This study aims to determine the effect of communication effectiveness on buying intention in S1 ... more This study aims to determine the effect of communication effectiveness on buying intention in S1 Psychology student of North Sumatera University. Subjects in this study were 150 people. Measuring tools used are the scale of buying intent and scale of communication effectiveness. Data analysis method used is simple regression. The results of data analysis showed that there is a positive influence between the effectiveness of communication to the intention of buying to female students. Contribution of influence of communication effectivity to buy intention at S1 Psychology student of University of Sumatera Utara equal to 16,3%. And The results also show the level of communication effectiveness and intention quite high.
