This study aims to analyze the risk variables as an intervening factor between external factors a... more This study aims to analyze the risk variables as an intervening factor between external factors and leverage on the financial performance of banking companies in the Indonesian Capital Market. In this study, 45 banking sector companies became the population. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, so the samples were 5 companies for 3 years. The data analysis technique in this study uses SmartPLS. The results show that the t-count coefficient is greater than the t-table, indicating a significant effect of external factors on risk in the company. There is no significant effect of leverage on risk with a t-count value smaller than the t-table. External factors significantly affect financial performance, with a coefficient value of t-count greater than t-table. There is a significant effect of leverage on financial performance, with a t-count coefficient value more significant than the t-table. The risk significantly affects financial performance, with a t-count coefficient value more significant than the t-table.

Organizations and society have a reciprocal relationship so that all changes that occur in society will ultimately require the organization to make changes. Change Management at the Malang Madya Tax Service Office requires proper management so that service objectives, tax revenues and organizational performance can be achieved. The steps of the Malang Madya Tax Service Office in planning Change Management management policies by launching various programs include forming change agents, establishing performance managers, managing risk management and carrying out monitoring and evaluation activities on the implementation of Change Management so as to be able to encourage employees to improve organizational performance to achieve common goals. With the Change Management management program at the Malang Madya Tax Service Office, it can improve employee performance and organizational performance to achieve organizational goals so that in 2021, the Malang Madya Tax Service Office succeeded in obtaining an Organizational Performance Score (NKO) of 108.05%. With proper change management, it can encourage the performance of all employees so as to improve organizational performance to achieve organizational goals. The same thing can be used as an example for other agencies in managing Change Management so that organizational performance can be improved to be even better than before.
ABSTRACT Hydrothermal site Rainbow, one of the few known site on an ultramafic basement, is an ex... more ABSTRACT Hydrothermal site Rainbow, one of the few known site on an ultramafic basement, is an exceptional target for the multidisciplinary study of hydrothermal phenomena. It is one of the two targets of the MoMAR (Monitoring the Mid Atlantic Ridge) project patronized by InterRidge, and is the focus of an IODP drilling project. What makes this site exceptional is the abundance of natural hydrogen, methane, and iron, an element which plays a major role in active processes, down to the scale of molecules. During Cruise MomarDream (25 Aug. - 15 Sept. 2008), R/V L'Atalante and ROV Victor spent 3 weeks on site Rainbow to carry out detailed investigation of this unique area. The goals of the cruise were, first, to study the role of iron in the geological, hydrological, and biological processes, and second, to identify potential drilling targets. Beyond the requirement of a "zero state" for the repeated observations and in fine the site monitoring in the framework of the MOMAR project, the completion of an exhaustive inventory of the biological populations is needed for the sake of preservation of a fragile environment. Multibeam bathymetry and magnetics have been collected by ROV Victor 50 m above the seafloor on a 4 km × 3 km wide box centered on the site and covering about 25% of the Rainbow Massif. Similarly, multibeam bathymetry, magnetics, and high resolution photographs have been acquired 10 m above the seafloor on a 650 m × 500 m box centered on the site, and on a 300 m × 300 m box centered on a field of dead clams. A nearly full coverage was obtained in these boxes. Direct geological exploration was also carried out and allowed the collection of rock samples, complemented by an intensive dredge program when the ROV was onboard. A large part of the cruise was devoted to biological studies sensu lato, including the collection of fluids dedicated to the study of abiotic organic molecules and metagenomics, the collection of sulfide for microbiological investigations, in situ chemical measurements to characterize the hydrothermal environment, the collection of shrimps and mussels, and the deployment and recollection of colonization modules. As for the initial geological results, the microbathymetry and the rock sampling are presented in two posters (Gente et al.; Ildefonse et al.). A very strong positive magnetic anomaly is clearly associated to the site and likely reflects the strong magnetization of serpentinites impregnated by sulfides. Another strong positive anomaly corresponds to a zone of similar size located 500 m south of Site Rainbow, and may correspond to a fossil site, as suggested by tenuous evidences from rock samples collected in this area. Working capital turnover is calculated using the Working Capital Turnover ratio, liquidity is measured using the Current Ratio, solvency is measured using the Debt to Assets Ratio and Profitability