Subalternity could be analyzed as marginalized or ‘other’ figure as their essence is under shadow. They are not visible in the space of center or main stream. In this context they grow with their own stories and narratives which collaborately build their values. I have tried to explore the power of resistance and bodily acts of those shadowed females. It is reflected in their manner of acceptance and the collective consciousness in regard to their social position. Mahasweta Devi’s ‘Standayani’ and “The Five Women” are the text to refer and justify the mode of subaltern female identity.

It incorporates eastern Hindu practices, particularly life values from the Bhagavad Gita, as a foundation for professional teacher enrichment. Essentially, it applies three categorical practices in teachers' professionality, namely Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga, to illustrate, ignite further ahead, and sharpen academic journey, professional journey, and professional devotion by reflecting on common practices. During such a journey, teachers attain a professional essence as they surpass Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga in terms of basic quality formation. The three narrative stories for each category mentioned above are analyzed to demonstrate professionalism and its journey. The data gathered from a research participant who has achieved a high level of professional success and inspires all English language teachers in Nepal is used to create stories for narrative analysis. The narrative analysis is based on eastern themes supported by Vygotsky's developmental psychology concept. Furthermore, the structural analysis is based on the narrative analysis of Gary Barkhuizen.

It explores a discourse on ecological and spiritual dimensions from secondary resources referring to the East and West practices. The discursive thematic analysis constitutes ecospiritual pedagogy since the future world needs an integration between human and non-human facts of existence. It incorporates eastern spiritual values; concepts of ecopedagogy; western practice in spiritual intelligence; Leopold's idea on integration of land and people; and spiritual basis of science of neuroplasticity. After getting through thematic analysis, it will conclude with the three possible ecospiritual pedagogic practices. At first it ensures teacher's spiritual rigor with a higher order of tripartite consciousness, i.e. tamas, rajas and sattva. Secondly, it focuses on pedagogic procedure leading through the three yogic practices, i.e. karma, bhakti and jnana....

The author found various existing notions on narrative research from Clandinin and Connelly (2000) and Barkhuizen et al. (2014), who contend that narrative is a mode of processing experiences and events in the form of a story. The author corroborated various notions on narrative research in English language education as an argument that narratives can be a strong data source in English language educational research. Since it has been a research focus for English language educators, the author explored seven dissertations that were submitted to a Nepalese univers...
