Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Environment dan Work-Life Balance terha... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Environment dan Work-Life Balance terhadap Employee Engagement pada karyawan di PT Nusa Toyotetsu Corp. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling kepada 55 karyawan di PT Nusa Toyotetsu Corp. dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan merupakan metode regresi berganda dengan SPSS versi 25. Dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, data yang diperoleh dari penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis kuantitatif yaitu persamaan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Environment berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance. Work-Life Balance berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance. Selanjutnya, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan keseimbangan kerja karyawan, memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan dan memperhatikan stress karyawan, yang kesemuanya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Employee creativity telah muncul sebagai sumber keunggulan utama karena penting untuk meningkatka... more Employee creativity telah muncul sebagai sumber keunggulan utama karena penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi organisasi berdasarkan kemampuan untuk menciptakan pengetahuan dan inovasi Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Prestasi Kerja yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan swasta di Jakarta Barat. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Cluster Random Sampling, melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 113 orang dan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Models (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap Kreativitas Karyawan.

Global warming becoming a worldwide issue from advanced country to poor country. It caused by dem... more Global warming becoming a worldwide issue from advanced country to poor country. It caused by demanding of green marketing is growing up. In general perception, society consider that the green products especially organic product is expensive therefore they are not full respect to green products. The purpose of this study is to analyze antecedents from Willingness to pay a price premium involved its consequence to Purchase intention of green products. In this study, there were 200 respondents used as sample. They are organic vegetables and fruits buyer from Hypermarket in Jakarta. The sample technique used was Purposive sampling and the data analyze method used was Structural Equation Model. The result of this study are (1) Awareness of green product, Quality, Social image, Uniqueness, and Corporate Social Responsibility, are antecedents of Willingness to pay a price premium.(2)Awareness of green product is the main factor to influence Willingness to pay a price premium. (3) There is a positive influence of Willingness to pay a price premium towards Purchase intention of green product. For future research suggested to add a Concern about green product and Knowledge of green productas antecedents from Willingness to pay a price premium.

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resources management resources practices, transfor... more This study aims to analyze the effect of human resources management resources practices, transformational leadership on turnover intention mediated by work engagement. The data used in this study is primary data that comes directly from the research object, state-owned bank in South Jakarta. The sample in this study was selected using a non-probability sampling method with a sample of 230 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistics by finding the average and standard deviation, and using the AMOS SEM for hypothesis testing. Previously the instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests where all statement items were valid and reliable. The research results show that human resources management practices, transformational leadership has positive effects on work engagement, human resources management practices, transformational leadership has negative effects on turnover Intention, work engagement has a negative effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, for the indirect effect, work engagement can mediate the influence of human resources management practices, transformational leadership on turnover intention.

Dunia perbankan menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam kelangsungan keuangan masyarakat sehingga ... more Dunia perbankan menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam kelangsungan keuangan masyarakat sehingga perlunya task performance yang optimal dari para karyawan demi memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada nasabah. Task performance karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti autonomous motivation, organizational citizenship behaviour dan innovative work. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari organizational citizenship behaviour, autonomous motivation, dan innovative work terhadap task performance pada 201 karyawan PT Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Non-Probability Sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden melalui google form. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa autonomous motivation, organizational citizenship behaviour dan innovative work memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap task performance karyawan. Implikasi manajerial pada penelitian ini diharapkan perusahaan dalam merekrut karyawan lebih memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan kedepannya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Role Ambiguity, Servant Leadership, Burnout ... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Role Ambiguity, Servant Leadership, Burnout terhadap Job Satisfaction pada karyawan PT Panglima Siaga Bangsa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling kepada 77 karyawan PT Panglima Siaga Bangsa di Tangerang yang bekerja di sektor jasa dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi sederhana dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa burnout berpengaruh negatif, sedangkan servant leadership dan role ambiguity berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction. Implikasi bagi perusahaan, manajer, dan pemerintah daerah Kota tangerang diharapkan Untuk meningkatkan kualitas, fasilitas dan system kerja diperusahaan agar karyawan merasa nyaman berada di tempat kerja dan agar tidak terjadinya kelelahan kerja pada karyawan.

Labuan Bajo is one of the destinations chosen as a super priority destination located in the prov... more Labuan Bajo is one of the destinations chosen as a super priority destination located in the province of East Nusa Tenggara. The data obtained from the results of the study were 42% of guests stayed at homestays for 1-2 nights and 39% never had a guest. The study used a qualitative approach to analyze the guidelines for cottage management according to local culture. Homestay owners, regulators, and other stakeholders do not yet have awareness of the need to develop guidelines for homestay management practices. The tourism sector can open access to employment for all and improve the local economy so that it can contribute to the creation of sustainable development goals (SDGs 8). All these aspects can be achieved if all stakeholders work together because with partnerships, common goals will be achieved more optimally.

The study used a qualitative approach to analyze the guidelines for cottage management according to local culture. Homestay owners, regulators, and other stakeholders do not yet have awareness of the need to develop guidelines for homestay management practices. The tourism sector can open access to employment for all and improve the local economy so that it can contribute to the creation of sustainable development goals (SDGs 8). All these aspects can be achieved if all stakeholders work together because with partnerships, common goals will be achieved more optimally.

The data used in this study is primary data that comes directly from the research object, state-owned bank in South Jakarta. The sample in this study was selected using a non-probability sampling method with a sample of 230 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistics by finding the average and standard deviation, and using the AMOS SEM for hypothesis testing. Previously the instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests where all statement items were valid and reliable. The research results show that human resources management practices, transformational leadership has positive effects on work engagement, human resources management practices, transformational leadership has negative effects on turnover Intention, work engagement has a negative effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, for the indirect effect, work engagement can mediate the influence of human resources management practices, transformational leadership on turnover intention.

Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan swasta di Jakarta Barat. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Cluster Random Sampling, melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 113 orang dan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Models (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap Kreativitas Karyawan.

The mission of Panti Sosial Bina Remaja Taruna Jaya 2 is to form teenagers with social problems into teenagers with good personalities through physical, psychological, mental spiritual, social and work skills development in order to realize independence and social functioning by establishing cross-sectoral coordination. For this reason, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University, together with the DKI Jakarta Social Service and the DKI Jakarta CSR Forum, have created a partnership in overcoming the problems of youth with social problems through the development of soft skills and hard skills. and participate in providing solutions and actively participate in activities to increase motivation and shape the entrepreneurial character of social development residents.

Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus yaitu 50 karyawan CV. Bunga Putri Catering. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Psychological Empowerment dan Extrinsic Motivation berpengaruh positif terhadap Employess Engagement. Sedangkan Diversity Management tidak berpengaruh terhadap Employess Engagement. Implikasi bagi CV.
