This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research conducted in the peri... more This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research conducted in the period July-August. In each study consists of filling out questionnaires or questionnaires and interviews. The subjects studied were residents of RW 06 Pasirnangka village, as many as 91 people. The type of data in this study is primary data that comes directly from the subjects studied. Data collection techniques use observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study aimed to analyze the influence of the village head's leadership and the performance of the village apparatus on the effectiveness of community services. The research method used is regression analysis to measure the relationship between these variables. The results showed that based on the test results for the coefficient of determination, the adjusted R-square value was 0.884 (88.4%). This means that the ability of the independent variable in this study affects the dependent variable by 88.4%.
