The office is a place where we carry out work activities, thus there must be comfort provided so that all objectives can be carried out effectively and efficiently. In preparing this journal the author aims to find out how the influence of the layout of the meeting room in the Department of Business Administration in supporting the effectiveness of office work. This research was compiled using the literature study method based on the results of collecting data and conducting a study of data from other references. A good office layout is a layout that meets all the needs of its workers. Usually the workers hold discussions to achieve their goals in the office meeting room, where this is one of the rooms that must be arranged comfortably. The layout of the meeting room must have maximum function, which will provide effectiveness for office work. Factors that must be considered in doing this office layout are, light, color, air, sound, and culture.
