He believed that we are the creation or result of our own beliefs, thoughts and opinions. Buddhism is all about the teachings of Buddha and his path that has impact on various philosophy including naturalism and pragmatism. His teachings are lamp in the dark paths of life of human being. His teaching gives us a path to purity of minds that helps to develop a kind and loving heart for all including animals and human. Buddhism provides the solutions for sufferings of life via eight folds path and Panchsheela. We found the relevance of Buddhism in modern education system in form of aim of education, teacher, students, curriculum, teaching methods, discipline vocational education, woman education, gender equality, cost of education and many more in the list. The purpose of this paper is to provide the opportunity to understand Buddhism philosophy and its importance and relevance in modern era of education for student as well as for teachers. Buddha was the first teacher who allowed females in his "Sangha" and trained female teacher similar to male teacher with Trigems (trisharan), Panchsheela and Eight fold Path. His teachings are solutions of every suffering and pain come across the life of human being. His teachings also develop liberty, equality and fraternity among human. Loard Buddha's teachings was purely logical and behavioural rather than orthodox, illusion and spiritual world as we see in idealism and other philosophies.

Evolution is the process of development of human and other living being. The form of education changes according to need of society and advancement of technology. Education makes human civilized and proofs them as most intellectual living being on Earth. This era of 2021 is suffering from pandemic of Covid-19 that is Corona virus that caused millions of deaths, panic, lockdowns and unemployment. The evolutions and development of innovative technology and approach for teaching and learning keeps education alive. The entire research paper discussed the covid-19 impact on education system of India and online teaching learning its challenges and opportunities in modern Indian education system during Covid-19 period and after it. As we all know that schools are still closed in India since March 2020 and teaching and learning is shifted to mobiles, laptops from classroom and laboratories. The data was collected from various resources including news paper, Internet, personal visit, experience and discussion with various Educationists who are currently active in field of education. The results of research are shocking and serious and relevant in respect of Indian education and its future. As a developing nation India needs more positive approach and well equipped teachers and classrooms in schools, colleges and universities. Here more E-Library and E-Content are required as comparison of fastest growing nations that makes Indian education qualitative and productive. However previous academic year 2020-2021 shows the real picture of Indian education at online platform that is challenging, but we must reforms in online education system as soon as possible in order to keep Indian in row of leading nation in qualitative education and online mode of education.

In particular, this study cannot in no way identify adverse drug reaction (implying causality assessment) but rather adverse event (based only on statistical association). I suggest reconsidering the tile and the objective of the pipeline. Moreover, correct definition of safety signal should be taken into account. Signal concerns a new or incompletely documented drug-adverse event association. Thus, by definition, a known-adverse event association should not be considered as signal if found through the pipeline. The terminology has been corrected and we now use the term " adverse event " , implying only a statistical association between the concepts. 2. Introduction: In general, introduction should be more concise. Although the current process of pharmacovigilance is very systematic, the increasing amount of information available in specialized health-related websites as well as the exponential growth in medical literature presents a unique opportunity to supplement traditional adverse event gathering mechanisms with new-age ones. Method We present a semi-automated pipeline to extract associations between drugs and side effects from traditional structured adverse event databases, enhanced by potential drug-adverse event pairs mined from user-comments from health-related websites and MEDLINE abstracts. The pipeline was tested using a set of 12 drugs representative of two previous studies of adverse event extraction from health-related websites and MEDLINE abstracts.
