The phenolic compound was prepared through reactions of diazonium salts that occurred between diazonium salt concerning benzidine as well as diazonium salt concerning para-aminophenol and then reacted by electro-platinum electrodes, where the graphene oxide was decorated with the phenolic compound [1,1 0 :4,1:4,1-quaterphenyl)-4,4-diol by electrical reaction through platinum electrodes after converting it to the sodium salt of the phenolic compound, and this compound was used in the Preparation of cement mortar and upon mixing it with cement mortar gave high compressive strength results, indicating that the prepared compound has a strong effect and benefit in mixing it with cement mortar.
In this study, four different derivatives of graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide nanosheets ... more In this study, four different derivatives of graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide nanosheets (A1-A4) were synthesized by electrochemical method. The synthesized compounds were characterized using melting point, Fourier Transform infrared (FT-IR), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), X-Ray Powder Diffraction (XRD), and Transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results of x-ray diffraction prove that the prepared nano graphene or graphene oxide derivatives are chemically or physically occurred as the added aromatic systems were decorated physically or formed a covalent bond to the nanosheets. The field emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy prove the formation of sheet-like nano structures. The results proved that the electrochemical method was feasible in preparing these compounds understudy as it is cheap and does not include the use of solvents harmful to the environment as well as fast. All prepared compounds were stable at room temperature and could be isolated easily from the reaction mixture.

It is used the compound (A) to condensational fusion reaction with amino acid (tyrosine) for get 4-amino 5-(1-amino 2-phenol-4-yl ethyl) 5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole [(B). The chelated polymer (1) is derived from the condensation reaction between (B) and amino acid (tyrosine) with phenol and formaldehyde solution in basic medium, either chelated polymer (2) prepared of condensation of a derivative (B) with a solution of phenol and formaldehyde in the middle of the type. The identification had by spectroscopes Ultra violet, Infrared as well as Nuclear magnetic resonance of the proton/ isotope carbon 13 (H 1 /C 13-NMR). The present study studies the analytical efficiency chelated compounds (2.1) carry by (B) and with or without tyrosine and use the method of the meal on the ion copper transitional element (Cu +2) in terms of the effect of contact time and function acidic to upload resins with the installation of other factors capacity such as temperature and concentration studied ion resin and quantity. The results of the total loading capacity of ions on resins show that the loading capacity increases with the function acidic (pH) and time of the transaction, and that the preference chelating to be the most polarized polymer.

These compounds including pyrazol, phthalazin, pyridazin, oxazole, thiazol. Thestructures of these compounds were identified by FT-IR,H-NMR,Uv spectroscopy and checked by TLC and study the anti-bacterial activities for some of the synthesized compounds. These activities were determined in vitro using well diffusion method against three types pathogenic strains bacteria staphylococcus aureus(G+), E.coli and proteus vulgaris(G-). The results revealed that some of these compounds showed measurable activity.

Reduced Graphene Oxide(RGO) and its composites have attracted widespread attentions as novel adso... more Reduced Graphene Oxide(RGO) and its composites have attracted widespread attentions as novel adsorbents for the adsorption of various heavy metal contaminants. Because of the unique physicochemicalcharacte-ristics, they might become an excellent and most potential adsorbent. in this study summarizes the application of (RGO) and its composites as a superior adsorbent for the removal of heavy metal ions from water and we discusses the applications of organo-functionalized (RGO) composites for the adsorption of heavy metals(Co(II), Ni(II),Cu(II)) , the organo-functionalized (RGO) in this study its agraphene functionalized with 1,2,4 triazol Schiff base(RGO-TSB),The structures of this compound are confirmed by using FTIR spectroscopy, X-Ray diffraction, scanning electron micro-scopy (SEM), Atomic Force Micro-scopy(AFM) and TGA,DCS.
