Cogu zaman bu unsur firmalarin stratejilerinde onemli bir yer tutmaktadir. Son yillarda teknolojinin transferi ise teknolojik yenilige ulasmada en etkin yontemlerden biri haline gelmistir. Teknoloji transferi kisaca, karsilikli ilgi konusu olan teknolojilerin ithalati veya bir noktadan baska bir noktaya aktarilmasi olarak tanimlanabilir. Bu calismada teknoloji transferi ve teknoloji transferinde kullanilan yontemler ile, ulkemizde teknoloji transfer surecinin tarihsel gelisimi ele alinmis, bu kapsamda teknoloji transferi yontemlerinden olan yabanci sermaye yatirimlari ve universite-sanayi isbirliginin bugunku durumundan bahsedilmistir.

Using data collected with the L3 detector near the Z resonance, corresponding to an integrated lu... more Using data collected with the L3 detector near the Z resonance, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 150 pb −1 , the branching fractions of the tau lepton into electron and muon are measured to be B(τ → eν e ν τ) = (17.806 ± 0.104(stat.) ± 0.076(syst.))%, B(τ → µν µ ν τ) = (17.342 ± 0.110(stat.) ± 0.067(syst.))%. From these results the ratio of the charged current coupling constants of the muon and the electron is determined to be g µ /g e = 1.0007 ± 0.0051. Assuming electronmuon universality, the Fermi constant is measured in tau lepton decays as G F = (1.1616 ± 0.0058) × 10 −5 GeV −2. Furthermore, the coupling constant of the strong interaction at the tau mass scale is obtained as α s (m 2 τ) = 0.322 ± 0.009 (exp.) ± 0.015 (theory).

In recent years, hard turning, an alternative to grinding, which provides low cost and good surfa... more In recent years, hard turning, an alternative to grinding, which provides low cost and good surface quality, has become an attractive method to the manufacturers. In this experimental study, AISI H11 hot work tool steel that has been hardened up to 50 HRC was subjected to hard turning tests with coated carbide tooling. The analyses were carried out by applying response surface methodology with the analysis of variance method. A total of 27 experiments were modeled utilizing 3 3 full factorial design and were carried out using a CNC lathe. The effects of the cutting parameters on surface roughness, energy consumption, electric current value, and sound intensity level were investigated. Optimum cutting parameters and levels were determined according to these optimum values. The relationship between cutting parameters and output variables was analyzed with two-dimensional and three-dimensional graphics.
