During this process, a whole array of risks, threats, dangers and vulnerabilities arise. As much as the value of the assets is greater, the more the transport is the tempting target of attack by criminal, primarily, bandit groups. Cash in transit vehicles attacks are criminal activities that are carried out for the purpose of acquiring illegal property and they contain elements of violence, brutality and aggression. From a criminal and legal point of view, cash in transit vehicles attacks are classifed as crimes against property, or rather as criminal oﬀenses of robbery. Migrations and the movements that are provided by this phenomenon can be an important factor in t... more Migrations and the movements that are provided by this phenomenon can be an important factor in the fi eld of general safety because the phenomenon of migration can cause some emergent and structural changes in the criminal activities of a certain area in a certain period of time. The main fi eld of this paper is to emphasize the security aspects and consequences arising from migratory movements, particularly the phenomenon of smuggling migrants. Moreover, it will be elaborated current trends in the ways of proceeding the process of "smuggling" in terms of motives and reasons for migrants to leave their home country. In order to explain the phenomenon, authors will provide relevant statistics on the fi eld of illegal migration from all over the world. The purpose of the paper is to actualize the problems with this criminal activity and to emphasize the consequences which are deriving from it in order to fi nd a strategy and tactics to deal with such a negative phenomenon.

The paper has been analyzed its phenomenological characteristics, reasons and factors for its existence, motives, purposes and strategic logic of suicide bombers, and there has been an attempt to develop a profile of the perpetrators. Special overview is given to the role and tasks of women while conducting the suicide terrorist attacks. The involvement of women to these activities opens a number of questions about the motivation and purpose, and the consequences on the development of terrorism and measures within the anti-terror and counter-terror actions. In the last part of the paper it is shown the treatment of suicide terrorism within the modern security strategies of the countries today. Purpose: This study aims to give an empirical overview of the illegal trafficking with human bein... more Purpose: This study aims to give an empirical overview of the illegal trafficking with human beings, drugs and weapons in the Republic of Macedonia and its involvement in the transnational crime within the “Balkan Route”. Design/Methods/Approach: A qualitative-quantitative approach will be used, using analysis of the current scientific literature, academic publications and scientific papers from this area, and statistical methods using statistical analysis and interpretations of data on committed crimes and the perpetrators of illegal trafficking (with national and international elements). Findings: The scope and structure of this crime in the Republic of Macedonia and its international character will be seen through empirical data and discussions. In the absence of a detailed profile and assessment of the road traffic safety situation in the R... more In the absence of a detailed profile and assessment of the road traffic safety situation in the Republic of Macedonia, the paper will show the analysis by calculating and comparing the direct relative indicators for deaths from traffic accidents in relation to the total population (public risk), the total number of vehicles (traffic risk) and the total number of passenger-kilometres (dynamic traffic risk). Their established trends in the period 2005-2014 will also be shown and then compared with the levels in other European countries. Within the risks, there is additionally the risk of suffering that takes into account the consequences of accidents to people (human losses, heavy and light bodily injuries), which will be calculated and analysed for the area covered by the eight Sectors for Internal Affairs (SIA) in the Republic of Macedonia.
