Air flow system was designed and implemented to apply force convection on the heat sink, which named MPFHS-PV/T integrated system, to decrease the PV module temperature. The integrated system was tested on 25Jun 2019 in Baghdad climate and the results recorded as flowing: decreasing the PV module temperature by 14.65% along with electrical performance improvement by 13% for the output power and 13.32% for efficiency. The daily averages of electrical efficiency. 1102%, thermal efficiency 40.94% and overall thermal efficiency 51.9%.

A 2d simulation by a transient analysis in light of the Finite Element Method (FEM) was done to obtain the temperature distribution in the three phase transformer (250 KVA 11/.416 KV core type, mineral oil) using "ANSYS PROGRAM". Meanwhile, the effects of type of oil on HOST are investigated using the proposed model. To test the effect of nanoparticles on heat transfer process, the insulation oil was changed with Nano fluid; it has been used two types of Nano particles (CuO and Al 2 O 3) with 0.5% as a volume concentration, where the maximum temperature reduced about (5%). The core material also has been changed from silicon steel to amorphous steel and caused a reduction in maximum temperature about (9.9%) in HV winding and change the interior angles from 90 o to 135 o , where the temperature distribution transformer is improved. The present model successfully accomplished for expecting the temperature d...

We present a case of a 75-year-old lady with headache and a forehead swelling who was initially treated for sinusitis and giant cell arteritis in a primary care setting, but failed to improve. Following clinical deterioration and further investigation, CT appearances were consistent with a diagnosis of PPT and an extra-axial collection. Needle decompression, frontal trephine and endoscopic frontal sinusotomy were performed and intraoperative swabs cultured Streptococcus constellatus PPT is an unusual clinical entity that benefits from prompt antibiotic and surgical management, and therefore early recognition is paramount. We highlight that PPT should be a differential diagnosis in all patients presenting with forehead or frontal swelling. Use of radiological imaging (CT/MRI) is necessary to not only confirm a diagnosis of PPT but to identify further intracranial complications, which can be life-threatening.

The current research experiments the influence of novel vortex generator (VG )inserts on heat transfers within a tube under a uniform heat flux. A copper tube with a 45 mm inner diameter and 1,350 mm length is used along with a solid disc injector (swirl generator) that comprises ten crescent holes with equal circumferential distribution angles around the disk canter. Subsequently, a swirl flow is generated by deviating the stream flow 45 degrees causing it to spin in the direction of the axial flow. Flow directors are on 45? angles toward the axial direction for each of the crescent holes. This study is an example of flow degradation. Reynolds numbers (Re). range from 6000 to 13500. Therefore, fluid flow is treated as a turbulent system. All experiments done with air are regarded as a power fluid; the Prandtl number is fixed at about 0.71. Thermo-hydraulic performance of heat exchanger...

In the beginning, an experimental work has been extracted from previous work in order to collect the input (ambient temperature, humidity, irradiance and wind speed) and output (PV module temperature) parameters. Then, Neural Network time series and Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) models represented as system identification method to predict the temperature of PV panel as an output for the system. Both of modelling methods verified using mean square error (MSE). The effectiveness of all methods has been compared to know which method is the batter. Finally, the achieved results stated that the ANFIS method recorded the lowest MSE of 2.2627*10-7 compared with NARX method which recorded of 5.078. ANFIS technique proved that will be able to use it in the control process in future.

Like stationary, fuel cells, automotive electronic devices also PV panels cooling and other various applications to improve the heat sinks thermal performance. The aim is to focus on some countless fundamental issues in domains such as; mechanics of fluids and heat transfer, sophisticated prediction for temperature distribution, high heat flux removal, and thermal resistance reduction. The outcome of this survey concluded that the best configuration of heat sinks has a thermal resistance about (0.140 K/W to 0.250 K/W) along with a drop of pressure less than (90.0 KPa) with a temperature gradient about 2 °C/mm. Heat sinks with square pin fins lead to enhance the effectiveness of heat dissipation than heat sinks with microcolumn pin fins. While other researches recommend the use of high conductive coating...

Implicit correlation forms consisted on the ambient temperature, solar radiation, wind speed and humidity. Cuckoo search algorithm was employed as an intelligent optimization method to predict the correlation factors of each variable under different evaluation method which are, mean square error (MSE), integrate absolute error (IAE) and integrate square error (ISE). The results appeared that the proposed method was succeeded to predict both of the PV panel temperature and efficiency with MSE evaluation method compared with other methods. Where, the lowest MSE was recorded lower the 1 % for each characteristic.

The present cooling system was based on the evaporative cooling concept and extended area of heat transfer. The results gave enhancements in output power and panel’s efficiency about 32.7% and 31.5% respectively. This improvement in the module performance was attributed to the reduction in the operation temperature of the solar cell. The reduction in module temperature was about 26.05%.
