Part Of Speech (POS) tagging is an automated process for determining the appropriate grammatical ... more Part Of Speech (POS) tagging is an automated process for determining the appropriate grammatical label or syntactic category of a word depending on the context. POS tagging is one of the important processes in Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications such as summarization text, Speech Recognition (SR), Question Answering (QA) and Information Retrieval (IR). Automatic POS tagging is needed because manual POS tagging takes a long time and is expensive because it requires a linguist. The main problem in POS tagging automatically is words that have different properties if placed in different contexts (ambiguous) and words that are in the test corpus but not in the Out of Vocabulary (OOV) training corpus. In this study, an efficient POS tagging approach for Arabic text will be discussed using the Bee Colony Optimization (BCO) algorithm. The POS tagging problem is represented as a graph and a new weighting technique is proposed to assign a transition value to each word class label which may not be probability, then the bees look for the best solution path. The dataset used in this study comes from the transliterated Quranic corpus consisting of 150 simple perfect sentences as an easy dataset category, 50 sentences with more than one S/P/O/K as a medium dataset category, and 50 selected Quran verses as a category. difficult datasets. The results showed an average accuracy of 100% for the easy dataset category, 98.96% for the medium dataset category, and 94.96% for the difficult dataset category.

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Law and Human Rights issued a... more The Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Law and Human Rights issued a policy of assimilation and integration rights in the form of parole for around 30 thousand more prisoners. The government's move was legitimized by legislation in the form of Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation No. 10 of 2020 concerning the Provision of Assimilation and Integration Rights for Prisoners and Children in the Context of Preventing and Controlling the Spread of Covid-19. The purpose of this study is to determine the position of assimilation and integration rights for prisoners in penitentiary law and to know the challenges of assimilation and integration rights in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. This research was built using a juridical-normative approach with descriptive analytical methods to describe phenomena that occur in the field associated with existing laws and regulations. The results showed that the position of assimilation policy and the right of integration for prisoners in penitentiary law or criminal law is an integral part of the penal process. Assimilation and Right of Integration is a unified process that is integrated in the process of fostering prisoners, namely: the Orientation / Introduction Stage, the Assimilation Stage in the narrow sense, the Assimilation Phase in the broad sense and the Integration Phase with the Community environment. Furthermore, the policy of assimilation and the right of integration in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic also did not escape and challenges in its implementation. These challenges come from legal factors, law enforcement, facilities and infrastructure as well as challenges from the community itself.

Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) belum dipandang sebagai kejahatan, padahal kerap terjadi di b... more Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) belum dipandang sebagai kejahatan, padahal kerap terjadi di banyak tempat dalam bentuk seperti perkosaan, penyiksaan terhadap isteri, anak, incest, pemasungan, pembunuhan dan bentuk kekerasan lainnya. UU No. 30 tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan KDRT pun belum terlalu dipahami oleh masyarakat. Penyuluhan hukum mengenai KDRT perlu dilakukan, khususnya bagi calon Kader Motekar (Motivator Ketahanan Keluarga) yang menjadi ujung tombak di masyarakat dalam membangun ketahanan keluarga. Metode penyuluhan hukum ini dilakukan dengan metode komunikasi langsung dan komunikasi tidak langsung. Kegiatan penyuluhan hukum ini dilakukan dengan tahapan kegiatan pre test, penyuluhan hukum, post test dan rencana tindak lanjut pasca penyuluhan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peserta penyuluhan hukum (calon kader motekar) mengalami peningkatan kesadaran, pengetahuan, pemahaman dan motivasi untuk dapat melakukan upaya preventif dalam mencegah terjadinya KDRT di lingkungannya.

This paper is expected to provide new knowledge and insights regarding one of the Islamic economic instruments in the micro sector, namely the Micro Waqf Bank model. From observations from various literatures, Micro Waqf Bank with access to capital is one alternative for improving the standard of living of micro-entrepreneurs to develop their businesses. This article aims to provide knowledge and assistance as a form of protection for the rights of w... more This article aims to provide knowledge and assistance as a form of protection for the rights of women and children after divorce, as well as to determine the supporting factors and obstacles to their fulfillment. The approach used is participatory action research (PAR). The way this is done is by providing counseling and legal assistance. The results showed that effectively assisted subjects were able to: (a) Identify social problems in their environment, especially those related to household; (b) Knowing the rights as wife and ex-wife and the rights of children; (c) Share the experiences they get from life; (d) Solve problems with solutions they think are strategic; (e) They know very little that they need help and empowerment. Furthermore, the service team assisted the litigation process at the Soreang Religious Court and the Sumedang Religious Court. UU No. 30 tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan KDRT pun belum terlalu dipahami oleh masyarakat. Penyuluhan hukum mengenai KDRT perlu dilakukan, khususnya bagi calon Kader Motekar (Motivator Ketahanan Keluarga) yang menjadi ujung tombak di masyarakat dalam membangun ketahanan keluarga. Metode penyuluhan hukum ini dilakukan dengan metode komunikasi langsung dan komunikasi tidak langsung.
