Sebagian besar pelaku usaha mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan peminjaman modal usaha pada lemba... more Sebagian besar pelaku usaha mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan peminjaman modal usaha pada lembaga keuangan. Selain itu, sebagian besar pelaku usaha memiliki kondisi sistem administrasi keuangan yang tidak memadai. Pengelolaan keuangan yang buruk mengakibatkan UMKM tidak mampu mencegah dan mendeteksi kerugian yang terjadi. Oleh karena itu, pengetahuan mengenai pencatatan keuangan sangat diperlukan oleh pelaku usaha. Apalagi, pencatatan keuangan saat ini telah dikembangkan secara digital melalui ponsel sehingga memudahkan pelaku usaha melakukan pemantauan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat telah dilaksanakan untuk memperkenalkan pelaku usaha dalam menggunakan pencatatan keuangan digital melalui aplikasi Buku Kas. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, diperoleh bahwa pelaku usaha cukup puas dengan adanya aplikasi pencatatan keuangan berbasis ponsel dan sudah menjawab keinginan dan kebutuhan mereka. Ten years ago one of us (NSMB) has proposed the approach unifying all the internal degrees of fre... more Ten years ago one of us (NSMB) has proposed the approach unifying all the internal degrees of freedom-that is the spin and all the charges[1,2,6,10]-within the group SO(1, 13), a kind of Kaluza-Klein-like theories. The approach predicts for families of quarks and leptons (in the low energy region), and suggets some approximate symmetries of mass matrices. Following this symmetries as far as possible, we study in this work properties of mixing matrices and mass matrices of families of fermions, in particular of quarks, trying to limit the number of free parameters as far as possible. We present some very preliminary results, predicting not yet measured matrix elements for the mixing matrix for four generations of quarks and the mass of the fourth u quark. γ a B := (−) n B Bγ b , (1.2) with (−) n B = ±1 for a Clifford even and odd object, respectively. Accordingly two kinds of generators of the Lorentz transformations follow S ab = i/4(γ a γ b − γ b γ a), as well asS ab = i/4(γ aγb −γ bγa , with the properties {S ab ,S cd } − = 0. The generators of the subgroups SO(1, 3), SU(3), SU(2) and the two U(1), needed to determine the spin, the weak charge, the colour charge and the two hypercharges will be written in terms of S ab

Abstract.This research focuses on finding the root problem of the construction delay that happene... more Abstract.This research focuses on finding the root problem of the construction delay that happened in several tasks at PT Rekayasa Industri’s CGPX project. The project was planned to start on June 27th, 2011 and planned to be finished on April 8th, 2013. However, the actual project was finished almost one year later than the planned finished date (March 20th, 2014), despite the fact that the project started on time. The project delays will be analyzed through systematical methodology to find root cause that makes the project finished late using Ishikawa Diagram, then the result will be presented using “5M†criteria. Finally, the best solution will be given as a feedback to the company to improve future project. The result shows that the most powerful delay is caused by human error. The recommendation given to the company is to increase the ability of workers to reduce the delays in these aspects.
