The fundamental idea of a social network is very simple though effective. A social network is a s... more The fundamental idea of a social network is very simple though effective. A social network is a set of actors (or points, or nodes, or agents) that may have relationships (or edges, or ties) with one another. Networks may have any number of actor, and one or more kinds of relations among actors. In order to have an applicable understanding of a social network, a through and rigorous description of a pattern of social relationships is a necessary initial point for analysis. That is, ideally we will know about all of the ties among each pair of actors in the population. In order to describe any type of network connection, we need some amount of information to manage these data and to manipulate them so that we can see patterns of social structure which are sometimes tedious and complicated. All of the tasks of social network methods are made easier by using tools from mathematics. Information is recorded as in the form of matrices which are essential tool for the manipulation of network data and the calculation of indexes describing networks. Other useful mathematical tool to visualize the patterns of relations and connection, graphs are often useful.

These days it has become an inevitable element of advertising industry especially and this business has become a multi-million industry in India. Marketers use celebrity to influence the purchasing decision of the customers and thus giving a high margin for profit or Hugh turn over for the sales. So this paper will discuss about the effects of celebrity endorsement with using the famous statiscal tool -Chi Square Test and also with this tool we check the dominance of male or female celebrity in the market i.e. who of both is more powerful from endorsement point. Also some tables have been given to make user aware about the current scenario of consumer with the brand image and name. It was normally observed that people tried to avoid the commercial advertisement by flipping the pages of magazine or changing the channels of TV commercial programme but here will analyse the same and prove that it is still got magnificent effect on purchase.

Employee satisfaction is the terminology used to describe whether employees are happy and contended and fulfilling their desires and needs at work. Many measures meaning that employee satisfaction is a factor in employee motivation, employee and achievement, and positive employee morale in the workplace. As per Vroom "Employee satisfaction is a positive orientation of an individual towards a work role which he is presently occupying" Employee satisfaction, while generally a positive in organization, can also be a bad luck if mediocre employees stay because they are satisfied with your work environment. Many experts believe that one of the best ways to maintain employee satisfaction is to make workers feel like part of a family or team. Holding office events, such as parties or group outings, can help build close bounds among workers. Many companies also participate in team-building retreats that are designed to strengthen the working relationship of the employees in a non-work related setting. Camping trips, paintball wars and guided backpacking trips are versions of this type of team-building strategy, with which many employers have found success.

The approach will be to summarize them in different flavor and possible different labeling. Several of these families of graphs were suggested by the application like consider a network of transmitting stations, each of which must be able to communicate with certain others-those to which it is linked in the network. The total bandwidth available is divided into e channels, where eis the number of links in the network, and each station x is assigned a number λ(x) fromℤ . When x and y communicate they use channel number λ(x) +λ (y). If the numbering is harmonious, each channel is assigned to exactly one link.Harmonious graphs are also interesting because they lead to modular versions of various combinatorial problems. For example, a harmonious labeling of the friendship graph Fnmay be regarded as a modular generalization of the Langford-Skolem Problem.
