We define precognitive affect, composed of information holding dispositional states, as noncontex... more We define precognitive affect, composed of information holding dispositional states, as noncontextual, rudimentary building blocks of subjective intentionality. We take on a psychodynamic approach to intentional agency. Intentions unfold into actions in animate thermodynamics reducing subjective uncertainty by negentropic action. They are intentions in action carrying meaning in species having complex protein interactions with various regulated gene sets. In particular, the unfolding of intentionality in terms of biological purpose introduced by subjective functioning allows for a satisfactory account of subjective intentionality. The underlying experience of acting paves the way for understanding meaning of precognitive affect from subjective functioning. Therefore, the brain's subjective intentionality as the underlying experience of acting is embedded in a negentropic "consciousness code" of "hidden" thermodynamic energy. It is the negentropically-derived quantum potential energy in the unified functioning of brain consciousness at the macroscopic scale. While at the mesoscopic scale, Schrödinger processes create boundary conditions for negentropic action to inform the intentional agency.

Holonomic is a dynamic encapsulation of the holonic view that originates from the word "holon" and designates a holarchical rather than a hierarchical, dynamic brain organization to encompass multiscale effects. The unitary nature of consciousness being interconnected stems from a multiscalar organization of the brain. We aim to give a holonomic modification of the thermodynamic approach to the problem of consciousness using spatiotemporal intermittency. Starting with quasiparticles as the minimalist material composition of the dynamical brain where interferences patterns between incoherent waves of quasiparticles and their quantum-thermal fluctuations constrain the kinetic internal energy of endogenous molecules through informational channels of the negentropically-derived quantum potential. This indicates that brains are not multifractal involving avalanches but are multiscalar, suggesting that unlike the hologram, where the functional interactions occur in the spectral domain, the spatiotemporal binding is multiscalar because of self-referential amplification occurring via long-range correlative information. The associated negentropic entanglement permeates the unification of the functional information architecture across multiple scales. As such, the holonomic brain theory is suitable for active consciousness, proving that consciousness is not fundamental. The holonomic model of the brain's internal space is nonmetric and nonfractal. It contains a multiscalar informational structure decoded by intermittency spikes in the fluctuations of the negentropically-derived quantum potential. It is therefore, a more realistic approach than the platonic models in phase space.

Protons are convenient quantum objects for transferring bit units in a complex water medium like the brain. The phonon-polariton interaction in such a medium adds informational complexity involving complex protein interactions that are essential for the superfluid-like highway to enable the consciousness process to penetrate brain regions due to different regulated gene sets as opposed to single region-specific genes. Protein pathways in the cerebral cortices are connected in a single network of thousands of proteins. To understand the role of inter-cerebral communication, we postulate protonic currents in interfacial water crystal lattices result from phonon-polariton vibrations, which can lead in the presence of an electromagnetic field, to ultra-rapid communication where thermo-qubits, physical feelings, and protons that are convenient quantum objects for transferring bit units in a complex water medium. The relative equality between the frequencies of thermal oscillations due to the energy of the quasi-protonic movement about a closed loop and the frequencies of electromagnetic oscillations confirms the existence of quasi-polaritons. Phonon-polaritons are electromagnetic waves coupled to lattice vibrational modes. Still, when generated specifically by protons, they are referred to as phonon-coupled quasi-particles, i.e., providing a coupling with vibrational motions. We start from quasiparticles and move up the scale to biomolecular communication in subcellular, cellular and neuronal structures, leading to the negentropic entanglement of multiscale 'bits' of information. Espousing quantum potential chemistry, the interdependence of intrinsic information on the negative gain in the steady-state represents the mesoscopic aggregate of the microscopic random quantum-thermal fluctuations expressed through a negentropically derived, temperature-dependent, dissipative quantum potential energy. The latter depends on the time derivative of the spread function and temperature, which fundamentally explains the holonomic brain theory.

Method: Examination of classical medical data and modern medical researches related to blood, an eclectic approach has been introduced
which will fail human health with degeneration of blood. Moreover, treatment methods for solving the mentioned problems have been revealed in
this study either.
