of neuromorphic technologies requires effective learning algorithms capable of instantiating high-performing neural networks, while also dealing with inevitable manufacturing variations of individual components, such as memristors or analog neurons. We present a learning framework resulting in bioinspired spiking neural networks with high performance, low inference latency, and sparse spike-coding schemes, which also self-corrects for device mismatch. We validate our approach on the BrainScaleS-2 analog spiking neuromorphic system, demonstrating state-of-the-art accuracy, low latency, and energy efficiency. Our work sketches a path for building powerful neuromorphic processors that take advantage of emerging analog technologies.

The implementation of a mobile application capable of providing the user with the amount of LPG gas remaining in their bottle, attached with the development of intelligent support that provides real-time information to the app, such as the weight of the cylinder; and whether there is the occurrence of a gas leak. This solution strengthens the concept of smart cities and ensures ease, convenience and more economy for those who use bottled gas in their homes.

Dalam kegiatan produksinya CN Bakery tidak terlepas dari kendala atau risiko yang terjadi. Dalam menanggulangi hal tersebut maka diperlukan manajemen risiko untuk membantu mengidentifikasi dan mengelola risiko. Metode yang digunakan merupakan kombinasi antara metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) dan Weighted Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (WFMEA). Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi risiko, didapatkan 20 kejadian risiko yang berasal dari 5 faktor risiko yaitu 5 risiko dari penyediaan bahan baku, 6 risiko dari produksi, 3 risiko dari pengemasan, 3 risiko dari pengiriman, dan 3 risiko dari pengembalian. Berdasarkan pengolahan data menggunakan ANP, didapatkan bobot yaitu faktor penyediaan bahan baku sebesar 0,26817, faktor pengiriman sebesar 0,26665, faktor produksi sebesar 0,21705, faktor pengemasan 0,20023 dan faktor pengembalian sebesar 0,0479. Research with the title "temperature and humidity control system for broiler chicken coops", has formulated the research problem as follows; how to make an automatic control system to maintain the temperature and humidity of the ras broiler chicken coop to keep it stable using Arduino Uno ATMega328. In this tool it has been set, if the temperature is ≥ 30º C then the water pump will turn on, and the water pump will turn off when the temperature is ≤ 29º C. Based on the results in this study, the temperature and humidity control system succeeded in helping farmers keep the temperature of the ras broiler chicken coop remained stable, so that farmers' production can be increased. In addition, this system also helps efficiency in terms of time and labor, because this system works automatically.

The 2nd generation BrainScaleS chips are mixed-signal devices with tight coupling between full-custom analog neuromorphic circuits and two general purpose microprocessors (PPU) with SIMD extension for on-chip learning and plasticity. Simulation methods for automated analysis and pre-tapeout calibration of the highly parameterizable analog neuron and synapse circuits and for hardware-software co-development of the digital logic and software stack are presented. These risks cause a disruption in the production process and also cause losses such as the cessation of the production process so that it cannot meet demand. To manage the risks that occur, the Fuzzy Failure Mode Effect Analysis (Fuzzy FMEA) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods are used. The risk identification use the production process flow in general, namely raw material (input), production (process), and finished product (output) factors. From the results of FMEA fuzzy data processing, a total of 25 risks and priority risks from each factor were found, those are; the risk of competing rice buyers (894) very high; the risk of damage to the prime mover 883 very high, and the risk of competing suppliers of rice (748) high-very high. Namun, posisi yang strategis dan layanan yang variatif ini tidak diiringi dengan banyaknya pasien yang berobat di Klinik Universitas Mulawarman, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap strategi pemasaran Klinik Universitas Mulawarman. Strategi pemasaran dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan. Pada tahap pertama yaitu tahap input menggunakan matrik IFE dan EFE, total skor pada matriks IFE adalah sebesar 3,024 sedangkan total skor pada matriks EFE adalah sebesar 2,636. Tahap kedua dilakukan tahap pencocokan menggunakan matriks IE, sehingga didapatkan matriks IE berada pada sel IV yang berarti tumbuh dan membangun. Selanjutnya dilakukan tahap ketiga yaitu tahap keputusan menggunakan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Dari alternatif strategi yang ada dilakukan perhitungan Total Atractive Score (TAS) menggunakan matriks QSPM didapatkan alternatif strategi terbaik adalah memanfaatkan lokasi yang strategis serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai untuk menarik pelanggan dengan nilai TAS sebesar 6,371. Sarana dan prasarana yang memadai serta lokasi yang strategis karena dekat dengan civitas akademika Universitas Mulawarman dapat dimanfaatkan bagi pemasaran Klinik Universitas Mulawarman.

