The main objective is to vegetate the desert with a water consumption as low as possible. Two field experiments were conducted during 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 seasons. The experiments were carried out in Developing Agricultural System Project, Sinai Station, Sinai Governorate to study the effect of' nanoclay flakes treatments on revegetation of sandy soil under sprinkler irrigation system with Egyptian clover var Gemmiza 1. The experiments were designed as a split-plot design with four replications, the main plots included the source of irrigation dates after 3, 5, 7 and 9 days, the subplot had nanoclay doses (0, 8.5, 17 and 25 kg/plot) at soil depth 10 cm. The results indicated that the water requirement for the Egyptian clover ranged from 2800-3000 m 3 /fed of water depending on climate and the growing period, Evaportranspiration increases from establishment of flowering stage (5-7mm/day), the irrigation interval of 7 days showed the highest forage yield, the dose of 17Kg/plot nanoclay flakes had significant effect on forage yield. Also, the obtained results revealed that yield components have been increased due to the nanoclay treatment with high significancy compared to the untreated area by increasing the availability of water for crop use by 50%. Treating the sandy soil with clay nano flakes resulted in significant differences in Egyptian clover yield and led to increasing the nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, contents and decreasing the water consumption rate by 50%.

The present investigation was divided into two parts. The first part aimed to select the high fruit quality of semi-dry maghal trees of date palm in Fayoum governorate. Panel taste evaluation, vegetative and morphological characters of trees, flowering, fruit set, fruit physical and chemical characteristics as well as mineral nutrients of fruitswere studied in six semi-dry maghal date palms compared to Seewy cultivar as control. The numerical selection of selected palms showed that date palm No. 6 recorded 96.38 units and gave the first rank, while tree No. 2 gave the sixth rank and gave 78.71 units and finally Seewy cultivar 70.43 units. Six semi-dry date palms were considered as an initial for a semi-dry date palm cultivars under Fayoum governorate. On the other hand, the second part aimed to characterize molecular genetic markers among the six semi-dry date palms and Seewy cultivar. Data of RAPD recorded a sum of 52 bands, where 29 bands among them were polymorphic bands and 23 bands were monomorphic in all trees under study. On the other hand, a strongest relationship was scored between tree No. 1 and tree No. 4 as well as between tree No. 6 and Seewy cultivar (similarity reached 100%).

The apical meristems were isolated and cultured on hormone free Murashige and Skoog's culture media for 3 weeks to allow proliferation of shoot buds. The masses of shoot buds were transferred to MS culture media supplemented with 1.0 mg/L benzyl adenine and poly ethylene glycol (0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2% ) to study the effect of drought stress while for induction of salt stress the culture media were supplemented with sodium chloride (0.0, 500, 750 and 1000 mg/L). The treatments lasted for 3 weeks. Results of the present with Fortuna cultivar showed that drought stress reduced chlorophyll content from 3.20 to 0.57 mg/g; shoot length from 5.33 cm to1.50 cm; root length from 3.30 to 1.60 cm; and the number of leaves per explant from 4.33 to 1.33. On the other hand, the most stressful salt treatment (1000 mg/l NaCl) reduced the chlorophyll content from15.33to 10.13mg/g; the...

Karate moves must be done in a certain way, many moves are practiced incorrectly during training. In this paper, we present a fully functional system which Karate players, coaches, judges and clubs could use. The system helps in capturing Karate moves using Kinect v2 sensor and analyzing these moves using F-DTW. Real-time feedback and a report are displayed to the users using a simple GUI (Graphical User Interface) that the users can easily use, to learn how a mistake was made, and how to fix it/learn from it. F-DTW was used for proving the concept, and an average accuracy of 90% was achieved. This Paper is mainly concerned about the moves named: Age-Uke, Mae-Geri, Gedan-Barai and Soto-Uke.