is measured using Return on Assets. This type of research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of non performing loan and leverage on co... more This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of non performing loan and leverage on company value through profitability as an intervening variable in state-owned banking sub-sector companies listed on the indonesian capital market for the 2018-2021 period. The population in this study were all state-owned banking sub-sector companies as many as 4 companies, then the researchers conducted a sampling technique using the saturated sample method. Researchers used smart PLS analysis techniques. The results of this study show a coefficient of 0.123 and a statistical t value of-3.043 a t table value of t table 1.960341 so that there is a significant negative effect between non-performing loans and leverage. There is a significant negative effect between leverage on profitability with a coefficient value of 0.138 and a statistical t value of-2.605 t table value of t table 1.960341. There is no negative and significant effect between non performing loans on company value with a coefficient value of 0.109 and a statistical t-value of-1.726 a t-table value of 1.960341. There is a significant positive effect between leverage on company value with a coefficient value of 0.133 and a statistical t value of 1.969 t table value of 1.960341. The aim of this work is the characterization of seafloor using bathymetric images segmentation. T... more The aim of this work is the characterization of seafloor using bathymetric images segmentation. The bathy-metric image is considered as set of oriented wave profiles generated, in general, by unidirectional currents (water flows constantly in one direction) where each profile can be viewed as the superposition of fast oscillations (ripples) and slow oscillations (sand waves). Due to the texture and multicomponent aspects of the bathymetric image, the characterization is performed using an adaptive mutliresolution decomposition based on the multivariate empirical mode decomposition (MEMD) technique. The MEMD a data driven technique, well dedicated for non-stationary and multicomponent data analysis, is applied to multivariate bathymetric profiles to generate 2D intrinsic empirical functions (IMFs) or empirical images each one associated to a bedform such as ripple, sand wave or dune (migaripple). Preliminary results on real bathymetric images shows the interest of the MEMD as a feasible decomposition tool to identify main bedforms.

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of non performing loan and leverage on co... more This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of non performing loan and leverage on company value through profitability as an intervening variable in state-owned banking sub-sector companies listed on the indonesian capital market for the 2018-2021 period. The population in this study were all state-owned banking sub-sector companies as many as 4 companies, then the researchers conducted a sampling technique using the saturated sample method. Researchers used smart PLS analysis techniques. The results of this study show a coefficient of 0.123 and a statistical t value of-3.043 a t table value of t table 1.960341 so that there is a significant negative effect between non-performing loans and leverage. There is a significant negative effect between leverage on profitability with a coefficient value of 0.138 and a statistical t value of-2.605 t table value of t table 1.960341. There is no negative and significant effect between non performing loans on company value with a coefficient value of 0.109 and a statistical t-value of-1.726 a t-table value of 1.960341. There is a significant positive effect between leverage on company value with a coefficient value of 0.133 and a statistical t value of 1.969 t table value of 1.960341. Working capital turnover variable is calculated using the Working Capital Turnover ratio, liquidity is measured using Current Ratio, solvency is measured using Debt to Assets Ratio and Profitability is measured using Return on Assets. This type of research is quantitative using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and partial test. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis that have been done, show that the working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency significantly influence the profitability of the company. T... more The aim of this work is the characterization of seafloor using bathymetric images segmentation. The bathy-metric image is considered as set of oriented wave profiles generated, in general, by unidirectional currents (water flows constantly in one direction) where each profile can be viewed as the superposition of fast oscillations (ripples) and slow oscillations (sand waves). Due to the texture and multicomponent aspects of the bathymetric image, the characterization is performed using an adaptive mutliresolution decomposition based on the multivariate empirical mode decomposition (MEMD) technique. The MEMD a data driven technique, well dedicated for non-stationary and multicomponent data analysis, is applied to multivariate bathymetric profiles to generate 2D intrinsic empirical functions (IMFs) or empirical images each one associated to a bedform such as ripple, sand wave or dune (migaripple). Preliminary results on real bathymetric images shows the interest of the MEMD as a feasible decomposition tool to identify main bedforms.
