The differentiated teaching self-efficacy and pedagogical and technological competencies of students studying in foreign countries were studied. For this purpose, the pedagogical and technological relational learning of students studying English at the university was studied. This research was carried out with qualitative research design. A case study was conducted using the qualitative research method. This method was chosen to reveal the current situation. 82 university students were voluntarily selected as the study group. In this study, which was conducted in Kazakhstan in 2021–2022, the opinions of foreign students studying at the university with voice recorders were taken. Multilingual education in the European countries: analysis, experience, problems The article cons... more Multilingual education in the European countries: analysis, experience, problems The article considers the experience of implementing multilingual education in the countries of Europe, which is of great interest to Kazakhstan, introducing into national education the experience of modernizing the system of learning foreign languages in the countries of the European Union and other highly developed countries of the world. The study of the experience of foreign language education and the experience of multilingual education plays an important role for Kazakhstan. The paper highlights the role of multilingual learning effectiveness in achieving goals and the need for targeted lingual policies in education to overcome the fragmentation of the European educational space. The authors gave a brief overview of the linguistic situation of the European states such as Switzerland, Belgium, Norway. The article discusses the concepts of the construction of foreign language education in Austria, various language programs and basic approaches to the organization of the educational process, as well as ways to modernize the teacher training system.

The research aimed to develop the acmeological competencies of future preschool organisation teac... more The research aimed to develop the acmeological competencies of future preschool organisation teachers. The research was applied in the spring term of 2021–2022. The study, which was carried out with the participation of 228 pre-service teachers, was carried out in the survey model. In the study, acmeological education was given to pre-service teachers with 4-week distance education. To collect data in the study, the ‘activating potential and competence’ data collection tool developed by the authors of the study was used. The findings collected from the data collection tool used in the research have been added to the research in the form of tables and comments. When the results obtained are taken into consideration, it is seen that the acmeological status of the pre-service teachers participating in the research was improved and they will use this field in their education. The second section shows approaches to criteria-based assessment, improved after the application of the Integrated Model of Criteria-Based Assessment. The author proposes a methodology for developing professional reading skills in the context of teaching professional English communication for law students using pragma-professional technologies. Professionally oriented reading of legal novels contributes to developing scholars': intellectual potential, integrated professional competence, socio-cultural knowledge, professional outlook, and creative abilities. Objectives: to substantiate the need to improve the effectiveness of lawyer's communicative competence in a foreign language by developing a methodology for the formation of various educational strategies based on a literary work of a legal orientation within the framework of the course "Language for Specific Purposes," which combines the principles of communicative, interactive learning using innovative technologies. Methods / Approach: In order to solve the objectives, methods were used such as: theoretical (conceptual and terminological analysis of basic definitions, modelling, system analysis) and empirical methods (diagnostic tests for postgraduates and teachers, experimental sections for, observations, comparison, analysis and systematization of experiment data). Conclusion: the reading effectiveness in a foreign language is increased when teaching law postgraduates law to read works of art in a foreign language based on a specially developed strategy.
