Students’ migration has become one of the essential parts of the state policy; that is why states... more Students’ migration has become one of the essential parts of the state policy; that is why states are more and more focusing on the trends and developments of students’ migration flow. Without doubt, the prospective students’ insight profiles have also undergone to some changes, especially those who are interested in studying abroad using data from ongoing researches. There are also some other factors which influence motivating their interest to study abroad. Another major trend in students’ migration flow is related to changing function of Azerbaijanian HEIs’ status from sending institution into the hosting organizations. Such kind of development provides insight into the wide range of information sources used in the decision-making process. This paper deeply analyses Azerbaijan’s oil business and the level of its hydrocarbon dependence.... more This paper deeply analyses Azerbaijan’s oil business and the level of its hydrocarbon dependence. It examines the ways and methods of reducing oil dependence in Azerbaijan’s economy and analyses the modern challenges of oil producing nations in their oil business. Many comparisons and determinations are shown out of the oil producing countries’ practices for restructuring their economy to diminish the hydrocarbon dependence. The comparisons statistically examine the economic, financial and other fiscal indications. There is also an examination of the institutions related to this oil business as OPEC (The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries), Sovereign Wealth Find (SWF), State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and other authorities. The purpose of this research is to show the practical reasons and the ways to smoothly shift Azerbaijan from economic oil dependence into a prosperous and non-oil dependent nation. A part of scientists regard this as the highest level of the development of science and technology whereas there is an opposing group of scholars to refer it to a destructive force.

Being as part of the political activists, he tried to establish "the real path leading to the truth of "socialism"" in the States and recognition of self. How was his vision of this model? What were the major elements of this interaction and how are they implied in interpersonal relations of the community units? The purpose of this article is to try making some in-depth analyses referring to this interrelation and generalizing the ideas of some philosophers around this issue.

National identity is inherent to a person's individuality including a man's sense of belonging to... more National identity is inherent to a person's individuality including a man's sense of belonging to his or her state or nation. By other words, it is such a sense which is coherent with an entire statehood represented by three major elements-specific traditions, socio-cultural belonging and mother tongue or native language. In another definition it is stated that nation identity is "the feeling that people in a country share characteristics, culture and traditions" [5]. Barrett and Davis (2008) dene the concept of "nation" as a named human community that occupies its historic homeland, has a shared history, a common mass public culture, myths of common ancestry, shared symbols, traditions and customs, and demonstrates self-awareness as a nation [2, p.1851].
