Enarda Cuni is a Lawyer that has focused her legal career in private institutions working in public procurement for security services in Tirana. Enarda completed her Master of Laws in Intercultural Human Rights at St. Thomas University, Miami Gardens, Florida, USA (analyzing the right to vote, election law, its implementation, and comparing different human rights systems). She earned her law degree from Luarasi University in Tirana, Albania. She also conducted studies on Transnational Justice, Rule of Laws and Human Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina (analyzing the human rights violation in Kosovo, the consequences of the conflict and the future of country).

Cuni completed courses such as Avoiding Burnout when working on Human Trafficking Cases, and Doctrinal & Skills Intermediate Training on Human Trafficking and Justice at the door: Ending Domestic Servitude at the Human Trafficking Academy, St. Thomas University, Miami. In addition, she completed the course in Environmental Law from the Florida Earth Foundation and Voluntary Principles on Human Rights from the International Alert and Trans Adriatic Pipeline.

Cuni worked as council for Raiffeiesen Bank dealing with the executions of court decisions. She also held the position of Assistant to the Dean of the Law Faculty, European University of Tirana, teaching civil procedure law. She has worked as community officer in the Albanian Red Cross, Lezha Branch. In this office, she was member of the Board of Directors for four years. During her time with the Albanian Red Cross, Cuni participated in many Red Cross projects. Cuni was also a research assistant at St. Thomas University School of Law. Since December 2017 she is Member of Legal Council For All Moonkind.

Mrs. Cuni has published papers, participated in various national and international conferences on human rights. In 2013, the Mediterranean Center of Social and Educational Research evaluated her work for excellence in participation in the third International Conference on Human and Social Sciences, which brought focus on the case of child soldiers. In 2012, Enarda earned the third price in the Therapeutic Jurisprudence Competition at St. Thomas University School of law, Miami, Florida USA.