Batubara merupakan salah satu alternatif bahan bakar yang memiliki potensi untuk menggantikan bah... more Batubara merupakan salah satu alternatif bahan bakar yang memiliki potensi untuk menggantikan bahan bakar minyak. Disamping untuk keperluan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) dan industri semen, batubara juga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan bakar pada industri kecil, seperti : bata merah, genteng, kapur, pandai besi dan gerabah. Janis bahan bakar yang selama ini digunakan oleh industri kecil tersebut adalah kayu, arang kayu, residu minyak, gas dan limbah pertanian. Selain bahan bakar minyak dan gas, kayu dan arang kayu juga perlu digantikan karena luas hutan di Pulau Jawa sudah kritis. Potensi kebutuhan bahan bakar untuk industri kecil di Jawa Barat cukup besar. Jika dikonversikan ke dalam satuan energi batubara, maka kebutuhan bahan bakar seluruh industri kecil di 20 kabupaten di Jawa Barat pada tahun 2000 adalah sebesar 1.078.753 TTB (1 TTB = 1 ton batubara yang memiliki kandungan energi 6.000 Kkal/Kg). Kebutuhan bahan bakar ini meningkat setiap tahun dengan tingkat pertumbuhan rata-rata sebesar 2,7 % per tahun. Batubara yang akan digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan industri kecil tersebut berasal dari lokasi cadangan batubara yang ada di Jawa Barat sendiri. Dari sejumlah lokasi cadangan batubara di Jawa Barat tersebut, terdapat 4 lokasi potensial untuk di tambang secara ekonomis, yaitu : Bojongmanik, Bayah, Cimandiri dan Jasinga. Kapasitas produksi total dari ke-4 lokasi tambang tersebut adalah 1.162.000 TTB/Tahun. Dari kapasitas produksi batubara di lokasi tambang dan potensi permintaan batubara di Jawa Barat (TTB/Tahun), maka Jawa Barat tidak perlu menambah suplai batubara dari daerah lain. Untuk mengangkut batubara dari lokasi tambang ke daerah-daerah industri kecil, dapat digunakan 2 alternatif moda transportasi, yaitu : kereta api dan truk. Tiap-tiap moda transportasi ini memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan berdasarkan jarak dan volume yang diangkut. Misalnya, kereta api lebih cocok untuk pengangkutan jarak jauh dengan volume besar. Sedangkan truk hanya dapat digunakan untuk volume kecil dengan jarak relatif pendek. Tersebarnya daerah-daerah industri kecil di seluruh Jawa Barat, tidak memungkinkan pengiriman batubara secara langsung dari lokasi tambang ke daerah-daerah industri kecil. Pengiriman cara langsung kurang ekonomis bagi daerah yang kebutuhannya relatif kecil. Oleh karena itu, pada sistem distribusi batubara untuk industri kecil ini diperlukan beberapa depot sebagai perantara untuk mengirimkan batubara dari lokasi tambang ke daerah industri kecil. Sejumlah besar batubara diangkut dari lokasi tambang ke depot dan kemudian dari depot dipecah ke daerah-daerah yang membutuhkan. Dengan adanya perbedaan kapasitas produksi, ongkos produksi dan ongkos transportasi dari tiap-tiap lokasi tambang, maka perlu ditentukan sistem alokasi yang dapat meminimumkan ongkos total terkirim. Dengan menggunakan metode transportasi, diperoleh sistem alokasi untuk tahun 2000 dengan ongkos rata-rata terkirim Rp 37.264/TTB.