Result: It emphasized that the treatment of all the illnesses in the body, caused by degenerated blood, is possible by curing the blood. Because
many diseases in the human body are caused by the degeneration of the blood. Cancer is also this kind of disease, and its treatment can only be
understood by us, by means of blood treatment.
Conclusion: With the degeneration of the blood, the whole body goes bad and diseases emerge. The treatment of this is to ensure that the
degenerated blood is expurged and that the body can produce its own blood in a healthy manner.

study, there are no astrological data.
Results: There are many factors that affect human health, from his/her own environment to the outside atmosphere such as sun and moon.
Conclusion: In the direction of this study, it is found out that there are certain times of day and night for the treatment of diseases.

The rapid advancement of technology, with the scientific grounding and technological integration of inventions like computers, the internet, nanotechnology, and genetic engineering, marks this era as a pivotal point in human history. This transformative period, often referred to as a "breakthrough," is primarily driven by the advanced development of science and technology.
In parallel, humans themselves are undergoing a rapid transformation, which is expected to accelerate soon. This is because the true transformative power of our era lies in quantum physics. The quantum revolution, which is already becoming a familiar term in various fields, will soon permeate all aspects of science, technology, and human life, heralding the onset of the quantum age.
The quantum age will enable the management and direction of scientific data, both towards oneself and the immediate and distant environment. This will essentially be a form of governance. Artificial intelligence, created by humans, is already directing and controlling us physically, psychologically, and sociologically. The integration of 'artificial intelligence' into individual and social life, shaping human minds and thought processes, will soon evolve into 'artificial consciousness,' marking a new phase of evolution and the full entry into the quantum age.
This evolution aligns with Michio Kaku's statement, "The age of discovery in science is drawing to a close, and the era of mastery is beginning." The quantum process, transcending known concepts of speed, will enable rapid access to information about the intrinsic structures and fundamental properties of entities.
With widespread attempts to understand and then manipulate these elements, the quantum mechanism will become functional. Its scope and domain span from subatomic quarks to supernovae in space. These two dimensions are closely interconnected, and here lies the mystical interpretation of the link between the microcosm of human and the macrocosm of the universe.
The structure and depth of subatomic quarks, whose ultimate boundaries are yet to be defined, and the universe, whose limits are unknown, can only be described through quantum data. This understanding of the universe and ourselves signifies a leap in knowledge and control.
Thanks to evolving technological data, imminent changes in human physical and psychological makeup, as well as environmental factors, are approaching. This includes the creation of artificial organs through tissue engineering, the development of new bodies, and the ability to intervene in climate conditions and the atmosphere.
Within a few years, 'artificial intelligence,' which currently powers smart devices and tools produced by the human brain, will be succeeded by 'artificial consciousness,' applying to all aspects of life, primarily technology. Therefore, the terms 'artificial intelligence' and 'artificial consciousness' are currently labeled as 'artificial.' The quantum age will transform this artificiality into a state of naturalness.
Quantum, dominating all aspects of life, will redesign the known concepts of war and intelligence. The hidden motivation behind human technology for a long time has been the concern of discovering bigger and better weapons. The current technology, knowledge, and facts will become insufficient in this era, requiring new, fast, and beyond-physical-dimension equipment. Consequently, existing intelligence practices, types, and tools will lose their relevance, giving way to new systems. At this stage, 'quantum intelligence' will dominate the field of intelligence.
The quantum age will necessitate transformations in all areas, including intelligence.
Today's futurist approaches related to intelligence are examined in three different dimensions. The first category aims to construct a future as desired by certain global focuses and powers. They provide preemptive data about the future of specific people, communities, countries, states, and regions. These futurist approaches aim to create a preconceived perception of local societies being directed and imposed upon by global powers.
Special abilities, psychic powers, and mystical teachings result in a third category of futuristic phenomena, which can be divided into two parts. The first part occurs in individuals engaged in religious experiences and teachings, while the second part manifests in those without any religious dimension. Extraordinary occurrences in both religiously inclined and non-religious individuals show similar experiences and outcomes.
