Recruiting the best candidates has become a significant challenge for Human Resources (HR) depart... more Recruiting the best candidates has become a significant challenge for Human Resources (HR) departments due to the competitive job market and the stringent guidelines and standards they adhere to. In the Information Technology (IT) industry, where technical skills are crucial, this challenge becomes even more daunting. In this article, we propose a fuzzy logic-based recruitment system to support HR departments in making more nuanced and informed decisions. Our proposed system considers several factors, including education, experience, technical abilities, and interpersonal skills, to identify the most suitable candidate for an IT role. We present a systematic approach for incorporating the fuzzy logic controller into the recruitment process, which will offer HR managers clear recommendations based on precise calculations. By leveraging this framework, HR departments can achieve better decisionmaking outcomes, ultimately resulting in successful recruitment processes.

This research aims to identify the health information systems used in the Ministry of Higher Educ... more This research aims to identify the health information systems used in the Ministry of Higher Education hospitals, by studying the experience of Al-Mouwasat University Hospital in transferring and adopting this technology and using it in generalizing to the rest of the Syrian hospitals. It also aims to analyze the actual reality of hospital readiness and its impact on the efficiency of health information systems and on the medical and administrative fields of business and decisions. The research includes a theoretical study of the concept of health information systems, and the concept of electronic health practical study of the reality of health information systems in the hospital, through which data were collected, statistically analyzed, and hypotheses tested.The search gives a number recommendations:-Importance of preparing strategic plans for developing health information systems.-Interesting in continuous training and qualification of employees, and the need to support the informatics department with specialized technical staff.-Applying the unified electronic health record for the patient nationwide

In the Information Technology (IT) industry, where technical skills are crucial, this challenge becomes even more daunting. In this article, we propose a fuzzy logic-based recruitment system to support HR departments in making more nuanced and informed decisions.