In doing its marketing strategy Borneo Project relies on marketing through friendship, word of mouth from one to another one and using social media as a marketing tool. This has not had a much positive effect on sales in Borneo Project. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the marketing strategy that can be applied in Borneo Project. Determining the strategy carried out in three stages: an input stage, matching stage, and the stage of the decision. The input stage is done by using Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE). In the IFE matrix, obtained a total score of 2.407, while the EFE Matrix obtained score of 2.831. Based on internal and external factor analysis then matching phase with IE Matrix method and SWOT Matrix. The final stage was the decision stage used QSPM method. QSPM is used to evaluate alternative strategies obtained in the SWOT Matrix, then rank them. The first rank is the strategy of applying for credit funds, seeking investors or business joint venture partners and seeking financial assistance from corporate CSR with the acquisition of power score Pull of 5,824. Alternative strategies are prioritized to be applied is to ask a credit fund, seek a joint venture partner and investor or business and are looking for financial aid CSR.

MTT and flow cytometry were used to detect the cell proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis of HEC-1A, HEC-1A-NC and HEC-1A-ND cells after treatment with GnRH-I agonist Triptorelin (10(-11) mol/L to 10(-5) mol/L) or GnRH-II (10(-11) mol/L to 10(-5) mol/L). Western blotting was used to detect AKT and ERK1/2 activation after treatment with different concentrations of Triptorelin or GnRH-II for 30 minutes in the above mentioned three kinds of cells. Triptorelin and GnRH-II induced apoptosis and inhibited proliferation of HEC-1A, HEC-1A-ND and HEC-1A-NC in a dose-dependent manner. This effect was augmented in HEC-1A-ND cells in which PTEN gene was knocked-down. Furthermore, Triptorelin and GnRH-II inhibited the AKT and ERK activity in HEC-1A-ND cells. Triptorelin and GnRH-II can promote apoptosis rate and inhibit cell proliferation of estrogen receptor-negative endometrial carcinoma cells in a dose-dependent manner. PTEN gene can inhibit the effects of Triptorelin or GnRH-II on human endometrial carcinoma cells.

Together with the Kirchhoff-Institute for Physics the Fraunhofer IZM has developed a full wafer r... more Together with the Kirchhoff-Institute for Physics the Fraunhofer IZM has developed a full wafer redistribution and embedding technology as base for a large-scale neuromorphic hardware system. The paper will give an overview of the neuromorphic computing platform at the Kirchhoff-Institute for Physics and the associated hardware requirements which drove the described technological developments. In the first phase of the project standard redistribution technologies from wafer level packaging were adapted to enable a high density reticle-to-reticle routing on 200 mm CMOS wafers. Neighboring reticles were interconnected across the scribe lines with an 8 µm pitch routing based on semi-additive copper metallization which was photo defined by full field mask aligning equipment. Passivation by photo sensitive benzocyclobutene (BCB) was used to enable a second intra-reticle routing layer. Final IO pads of nickel with flash gold were generated on top of each reticle. For final electrical connection the wafers were placed into mechanical fixtures and the IOs of all reticles were touched by elastomeric connectors. With that concept neuromorphic systems based on full wafers could be assembled and tested. The fabricated high density inter-reticle routing revealed a very high yield of larger than 99.9 %. In order to allow an upscaling of the system size to a large number of wafers with feasible effort a full wafer embedding concept for printed circuit boards was developed and proven in the second phase of the project. The wafers were thinned to 250 µm and laminated with additional prepreg layers and copper foils into a core material. A 200 mm circular cut was done into the core material and the inner prepreg layers to create the required clearance for the wafer. After lamination of the PCB panel the reticle IOs of the embedded wafer were accessed by micro via drilling, copper electroplating, lithography and subtractive etching of the PCB wiring structure. The created wiring with 50 µm line width enabled an access of the reticle IOs on the embedded wafer as well as a board level routing. The panels with the embedded wafers were subsequently stressed with up to 1000 thermal cycles between 0 °C and 100 °C and have shown no severe failure formation over the cycle time.