For both, a generalization as "those with higher consciousness" can be made. Although this study does not fundamentally carry a religious dimension, it naturally intersects with religion in the context of conveying experiences of religious pioneers. These transmissions are metaphysical and intertwine with religious teachings. Therefore, nearly every part of our study is connected to psychic/mystical/spiritual/metaphysical elements. However, we have approached these mystical and psychic experiences within the context of quantum mechanics. Readers of this work may question the 'religious aspect,' not in terms of religiosity but through an understanding of religious concepts. Such inquiries do not pose a problem in terms of faith principles as religious understanding is not the 'end,' but a 'means.'
Quantum physics has opened an unprecedented door for humanity to develop and shape life and human consciousness but also to manipulate them. With quantum theory, copies of the brain's neural models are created in computers, leading to the development of new organs and bodies, and interventions in human genetics.
Another issue that the quantum process will clarify is that it will be revealed that people who are talented in all aspects of PSI and other metaphysical fields actually have high consciousness and some physical characteristics.
The conscious breakthrough of some highly conscious people will bring about many radical changes. Thanks to quantum physics, the mystery of the human brain and consciousness will be unraveled, and people with higher consciousness will be recognized, and the enormous power of the brain and the ability of consciousness will be revealed. Indeed, the human brain is capable of perceiving higher dimensions.
Therefore, in order to have a say in the quantum age, it is necessary to focus on scientific research to investigate and identify people with high consciousness. Experimental processes must be initiated and new methods developed to discover different aspects of these abilities. This is a must for the intelligence of the future. Can people with high consciousness be trained to be more efficient? Can ways be found to capitalize on these elite talents? This book study seeks to answer these questions.
The area to focus on here is primarily quantum-related metaphysics. Metaphysical phenomena and events have a direct relationship with quantum. Quantum physics and metaphysics are beyond known physics. Both are phenomena that go beyond matter to meaning. While every metaphysical phenomenon has a quantum mechanics dimension, not every quantum phenomenon is metaphysical. Accordingly, many metaphysical phenomena can be explained by the quantum mechanism. "Sustainability", a property that does not exist in metaphysics, is only possible with quantum mechanics.
In this direction, although the main theme of our study is the quantum dimension of phenomena, metaphysical issues and experiences are included here and there. It should not be ignored that the field of metaphysical intelligence is actually a part of quantum intelligence. Here, we are talking about the possibility of explaining the metaphysical field, which is a subject of the unseen and mysterious dimension, with quantum physics. We think that some of the phenomena that are presented as supernatural and superhuman, as metaphysical marvels, are actually a dimension of the quantum physics mechanism. Metaphysics is a field open to intelligence.
It will be possible in the near future to transfer data, known today as some metaphysical phenomena, to the physical environment with quantum computer technology. Such phenomena as mind-reading with a computer, transferring words from the mind to the screen, and recording images visualized in the mind are all things that quantum computers can do. The main problem here is where such developments will take us in the future. Ethical concerns regarding the protection of human rights as well as individual privacy remain topical. These concerns necessitate having a strong state and intelligence equipment as well as information and technology that will be compatible with the data of the age.
This book explains that quantum mechanical processes such as entanglement and superposition can play a very important role in some specific parts of the brain and its cognitive functions. On the other hand, it explains the enormous power of quantum processes in the brain, its powerful calculations, its ability to create higher consciousness, and the discovery of a very special part of the brain of gifted people with higher consciousness, and how to use the abilities of this part in the field of intelligence.
In this study, we focus on the human-centered quantum intelligence dimension without resorting to technological tools and data. This book is the first of its kind in the field, and it also contains some intellectual breakthroughs that will appeal to careful eyes.

