In last three decades a new element has been added: emotional labour. Managing emotions as the requirement of the job is called as emotional labour. From sales person, flight attendants, customer service representatives, nurses, doctors to teachers or managers perform the emotional labour regularly. Now-a-days many researchers of organizational behaviour are concentrating on emotions and its relationship with work effectiveness. Impact of Job Satisfaction and its importance in Organizations cannot be underrated; it is believed that highly satisfied employees will work harder in order to contribute to Organization's Performance. This study was conducted in Management Institutes of Pune to Identify the Potential Factors related to Job and Job Design, causing Satisfaction to the Management Faculty Members. Based on the results of Factor Analysis, the proposed exploratory research has found Nine Potential Factors of Job Satisfaction namely; Organizational Resource & Work Environment, Expert Power, Task Significance and Task Identity, Career Progression and Continuance Commitment, Personal Power, Stress Free Job, Job Pride, Work Autonomy and Working Hours.