Taking advantage of neuromorphic technologies requires effective learning algorithms capable of instantiating high-performing neural networks, while also dealing with inevitable manufacturing variations of individual components, such as memristors or analog neurons. We present a learning framework resulting in bioinspired spiking neural networks with high performance, low inference latency, and sparse spike-coding schemes, which also self-corrects for device mismatch. We validate our approach on the BrainScaleS-2 analog spiking neuromorphic system, demonstrating state-of-the-art accuracy, low latency, and energy efficiency. Our work sketches a path for building powerful neuromorphic processors that take advantage of emerging analog technologies.

Metode yang digunakan merupakan kombinasi antara metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) dan Weighted Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (WFMEA). Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi risiko, didapatkan 20 kejadian risiko yang berasal dari 5 faktor risiko yaitu 5 risiko dari penyediaan bahan baku, 6 risiko dari produksi, 3 risiko dari pengemasan, 3 risiko dari pengiriman, dan 3 risiko dari pengembalian. In this tool it has been set, if the temperature is ≥ 30º C then the water pump will turn on, and the water pump will turn off when the temperature is ≤ 29º C. Based on the results in this study, the temperature and humidity control system succeeded in helping farmers keep the temperature of the ras broiler chicken coop remained stable, so that farmers' production can be increased. In addition, this system also helps efficiency in terms of time and labor, because this system works automatically.

The 2nd generation BrainScaleS chips are mixed-signal devices with tight coupling between full-custom analog neuromorphic circuits and two general purpose microprocessors (PPU) with SIMD extension for on-chip learning and plasticity. Simulation methods for automated analysis and pre-tapeout calibration of the highly parameterizable analog neuron and synapse circuits and for hardware-software co-development of the digital logic and software stack are presented. Namun, posisi yang strategis dan layanan yang variatif ini tidak diiringi dengan banyaknya pasien yang berobat di Klinik Universitas Mulawarman, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap strategi pemasaran Klinik Universitas Mulawarman. Strategi pemasaran dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan. Pada tahap pertama yaitu tahap input menggunakan matrik IFE dan EFE, total skor pada matriks IFE adalah sebesar 3,024 sedangkan total skor pada matriks EFE adalah sebesar 2,636. Tahap kedua dilakukan tahap pencocokan menggunakan matriks IE, sehingga didapatkan matriks IE berada pada sel IV yang berarti tumbuh dan membangun. Selanjutnya dilakukan tahap ketiga yaitu tahap keputusan menggunakan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Dari alternatif strategi yang ada dilakukan perhitungan Total Atractive Score (TAS) menggunakan matriks QSPM didapatkan alternatif strategi terbaik adalah memanfaatkan lokasi yang strategis serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai untuk menarik pelanggan dengan nilai TAS sebesar 6,371. Sarana dan prasarana yang memadai serta lokasi yang strategis karena dekat dengan civitas akademika Universitas Mulawarman dapat dimanfaatkan bagi pemasaran Klinik Universitas Mulawarman.