To understand the role of inter-cerebral communication, we postulate protonic currents in interfacial water crystal lattices result from phonon-polariton vibrations, which can lead in the presence of an electromagnetic field, to ultra-rapid communication where thermo-qubits, physical feelings, and protons that are convenient quantum objects for transferring bit units in a complex water medium. The relative equality between the frequencies of thermal oscillations due to the energy of the quasi-protonic movement about a closed loop and the frequencies of electromagnetic oscillations confirms the existence of quasi-polaritons. Phonon-polaritons are electromagnetic waves coupled to lattice vibrational modes. Still, when generated specifically by protons, they are referred to as phonon-coupled quasi-particles, i.e., providing a coupling with vibrational motions. We start from quasiparticles and move up the scale to biomolecular communication in subcellular, cellular and neuronal structures, leading to the negentropic entanglement of multiscale 'bits' of information. Espousing quantum potential chemistry, the interdependence of intrinsic information on the negative gain in the steady-state represents the mesoscopic aggregate of the microscopic random quantum-thermal fluctuations expressed through a negentropically derived, temperature-dependent, dissipative quantum potential energy. The latter depends on the time derivative of the spread function and temperature, which fundamentally explains the holonomic brain theory.

Result: It emphasized that the treatment of all the illnesses in the body, caused by degenerated blood, is possible by curing the blood. Because
many diseases in the human body are caused by the degeneration of the blood. Cancer is also this kind of disease, and its treatment can only be
understood by us, by means of blood treatment.
Conclusion: With the degeneration of the blood, the whole body goes bad and diseases emerge. The treatment of this is to ensure that the
degenerated blood is expurged and that the body can produce its own blood in a healthy manner.

The rapid advancement of technology, with the scientific grounding and technological integration of inventions like computers, the internet, nanotechnology, and genetic engineering, marks this era as a pivotal point in human history. This transformative period, often referred to as a "breakthrough," is primarily driven by the advanced development of science and technology.
In parallel, humans themselves are undergoing a rapid transformation, which is expected to accelerate soon. This is because the true transformative power of our era lies in quantum physics. The quantum revolution, which is already becoming a familiar term in various fields, will soon permeate all aspects of science, technology, and human life, heralding the onset of the quantum age.
The quantum age will enable the management and direction of scientific data, both towards oneself and the immediate and distant environment. This will essentially be a form of governance. Artificial intelligence, created by humans, is already directing and controlling us physically, psychologically, and sociologically. The integration of 'artificial intelligence' into individual and social life, shaping human minds and thought processes, will soon evolve into 'artificial consciousness,' marking a new phase of evolution and the full entry into the quantum age.
This evolution aligns with Michio Kaku's statement, "The age of discovery in science is drawing to a close, and the era of mastery is beginning." The quantum process, transcending known concepts of speed, will enable rapid access to information about the intrinsic structures and fundamental properties of entities.
With widespread attempts to understand and then manipulate these elements, the quantum mechanism will become functional. Its scope and domain span from subatomic quarks to supernovae in space. These two dimensions are closely interconnected, and here lies the mystical interpretation of the link between the microcosm of human and the macrocosm of the universe.
The structure and depth of subatomic quarks, whose ultimate boundaries are yet to be defined, and the universe, whose limits are unknown, can only be described through quantum data. This understanding of the universe and ourselves signifies a leap in knowledge and control.
Thanks to evolving technological data, imminent changes in human physical and psychological makeup, as well as environmental factors, are approaching. This includes the creation of artificial organs through tissue engineering, the development of new bodies, and the ability to intervene in climate conditions and the atmosphere.
Within a few years, 'artificial intelligence,' which currently powers smart devices and tools produced by the human brain, will be succeeded by 'artificial consciousness,' applying to all aspects of life, primarily technology. Therefore, the terms 'artificial intelligence' and 'artificial consciousness' are currently labeled as 'artificial.' The quantum age will transform this artificiality into a state of naturalness.
Quantum, dominating all aspects of life, will redesign the known concepts of war and intelligence. The hidden motivation behind human technology for a long time has been the concern of discovering bigger and better weapons. The current technology, knowledge, and facts will become insufficient in this era, requiring new, fast, and beyond-physical-dimension equipment. Consequently, existing intelligence practices, types, and tools will lose their relevance, giving way to new systems. At this stage, 'quantum intelligence' will dominate the field of intelligence.
The quantum age will necessitate transformations in all areas, including intelligence.
Today's futurist approaches related to intelligence are examined in three different dimensions. The first category aims to construct a future as desired by certain global focuses and powers. They provide preemptive data about the future of specific people, communities, countries, states, and regions. These futurist approaches aim to create a preconceived perception of local societies being directed and imposed upon by global powers.
