This paper is an attempt to define the term Identity Crisis in the social, cultural and political... more This paper is an attempt to define the term Identity Crisis in the social, cultural and political context of the people of Chicano region. It is necessary to explore the socio-cultural background of people who live in a multicultural society to foreground the pragmatic implications of the term in literary context. The issue of Multiculturalism and Cultural Identity have become significant for many number of reasons after World War II and during the last decades of the Twentieth century. Some of them are significance of ethnicity in western countries, with democracies, the political mobilization of indigenous people, and growing threat of secession. Multiculturalism is developed as a concept in western countries. It has affected the whole world and particularly the Third World Nations. Rudolfo Anaya in his novel Heart of Aztlan, depicts the traditional radical politics depend on the realization of the complexity of an individual's subject position that can transform human relationships. In this novel, Anaya grounds ancient Aztec myth within the context of proletarian revolution and class consciousness. Anaya, through his talent and hard work, made himself a significant figure in the landscape of Chicano literature. As a versatile writer, he has moved from one genre to another, earning acclaim as a novelist, a poet, a dramatist, an essayist, an anthologist, a playwright, a children's author, a travel writer and an editor. This paper 'A Cogitation on Chicano's Identity Crisis in Heart of Aztlan focuses on the identity crisis faced by the protagonist of the novel Clemente, a Chicano and his family when they migrate from their native land Guadalupe to a new land Albuquerque and it is clearly examined and analyzed

The struggles of migrant workers are increasing in all the corners of the world. They were treate... more The struggles of migrant workers are increasing in all the corners of the world. They were treated very poorly. Most of the migrant workers didn't get any respect from their owners. In this paper, we discuss the struggles of the migrant workers with the book Goat days and Jasmine days by Benyamin. Benyamin (Benny Daniel) is a famous Indian novelist. His all works were originally published in the language Malayalam. He lived in Bahrain for two decades for the work offered by getting 1st class in his graduation. Both the novels are situated in the Middle East Country and talk about the slavery of the migrated people. He says, how the people get suffer there? , how do they struggle to overcome it? , how were they pulled into slavery? , What is the reason for the migration of people to the Middle East County? These are the common issues we discuss in this paper.

The mosaic is often contrasted with the 'melting pot', which requires all of those differences to meld together in assimilation. When people have clearly defined differences, languages and values, it can lead to biases and assumptions remaining the same because it can be difficult to relate to people who are so different. Cultural Mosaic is a system of beliefs and behaviors that recognizes and respects the presence of all diverse groups in an organization or society, acknowledges and values their socio-cultural differences, and encourages and enables their continued contribution within an inclusive cultural context which empowers all within the organization or society There are many different types of ethnicities throughout the world, all of which have their own system of living, praying, and joining with one another. If you lose your reputation you will not succeed in your life. Disgrace (1999) is the novel was written by JM Coetzee. Which won him to the Nobel Prize and Booker prize in literature. Disgrace portrays the strangeful life the protagonist named David Lurie. "FOR A MAN of his age, fifty-two, divorced, he has, to his mind, solved the problem of sex rather well". He is an old Professor of English Communications at a technical University in Cape Town in Post-Apartheid South Africa. His disgrace comes when he seduces one of his students and does nothing to protect himself from the consequences. Later he takes shelter with his daughter who is dependent on a black man in country side. The aim of the article is to present the themes and the short analysis of the novel Disgrace.