Batubara merupakan salah satu alternatif bahan bakar yang memiliki potensi untuk menggantikan bah... more Batubara merupakan salah satu alternatif bahan bakar yang memiliki potensi untuk menggantikan bahan bakar minyak. Disamping untuk keperluan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) dan industri semen, batubara juga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan bakar pada industri kecil, seperti : bata merah, genteng, kapur, pandai besi dan gerabah. Janis bahan bakar yang selama ini digunakan oleh industri kecil tersebut adalah kayu, arang kayu, residu minyak, gas dan limbah pertanian. Selain bahan bakar minyak dan gas, kayu dan arang kayu juga perlu digantikan karena luas hutan di Pulau Jawa sudah kritis. Potensi kebutuhan bahan bakar untuk industri kecil di Jawa Barat cukup besar. Jika dikonversikan ke dalam satuan energi batubara, maka kebutuhan bahan bakar seluruh industri kecil di 20 kabupaten di Jawa Barat pada tahun 2000 adalah sebesar 1.078.753 TTB (1 TTB = 1 ton batubara yang memiliki kandungan energi 6.000 Kkal/Kg). Kebutuhan bahan bakar ini meningkat setiap tahun dengan tingkat pertumbuhan rata-rata sebesar 2,7 % per tahun. Batubara yang akan digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan industri kecil tersebut berasal dari lokasi cadangan batubara yang ada di Jawa Barat sendiri. Dari sejumlah lokasi cadangan batubara di Jawa Barat tersebut, terdapat 4 lokasi potensial untuk di tambang secara ekonomis, yaitu : Bojongmanik, Bayah, Cimandiri dan Jasinga. Kapasitas produksi total dari ke-4 lokasi tambang tersebut adalah 1.162.000 TTB/Tahun. Dari kapasitas produksi batubara di lokasi tambang dan potensi permintaan batubara di Jawa Barat (TTB/Tahun), maka Jawa Barat tidak perlu menambah suplai batubara dari daerah lain. Untuk mengangkut batubara dari lokasi tambang ke daerah-daerah industri kecil, dapat digunakan 2 alternatif moda transportasi, yaitu : kereta api dan truk. Tiap-tiap moda transportasi ini memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan berdasarkan jarak dan volume yang diangkut. Misalnya, kereta api lebih cocok untuk pengangkutan jarak jauh dengan volume besar. Sedangkan truk hanya dapat digunakan untuk volume kecil dengan jarak relatif pendek. Tersebarnya daerah-daerah industri kecil di seluruh Jawa Barat, tidak memungkinkan pengiriman batubara secara langsung dari lokasi tambang ke daerah-daerah industri kecil. Pengiriman cara langsung kurang ekonomis bagi daerah yang kebutuhannya relatif kecil. Oleh karena itu, pada sistem distribusi batubara untuk industri kecil ini diperlukan beberapa depot sebagai perantara untuk mengirimkan batubara dari lokasi tambang ke daerah industri kecil. Sejumlah besar batubara diangkut dari lokasi tambang ke depot dan kemudian dari depot dipecah ke daerah-daerah yang membutuhkan. Dengan adanya perbedaan kapasitas produksi, ongkos produksi dan ongkos transportasi dari tiap-tiap lokasi tambang, maka perlu ditentukan sistem alokasi yang dapat meminimumkan ongkos total terkirim. Dengan menggunakan metode transportasi, diperoleh sistem alokasi untuk tahun 2000 dengan ongkos rata-rata terkirim Rp 37.264/TTB.

In doing its marketing strategy Borneo Project relies on marketing through friendship, word of mouth from one to another one and using social media as a marketing tool. This has not had a much positive effect on sales in Borneo Project. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the marketing strategy that can be applied in Borneo Project. Determining the strategy carried out in three stages: an input stage, matching stage, and the stage of the decision. The input stage is done by using Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE). In the IFE matrix, obtained a total score of 2.407, while the EFE Matrix obtained score of 2.831. Based on internal and external factor analysis then matching phase with IE Matrix method and SWOT Matrix. The final stage was the decision stage used QSPM method. QSPM is used to evaluate alternative strategies obtained in the SWOT Matrix, then rank them. The first rank is the strategy of applying for credit funds, seeking investors or business joint venture partners and seeking financial assistance from corporate CSR with the acquisition of power score Pull of 5,824. Alternative strategies are prioritized to be applied is to ask a credit fund, seek a joint venture partner and investor or business and are looking for financial aid CSR.