Special abilities, psychic powers, and mystical teachings result in a third category of futuristic phenomena, which can be divided into two parts. The first part occurs in individuals engaged in religious experiences and teachings, while the second part manifests in those without any religious dimension. Extraordinary occurrences in both religiously inclined and non-religious individuals show similar experiences and outcomes.
For both, a generalization as "those with higher consciousness" can be made. Although this study does not fundamentally carry a religious dimension, it naturally intersects with religion in the context of conveying experiences of religious pioneers. These transmissions are metaphysical and intertwine with religious teachings. Therefore, nearly every part of our study is connected to psychic/mystical/spiritual/metaphysical elements. However, we have approached these mystical and psychic experiences within the context of quantum mechanics. Readers of this work may question the 'religious aspect,' not in terms of religiosity but through an understanding of religious concepts. Such inquiries do not pose a problem in terms of faith principles as religious understanding is not the 'end,' but a 'means.'
Quantum physics has opened an unprecedented door for humanity to develop and shape life and human consciousness but also to manipulate them. With quantum theory, copies of the brain's neural models are created in computers, leading to the development of new organs and bodies, and interventions in human genetics.
Another issue that the quantum process will clarify is that it will be revealed that people who are talented in all aspects of PSI and other metaphysical fields actually have high consciousness and some physical characteristics.
The conscious breakthrough of some highly conscious people will bring about many radical changes. Thanks to quantum physics, the mystery of the human brain and consciousness will be unraveled, and people with higher consciousness will be recognized, and the enormous power of the brain and the ability of consciousness will be revealed. Indeed, the human brain is capable of perceiving higher dimensions.
Therefore, in order to have a say in the quantum age, it is necessary to focus on scientific research to investigate and identify people with high consciousness. Experimental processes must be initiated and new methods developed to discover different aspects of these abilities. This is a must for the intelligence of the future. Can people with high consciousness be trained to be more efficient? Can ways be found to capitalize on these elite talents? This book study seeks to answer these questions.
The area to focus on here is primarily quantum-related metaphysics. Metaphysical phenomena and events have a direct relationship with quantum. Quantum physics and metaphysics are beyond known physics. Both are phenomena that go beyond matter to meaning. While every metaphysical phenomenon has a quantum mechanics dimension, not every quantum phenomenon is metaphysical. Accordingly, many metaphysical phenomena can be explained by the quantum mechanism. "Sustainability", a property that does not exist in metaphysics, is only possible with quantum mechanics.
In this direction, although the main theme of our study is the quantum dimension of phenomena, metaphysical issues and experiences are included here and there. It should not be ignored that the field of metaphysical intelligence is actually a part of quantum intelligence. Here, we are talking about the possibility of explaining the metaphysical field, which is a subject of the unseen and mysterious dimension, with quantum physics. We think that some of the phenomena that are presented as supernatural and superhuman, as metaphysical marvels, are actually a dimension of the quantum physics mechanism. Metaphysics is a field open to intelligence.
It will be possible in the near future to transfer data, known today as some metaphysical phenomena, to the physical environment with quantum computer technology. Such phenomena as mind-reading with a computer, transferring words from the mind to the screen, and recording images visualized in the mind are all things that quantum computers can do. The main problem here is where such developments will take us in the future. Ethical concerns regarding the protection of human rights as well as individual privacy remain topical. These concerns necessitate having a strong state and intelligence equipment as well as information and technology that will be compatible with the data of the age.
This book explains that quantum mechanical processes such as entanglement and superposition can play a very important role in some specific parts of the brain and its cognitive functions. On the other hand, it explains the enormous power of quantum processes in the brain, its powerful calculations, its ability to create higher consciousness, and the discovery of a very special part of the brain of gifted people with higher consciousness, and how to use the abilities of this part in the field of intelligence.
In this study, we focus on the human-centered quantum intelligence dimension without resorting to technological tools and data. This book is the first of its kind in the field, and it also contains some intellectual breakthroughs that will appeal to careful eyes.
