Teachers are required for commitment and seriousness in running their profession as an educator, underlying the science being practiced as well as the spirit of devotion. Teacher, as a profession, requires the compliance of a minimum standard profession. Islam as life guidance certainly appreciates the teaching profession as part of a profession that is always abiding in the midst of society. There are two main cases in a profession, those are skills based on the basic knowledge and devotion as its manifestation. Teachers' expertise as a part of profession is formed with the scientific spirit, to constantly and continuously learn. Devotion in the Islamic context is strongly influenced by the spirit of worship, sincere and selfless of honorarium.
