The change in format of education, professional employment and communication in a critically shor... more The change in format of education, professional employment and communication in a critically short time caused by the conditions of the global pandemic contributed to the internalization of the Russian language, as one of the types of language innovations, and the emergence of English borrowings used to unify concepts in the world space. The modern era is characterized by neologization, active word creation, caused by the demands of the society. The intensity of penetration of anglicisms into pedagogical discourse significantly complicates the task of linguists to trace, fix, classify and study the variety of ways in which the latter enter pedagogical discourse. This article proposes an analysis of borrowed words and the emergence of new concepts based on the English language in pedagogical discourse related to global changes in the context of the pandemic and the transition to distance learning. The article attempts to understand positive and negative aspects of this phenomenon based on the analysis of the corpus of language units that were selected as a result of a continuous sample from various sources. In particular there are recording the written and spoken speech of teachers and students, the interface of learning platforms, Internet communication (social networks universities, instant messengers, forums, blogs, etc.). The article also substantiates the idea of the necessity and timeliness of the study of penetrating borrowings due to the difficulty in mastering educational material and understanding educational instructions.

Nowadays the issues about introduction of multilingual education have become a pressing problem o... more Nowadays the issues about introduction of multilingual education have become a pressing problem of the world of both public discussions and scientific researches. In this paper, the issues about the language policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the educational sphere are considered. Features of the developing language situation and its influence on the processes of language modernization in the sphere of education are described. How successful will this process be for multinational and multicultural Kazakhstan? Is it possible to develop a complete language educational policy promoting English and maintaining a language variety at the same time? On the basis of results of sociological and sociolinguistic researches, the attitudes of Kazakhstani citizens towards a multilingual policy conducted by the state and the prospects for Kazakh, Russian and English language development are revealed.

Используя методы психолингвистики и возможности корпусной лингвистики, автор дифференцирует базовые для русского языкового сознания семы исследуемого конструкта. The transition to trilingualism, particularly, the teaching of biology, chemistry and informatics in the 10th–11th grades in English from 2019, is a part of the introduction of the model tested in Nazarbaev Intellectual Schools that demonstrated high results in PISA in the general education school. It is based on zoomorphic images of wild animals in Russian language consciousness. The original approach realized by the authors in presenting the linguistic material, tasks and exercises was considered from the point of view of methodology of teaching Russian as a foreign language.

The whole-formed somatic verbs (verba anatomica) of the Kazakh and Russian languages and the moti... more The whole-formed somatic verbs (verba anatomica) of the Kazakh and Russian languages and the motivation for their formation are compared. It is found that the verba anatomica of the Kazakh language are more detailed, differentiated and specialized, on the contrary, the units of the Russian language have a generalized character. The motivational ranks of verba anatomica have largely retained their symbolic and cultural significance. They still carry information about the mental and real world of Kazakhs and Russians.

This paper deals with the system of values of the Russian language picture of the world, thanks t... more This paper deals with the system of values of the Russian language picture of the world, thanks to which the process of intercultural communication within the framework of the pedagogical interaction between the teacher and the students becomes more successful.The purpose of the work is to describe the core values (OC) of Russian culture, in particular, the concept of “LOVE”. Using the methods of psycholinguistics and corpus linguistics, the author differentiates the components of the studied construct, which are basic for the Russian language consciousness. The results of the article will be useful in the practice of practice of language teaching, with a methodical selection of texts for reading and discussion in the audience, within the framework of the theory of intercultural communication.

The criteria for pluricentric languages, generalized by the Working Group on NonDominant Varietie... more The criteria for pluricentric languages, generalized by the Working Group on NonDominant Varieties of Pluricentric Languages (WGNDV), as well as our earlier condition of tightness, opacity, incomprehensibility of Kazakh Russian were used to discuss the possibility of its gradual formation. Two main conclusions were made: a) the Russian language of the post-Soviet space currently meets the criteria for pluricentric languages; b) the Russian language in Kazakhstan is going through rapid and noticeable diversification processes. Implementation of the reform in the system of school education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, whi... more Implementation of the reform in the system of school education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was caused by the need to create competitive education against the background of increased educational migration (the outflow of school leavers) and the importance of developing a policy of "reverse" migration, led to the development of new standards, program models and textbooks with updated content. The transition to trilingualism, particularly, the teaching of biology, chemistry and informatics in the 10 th-11 th grades in English from 2019, is a part of the introduction of the model tested in Nazarbaev Intellectual Schools that demonstrated high results in PISA in the general education school. The article describes the factors of the reform in education and the experience of developing an educational and methodological complex on the subject "Russian Language and Literature" for the 6th grade of non-Russian language general education school. Modern understanding of teaching effectiveness and advantages of a communicative-activity approach is illustrated by examples of a new goal-setting, differentiation and progression, organization and combination of types of learning activity, a new approach to evaluation as an element of teaching, and the application of an intersubject approach. The methodological basis of the article is characterized by the application of modern concepts relating to advances in didactics, rhetoric and linguoculturology. The results obtained by the authors can be used in the field of didactics of the secondary and higher schools in terms of active teaching methods, comprehensive training of speech activity and methods of teaching the speech disciplines to the national audience. The authors describe the experience in developing the skills of free speaking, argumentative writing, interpretation of a " foreign" text, and also substantiate the practical significance of the above mentioned skills for the successful social integration of students.
